Weather Update. The Meteorological Department said that Cyclone Montha has weakened and is currently continuing as a low pressure area. Due to its impact, it is expected that light showers are likely in the north Telangana districts. The remaining districts will have dry weather. Cyclone Montha has caused heavy rains in the joint Warangal and Karimnagar districts.
మొంథా తుఫాన్ బలహీనపడి ప్రస్తుతం అల్పపీడనంగా కొనసాగుతుందని వాతావరణ శాఖ తెలిపింది. దీని ప్రభావంతో ఉత్తర తెలంగాణ జిల్లాల్లో తేలిపాటి జల్లులు పడే అవకాశం ఉందని అంచనా వేసింది. మిగతా జిల్లాల్లో డ్రై వెదర్ ఉంటుందన్నారు. మొంథా తుఫాన్ వల్ల ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్, కరీంనగర్ జిల్లాల్లో భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసింది.
