00:00Welcome to the tuning blog video where we take a look at the all-new MG Cyberster.
00:12This exciting electric vehicle is MG's first all-electric roadster to hit European roads.
00:18And we've got all the details for you.

00:27The MG Cyberster is a real head-turner.
00:30Not only because of its sporty Gullwing doors, which can be opened electrically at the touch of a button,
00:35but also because of its striking design, which is reminiscent of legendary roadsters such as the MG B&T-F.
00:44Although MG is now under Chinese control, the Cyberster is a tribute to the British tradition that many of you will still remember from earlier MGM models.
00:52At a time when large SUVs are dominating, it's refreshing to see MG launch an open-top two-seater that is not only compact but also electric.
01:02The top-of-the-range version of the Cyberster delivers an impressive 510 horsepower and a whopping 75 newm of torque with two electric motors.
01:13This allows the car to accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 200 kilometers per hour.
01:23Sounds like pure driving fun, doesn't it?
01:27But the Cyberster doesn't just offer extreme acceleration.
01:31In comfort mode, it glides pleasantly through the streets, also thanks to a chassis that copes very well with uneven surfaces even without adaptive dampers.
01:39On country roads, you can then activate Sport Plus mode, which releases the full power.
01:46This is where the Cyberster shows what it's capable of, even when the road conditions aren't ideal.
01:53The software intervenes to provide support, especially on wet roads, and ensures that the car remains controlled despite its power.
02:01It may feel a little unusual at first, but the weight of the vehicle, which weighs around 2 tons, can be felt when cornering.
02:09The range of the Cyberster is remarkable, however.
02:13With its 77 kWh battery, the all-wheel drive version can reach up to 443 kilometers and the rear-wheel drive version can even manage up to 500 kilometers.
02:23The MG Cyberster also offers a number of modern features in the interior.
02:28However, the numerous screens for navigation, driving information and infotainment are perhaps a bit too ambitiously implemented.
02:35The cockpit is heavily tailored to the driver, which can make it difficult for the passenger to operate.
02:43Nevertheless, the Cyberster scores points with its high-quality equipment and many practical functions such as the real switches for the convertible top-end doors.
02:51In terms of price, the MG Cyberster is quite competitive.
02:56The tested all-wheel drive version costs the equivalent of around 6,900 euros, while the 4x4 version is available from around 65,900 euros.
03:05For an electric roadster in this performance class, that's a fair deal.
03:10Especially since MG has really brought a unique vehicle to the market here.
