00:47At the heart of this machine is an advanced inline 4-cylinder engine that now delivers a whopping 218 horsepower.
00:55This increase in performance is the result of targeted improvements, such as a new cylinder head with a modified port design and a new combustion chamber shape, which not only provides more power, but also ensures Euro 5 Plus homologation.
01:11In conjunction with the titanium exhaust system, which has modified cylinder head flanges and oval manifold inlets, a rich sound and maximum performance are achieved.
01:25The aerodynamic innovations are an absolute highlight.
01:28The new fairing in the front area and the M-Winglets 3.0 provide significantly more downforce.
01:37These winglets are not only responsible for a visual wow effect, but also support a more stable and faster ride through the bends.
01:46The flexibility of the frame, especially in the steering head area, has been adjusted and a new engine mount on the left side further improves overall stability.
01:54The M-R-R controls benefit from a revised Dynamic Traction Control System, or DTC for short.

02:10The BMW Race RS Pro offers an additional function called BRAC Slide Assist via a steering angle sensor.
02:16This function enables precise braking drifts and increases control in every racing mode.
02:23The M-Short acting throttle grip with a rotation angle of 58 degrees ensures that the M-R-R reacts immediately to the slightest movements of the throttle grip.
02:32BMW offers the M1000R in two versions.
02:37The Basic version in the Basic Color Light White Uni and the M-Competition in Black Storm Metallic.
