00:09Today we're talking about the brand new facelift of the BDTANG, which will make its debut at the 2024 Geneva Motor Show.

00:27A large and impressive electric SUV is getting a comprehensive facelift, which primarily shines with technical upgrades.
00:34A special highlight is the larger battery.
00:38With a capacity of 108.8 kWh, the TANG offers a significantly increased range of 530 km according to WLTP.
00:49Compared to the previous 400 km, this is a noticeable improvement.
00:53But it's not just the range that's improved, the charging speed has also been raised to a new level.
01:01Thanks to a fast charging capacity of up to 170 kW, the battery can be charged from 30 to 80% in just 30 minutes at a DC charging station.
01:10The TANG now also charges at AC charging points, such as at the wall box at home, with 11 kW instead of the previous 7.
01:20Interestingly, the BYDTANG's drive data has not changed.
01:24The ISUV retains its impressive engine output of 517 horsepower and a maximum torque of 680 Nm.
01:35The two synchronous motors provide all-wheel drive, although during normal driving only the front motor is usually active.
01:41The TANG sprints from 0 to 100 km per hour in a sporty 4.0 seconds and reaches an electronically limited top speed of 190 km per hour.
01:52A new active damper system that dynamically adapts to road conditions and driving style also ensures a comfortable ride.
02:03The BYDTANG has also undergone further visual improvements.
02:07The front section of the almost 5 meters long SUV has been redesigned in particular.
02:11The area that was previously designed like a radiator grille is now closed, giving the vehicle an even more futuristic touch.
02:21The front apron and LED daytime running lights have also been revised, with the latter now designed as a continuous light strip.
02:29The Build Your Dreams lettering has been removed at the rear and the rear apron has also been modernized.
02:35Also new are the standard 21-inch rims, which emphasize the sporty look of the TANG.
02:41Inside, the BYDTANG offers space for 7 people.
02:46The front occupants will experience particular luxury, as their seats can be heated and cooled as well.
02:52The combination of napper leather and alcantara gives the interior a high-quality atmosphere.
03:00Additional comfort is provided by ambient lighting with 31 lighting moods that can be adjusted to suit the current mood.
03:06The central multimedia screen is now an impressive 15.6 inches in size and can still be rotated.
03:15The Dynaudio sound system with 12 speakers ensures that your favorite music is played in the best possible quality.
03:21In terms of trunk space, the TANG is as practical as it is luxurious.
03:28Depending on the configuration of the seats, it offers between 235 and 1655L of storage space.
03:36This makes it ideal for family outings or longer journeys.
03:39The BYDTANG will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show in Spring 2024 and the first models are expected to arrive in Germany shortly afterwards.
03:51An exact price has not yet been determined, but the current entry-level price is just under âŹ70,000,
03:57initially until the end of March 2024 as part of a discount campaign.
