00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, peace be with you.
00:21We remember the great mercy, the compassion, the love of God, as we recognize our need for healing.
00:28You give us your healing, Lord, have mercy.
00:33You call us away from confusion into love, Christ, have mercy.
00:39Your love is bigger than all our fears, Lord, have mercy.
00:44May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and lead us into healing and life everlasting.
00:52Let us pray.
00:58Almighty ever-living God, increase our faith, hope, and charity, and make us love what you command,
01:10so that we may merit what you could promise through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
01:15who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen.
01:21A reading from the letter of St. Paul to the Romans.
01:27What I want to say now is no pretense.
01:31I say it in union with Christ.
01:33It is the truth.
01:35My conscience in union with the Holy Spirit assures me of it too.
01:39What I want to say is this.
01:42My sorrow is so great, my mental anguish so endless, I would willingly be condemned and be cut off from Christ
01:52if it could help my brothers and sisters of Israel, my own flesh and blood.
01:58They were adopted as sons and daughters, they were given the glory and the covenants,
02:06the law and the ritual were drawn up for them, and the promises were made to them.
02:13They are descended from the patriarchs, and from their flesh and blood came Christ,
02:18who is above all, God forever, blessed.
02:23Amen.
02:24The word of the Lord.
02:27Thanks be to God.
02:30Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
02:31Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
02:34Oh, praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
02:36Zion, praise your God.
02:38He's blessed the bars of your gates.
02:40He's blessed the children within you.
02:42Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
02:45He established peace on your borders.
02:47He feeds you with finest wheat.
02:49He sends out his word to the earth and swiftly runs his command.
02:54Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
02:56He makes his word known to Jacob, to Israel, his laws and decrees.
03:01He has not dealt us with other nations.
03:04He has not taught them his decrees.
03:06Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
03:09Alleluia, alleluia.
03:11My sheep listen to my voice, says the Lord.
03:14I know them, and they follow me.
03:17Alleluia.
03:17The Lord be with you.
03:22A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke.
03:24Glory to you, O Lord.
03:27Now, on a Sabbath day, Jesus had gone for a meal to the house of one of the leading Pharisees,
03:34and they watched him closely.
03:37There in front of him was a man with dropsy, and Jesus addressed the lawyers and Pharisees,
03:44Is it against the law, he asked, to cure a man on the Sabbath or not?
03:48But they remained silent.
03:51So he took the man and cured him and sent him away.
03:55Then he said to them,
03:56Which of you here, if his son falls into a well,
04:01or his ox will not pull them out on the Sabbath day without hesitation?
04:05And to this, they could find no answer.
04:11The Gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
04:14Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
04:22Paul is in anguish about his own people,
04:25wishing their recognition of Christ and their salvation.
04:29In the Gospel today,
04:34Jesus accused this man,
04:38that the Pharisees are so trapped in their legalisms,
04:42that they miss the wood for the tree.
04:45They don't see what the law is all about,
04:48and they stick to the technicalities of the law,
04:52but forgetting the spirit of the law.
04:54Love God with all your heart,
05:00all your mind, all yourself,
05:02and love your neighbor as yourself.
05:10Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
05:13for to your goodness we have this bread to offer,
05:15which God has given you and hands have made.
05:18It will become for us the bread of life.
05:20Blessed be God forever.
05:22Amen.
05:24Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
05:42for to your goodness we have this wine to offer,
05:45fruit of divine work of human hands.
05:47It will become a spiritual drink.
05:49Blessed be God forever.
05:50Amen.
05:50Amen.
05:54Let us pray, brothers and sisters,
06:01that my sacrifice and yours
06:03may be acceptable to God, our Almighty Father.
06:06May the Lord accept this sacrifice at our hands,
06:09that it prays in glory of God's name
06:11for our good and the good of God's holy church.
06:15Look, we pray, O Lord,
06:16on the offerings we make to you,
06:18and that whatever is done by us in your service
06:21may be directed above all to your glory.
06:24Through Christ our Lord.
06:26Amen.
06:27The Lord be with you.
06:30Lift up your hearts.
06:32Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
06:35It is truly right and just our duty and our salvation,
06:39always and everywhere,
06:40to give you thanks, Father most holy,
06:42to your beloved Son, Jesus Christ,
06:45your word through whom you made all things,
06:47whom you sent as our Savior and Redeemer,
06:50incarnate by the Holy Spirit
06:52and born of the Virgin.
06:54Forfilling your will
06:55and gaining for you a holy people,
06:57he stretched out his hands
06:58as he endued his passion,
07:00so as to break the bonds of death
07:02and manifest the resurrection.
07:04And so, with the angels and all the saints,
07:07we declare your glory,
07:08as with one voice we acclaim,
07:10Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of hosts,
07:14heaven and earth are full of your glory,
07:16Hosanna in the highest.
07:18Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
07:21Hosanna in the highest.
07:24You are indeed holy, O Lord,
07:26the fount of all holiness.
07:28Make holy, therefore, these gifts, we pray,
07:30by sending down your Spirit upon them
07:32like the dewfall,
07:34so that they may become for us
07:35the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
07:39At the time he was betrayed
07:40and then willingly into his passion,
07:43he took bread,
07:44and giving thanks, broke it
07:46and gave it to his disciples,
07:50saying,
07:50Take this, all of you, and eat of it,
07:53for this is my body,
07:55which will be given up for you.
07:56In a similar way,
08:04when supper was ended,
08:06he took the chalice,
08:07and once more giving thanks,
08:09he gave it to his disciples,
08:11saying,
08:11Take this, all of you,
08:13and drink from it,
08:14for this is the chalice of my blood,
08:17the blood of the new and eternal covenant,
08:20which will be pulled out for you
08:22and for many for the forgiveness of sins.
08:25Do this in memory of me.
08:33The mystery of faith.
08:37We proclaim your death, O Lord,
08:39and profess your resurrection
08:41until you come again.
08:46Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial
08:48of his death and resurrection,
08:50we offer you, Lord, the bread of life
08:52and the chalice of salvation,
08:54giving thanks that you've held us worthy
08:56to be in your presence
08:57and minister to you.
08:59Humbly we pray
09:00that partaking of the body
09:02and blood of Christ,
09:03we may be gathered into one
09:05by the Holy Spirit.
09:07Remember, Lord,
09:08your church spread throughout the world
09:10and bring her to the fullness of charity,
09:12together with Leo, our Pope,
09:14me, our worthy servant,
09:16and all the clergy.
09:17Remember also our brothers and sisters
09:22who have fallen asleep
09:24in the hope of the resurrection
09:25and all who have died in your mercy.
09:28Welcome them into the light of your face.
09:33Have mercy on us all, we pray,
09:35that with the blessed Virgin Mary,
09:36Mother of God,
09:38as a choice of his spouse,
09:40with the blessed apostles
09:41and all the saints
09:42who have pleased you throughout the ages,
09:44we may, through your grace,
09:46merit to be coerced to eternal life
09:48and may praise and glorify you
09:51through your Son, Jesus Christ.
09:56Through him and with him
09:57and in him, O God, almighty Father,
10:00in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
10:02all glory and honour
10:03is yours forever and ever.
10:05Amen.
10:06At the Saviour's command
10:09and formed by divine teaching,
10:11we dare to say,
10:13Our Father, who art in heaven,
10:15hallowed be thy name,
10:16thy kingdom come,
10:18thy will be done on earth
10:19as it is in heaven.
10:21Give us this day our daily bread
10:23and forgive us our trespasses
10:25as we forgive those
10:27who trespass against us
10:28and lead us not into temptation,
10:31but deliver us from evil.
10:33Deliver us, Lord, we pray,
10:34from every evil.
10:36Graciously grant peace in our days
10:37that by the help of your mercy
10:39we may be always free from sin
10:41and safe from all distress
10:43as we await the blessed hope
10:45and the coming of our Saviour,
10:47Jesus Christ.
10:48For the kingdom,
10:49the power and the glory
10:50are yours now and forever.
10:53Lord Jesus Christ,
10:55who said to your apostles,
10:56Peace I leave you,
10:57my peace I give you,
10:59look not on our sins
11:00but on the faith of your church.
11:01and graciously grant her peace
11:03and unity in accordance
11:04with your will,
11:06who live and reign
11:07forever and ever.
11:08Amen.
11:09The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ
11:11be with you always.
11:13Let us offer each other
11:14a sign of peace.
11:15Peace be with you all.
11:18Lamb of God,
11:19you take away
11:20the sins of the world
11:21and mercy on us.

11:25the sins of the world
11:26and mercy on us.

11:31the sins of the world.
11:33Grant us peace.
11:46Behold the Lamb of God
11:47who takes away
11:48the sins of the world.
11:49Happy are those
11:50who are called
11:50to the supper of the Lamb.
11:52Lord, I am not worthy
11:54you should enter under my roof.
11:56But only say the word
11:57and my soul shall be healed.
12:00My Jesus,
12:01I believe that you are present
12:02in the most blessed sacrament.
12:05I love you above all things
12:06and I desire to receive you
12:08into my soul.
12:09Since I cannot now
12:11receive you sacramentally,
12:13commonly, spiritually
12:14into my heart,
12:15I embrace you
12:16as if you were already there
12:17and unite myself wholly to you.
12:21Never permit me
12:22to be separated from you.
12:24Amen.
12:24Let us pray.
12:29May your sacraments,
12:30O Lord,
12:31we pray,
12:31perfect in us
12:32what lies within them.
12:34That what we now
12:35celebrate in science
12:36we may one day
12:38possess in truth.
12:39Through Christ our Lord.
12:41Amen.
12:42The Lord be with you.
