Transcript
00:00Because this streaming software is kind of up to the left, it means I can't check the live chat.
00:06Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're walking through the scariest things ever caught live on stream.
00:11But after both Pormanov and Kudu refused to undergo medical or psychiatric evaluations
00:17and told investigators they were participating freely.
00:21Number 10. Forest Screams
00:24Imagine taking a peaceful stroll down a seemingly lonesome forest road,
00:27the kind where you'd expect to hear some of the wildlife, or perhaps the sound of leaves rustling.
00:38That's what streamer Cray Yong went for, but the tranquil scenery was abruptly interrupted
00:43by the most blood-curdling, visceral screaming.
00:46God, this is scary s***. This is actually scary.
00:51He seemed completely unaware of what the noise was, apparently coming from deep within the woods.
00:55Yong clearly tenses up, too, and starts to run away, which, who wouldn't?
00:59Oh, faster.
01:03The incident remains unexplained to this day, leaving us to wonder what, or who, was making those frightening screams.
01:11Number 9. Rob C.D.
01:13Not all scares come from the supernatural or the unknown.
01:16Sometimes, the worst horrors are people.
01:18Hi. Yeah, yeah.
01:20Oh, good.
01:20I'm sorry.
01:21Good to see you.
01:22It's all right. Have a good night, man.
01:24Rob C.D., an Australian-British IRL streamer in Japan, found himself in a terrifying situation.
01:30While hanging out with friends in the city, he encountered a young woman clearly in distress.
01:34It soon became obvious that she was being followed by a strange man.
01:38She reached Rob and played it off as if he were her friend.
01:40Are you in danger?
01:42Yes, pretty danger.
01:43Really?
01:43Without hesitation, he instantly read the situation correctly and intervened, playing along with the woman to help her.
01:50Talk about quick thinking.
01:51The stalker left shortly after being sent away.
01:53This isn't the first time Rob C.D. has helped people, either.
01:56He's actually been nicknamed the Angel of Shibuya.
01:59Number 8. Ghost Encounter
02:01While settling in for a cozy night of gaming and streaming his playthrough of Skyrim,
02:05it seems that much like the game, streamer Rubzi's real-life world would start to glitch.
02:10I'm honestly really shaken right now.
02:11Relatively deep into a stream, strange occurrences began plaguing the stream.
02:16It all started when the door behind him seemingly opened on its own.
02:19Go check it out, guys.
02:20From there, objects started moving on their own.
02:23Unexplained noises could be heard, and the lights got weird.
02:26What started as minor disturbances quickly escalated.
02:29Was it just a technical malfunction, a really elaborate prank, or an actual paranormal encounter?
02:37I'm going home.
02:39I'm going home.
02:40I'm sorry, guys.
02:45Number 7.
02:46Jinny T. Stalker
02:47The South Korean streamer Jinny T. experienced numerous stalking incidents live,
02:52but one of them is one of the craziest instances of a streamer getting stalked ever.
02:56He's there.
02:58He's there.
02:59Do you see him?
03:00During her broadcast, while out walking,
03:02a man who looked to be dressed in dark clothing began following her.
03:05He could be seen deliberately following whichever direction she went in.
03:08That guy's still there.
03:11That guy was following us.
03:13Why is that guy following us?
03:15With a closer look, it'd become evident that he was wearing a mask.
03:19She called the police on him, and he was told to stop.
03:21But it gets even wilder.
03:23A bit later, the same man got on the news,
03:25since he had been uncooperative with the police,
03:27and eventually was sent to a mental hospital.
03:30There's even footage of him running away from the police.
03:32Can you tell him, um, stop following me?
03:35Yeah.
03:35Thank you, thank you.
03:37Number 6.
03:38Car Snob Live Crash
03:39Oftentimes, the most terrifying moments are completely unexpected,
03:44and happen in an instant.
03:45This brings us to streamer Car Snob,
03:47who was live-streaming from his car,
03:49when a routine moment turned into a near-lethal incident.
03:55Wow, that's a clip!
03:57Clip it!
03:58While stationary,
03:59he managed to capture himself getting violently hit from behind by another vehicle.
04:03His reaction is a bit alarming, too.
04:05I didn't even slip my cold through yet!
04:07He seemed more focused on managing the stream,
04:10and getting the recording,
04:11rather than the fact that he just had a near-death experience.
04:14But that might just be the adrenaline talking.
04:16Accidents are typically unpredictable,
04:18and it's a good thing Car Snob escaped with his life intact.
04:21I mean, I'm insured it wasn't my fault, but...
04:23God damn!
04:24I...
04:25Number 5.
04:26Randonauts Suitcase
04:28A group of Seattle teenagers,
04:30while following the Randonautica app,
04:32which directs users to random coordinates,
04:34found themselves on a nearby beach.
04:36What started as a fun adventure,
04:37ended with a very grisly discovery.
04:40What was otherwise supposed to be a bit of fun exploring random locations,
04:44quickly devolved into a scene straight out of a horror movie,
04:47when they stumbled upon quite a smelly suitcase.
04:49They were exploring a remote part of a beach in Seattle,
04:52when they came across the mysterious black luggage.
04:55They first thought it was cash,
04:57and tried to open it up with a stick.
04:58It was gruesome.
05:00Inside the suitcase,
05:01were the human remains of a man and woman.
05:03It ended up going all over the news,
05:05and the Randonautica app creator,
05:07has since called it a coincidence.
05:08One team called the experience so traumatic,
05:12it changed my life.
05:14Number 4.
05:15Jean Pormenov
05:16Raphael Graven,
05:17a middle-aged man also known as Jean Pormenov,
05:20was subjected to physical abuse by individuals he considered friends,
05:24during his kick streams.
05:25Authorities have come under fire,
05:27for failure to prevent the months of violence in plain sight.
05:31In his last stream,
05:32which was over 11 days long,
05:34you can see it all unfold live,
05:36with the co-host beating and mistreating him.
05:39After going to sleep on his stream,
05:40he stopped moving and wouldn't wake up,
05:42having passed away.
05:43The platform kick has a reputation as a bit of a Wild West,
05:46and also an El Dorado for streamers,
05:49who no longer have a place on other platforms.
05:51Despite everything he had been through,
05:53it wasn't due to trauma,
05:55and likely not due to any of the abuse he suffered,
05:57according to the autopsy report.
05:59Furthermore,
05:59according to close friends and family,
06:01all the violence was scripted,
06:03and for comedic effect.
06:04No matter how it happened,
06:05we still lost one of the most beloved French streamers,
06:08right in front of us,
06:09live.
06:10That French ministers,
06:12are really wanting to hold kick to account here.
06:15They believe,
06:16that the platform,
06:17should be held responsible,
06:19for the content,
06:20that is on its site.
06:21Number 3,
06:22Vote Saxton 07.
06:24In 2022,
06:25a streamer,
06:26Vote Saxton 07,
06:27whose real name is Stephen McCullough,
06:29was accused of murdering his pregnant partner,
06:31Natalie.
06:32Natalie McNally was always at the heart of her family.
06:36That heart ripped out,
06:37when she was murdered.
06:38What makes this case so particularly unsettling,
06:41is the fact that McCullough had faked a live stream,
06:43on the night of the crime,
06:44in an attempt to create an alibi for himself.
06:46It means I can't check the live chat,
06:49which is a real shame.
06:50So, by all means,
06:51talk amongst yourselves.
06:52This live stream is still available online,
06:55in which she mentions,
06:55how he'll be unable to interact with the chat,
06:57as you might expect,
06:58from a pre-recorded live stream.
07:00As of 2025,
07:01Vote Saxton 07,
07:02is still awaiting trial,
07:03from his jail cell,
07:04two and a half years later.
07:06Natalie's loved ones,
07:07in court for this hearing,
07:09and for the news,
07:10the trial will be heard,
07:12next May.
07:13Number 2,
07:14Gucci's.
07:15While on yet another one of her drinking streams,
07:18Gucci's,
07:19together with other streamers,
07:20stopped speeding,
07:21found themselves messing around,
07:22outside on a walk,
07:23when they stumbled upon something,
07:25no one ever wants to see.
07:26They happened upon,
07:27what Gucci's first thought,
07:29was a sleeping person,
07:30as she utterly denied,
07:31the notion of it being anything else.
07:33And her visceral reaction,
07:34to finding out,
07:35that the person is actually dead,
07:36is palpable,
07:37even for us viewers.
07:38While Gucci's streams,
07:39are typically provocative in nature,
07:41this one,
07:42albeit accidental,
07:43was a bit too scary.

08:00Number 1,
08:02Tetsu Mountain Hike.
08:03In 2019,
08:04Japanese streamer,
08:05Tetsu Shiahara,
08:07also known as Tedzu,
08:08decided to ascend Mount Fuji live.
08:10The stream captured his journey up,
08:12as he frequently talked about,
08:13the challenging terrain,
08:14and it would seem that Tetsu,
08:15was a bit unprepared,
08:16for the last stretch.
08:17That's when tragedy struck.
08:19While closing in on the peak,
08:21he slipped in his exhaustion,
08:22still broadcasting.
08:23Having lost his footing,
08:25he fell,
08:25and the camera was,
08:26wildly flung downhill.
08:28Tetsu had documented,
08:29his own fatal accident live.
08:31The next day,
08:32his body was found,
08:33thousands of feet away,
08:34from where he had slipped.
