00:33Today, however, we want to focus on the S1000R, which will impress with increased performance
00:39and extended standard features, especially in the coming motorcycle season. If you're interested

00:51the top left. The S1000R, or Doppel R for short, has been redesigned again specifically for use on the
01:00racetrack and impresses with its direct throttle response thanks to the new M short acting throttle
01:05grip, which now has a rotation angle of 58 degrees. This machine responds so immediately to every
01:13command that control becomes even more precise. New winglets provide additional downforce and
01:20improve stability at high speeds. For improved brake cooling, the Doppel A now has a new front wheel
01:27cover with integrated crash bars. The motorcycle's striking design has also been further sharpened by
01:34redesigned fairing side panels, which raises the Doppel A's appearance to a new level.
01:39Another highlight is the extended standard equipment.
01:45Farmati Pro is now included as standard and offers additional settings such as the Race Pro Mode,
01:51which integrates functions such as Engine Brake and Hill Start Control Pro.
01:56In Race Pro Mode, the ABS can be adjusted to five different settings, and the Slick setting offers
02:01particularly high braking performance. The standard dynamic brake assist, or DVC for short, provides
02:08additional safety in demanding riding situations. The new S1000R is available in three attractive colors,
02:18including the basic version in Black Storm Metallic, the sporty model version in Blue Stone Metallic,
02:24and the striking motorsport version in lightweight white view neat in combination with the M colors.
02:30The innovations that BMW has introduced into the new S1000R once again underline how seriously the
02:38company takes the demands of the demanding motorsport community. The adjustments not only improve
02:43performance, but also safety and driving pleasure on the racetrack and in everyday life.
