00:00Welcome to the video from Auto Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today, we're all about a very special version of the Ineos Grenadier,
00:07which has been made even more robust and capable of off-road terrain
00:10thanks to an impressive off-road upgrade.
00:14Ineos, in collaboration with German off-road specialist LaTeck,
00:18has further upgraded the already robust off-road vehicle base
00:21and is now actually putting it into series production.
00:23The new model is based on the well-known Grenadier and the Grenadier Quartermiz
00:30in the Trialmaster version and, among other things,
00:33gets portal axles that increase the ground clearance by around 18 centimeters.
00:38This corresponds to almost half a meter of total height.
00:42The new technology also increases the W depth to around 1 meter,
00:46an increase of around 22 centimeters compared to the standard model.
00:50The heart of the conversion is the heavy-duty 5-link chassis
00:55on the front and rear axles combined with portal axles
00:57that move the wheel hubs lower.
01:01In addition, there are 94 centimeters BF Goodridge mud-terrain off-road tires,
01:06which are mounted on 18-inch beat-lock rims from Hutchinson Industries.
01:11This combination provides more articulation,
01:13greater suspension travel and even more stable performance off-road.
01:17In addition, a tire-pressure monitoring system,
01:21more powerful brakes,
01:22a winch at the front and a spare wheel carrier are installed.
01:28Visually, the Grenadier stands out from the standard model with wider fenders,
01:32side running boards,
01:33a multi-function rear ladder with holder for spare canisters,
01:36roof rack, LED auxiliary headlights and individual emblems.
01:40The interior remains comfortable.
01:45Heated front seats,
01:46leather upholstery,
01:47a high-quality sound system,
01:48tinted windows and carpeted floor mats are all standard equipment.
01:53Supplemented by everything that the TrialMaster version already offers.
01:57Under the hood, everything remains the same.
02:00Customers can choose between the 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine
02:03and the same-sized petrol engine from BMW.
02:05The price for this revised off-road version is around âŹ170,000 for the Grenadier
02:14and around âŹ171,000 for the Quartermaster,
02:17each excluding VAT.
02:20The vehicles will continue to be produced in the INEUS plant.
02:23The conversion will then be carried out at LaTeX in Germany.
02:28The order books are already open,
02:30but currently only for customers in Europe.
02:32Following the great interest at last year's Goodwood Festival of Speed,
02:37where over 1,000 private customers expressed their interest,
02:41it is to be hoped that INEUS will also keep an eye on markets outside Europe.
