00:00I've got wet job for you. It is an EPIRM activation. Approximately 40 nautical miles south of Land's End.
00:30There's no registration details for this beacon so we don't know what vessel or what type of vessel it's registered to. It is French coded.
00:51Right. OK.
01:01That's a 1-way-3-2-O-T to take off.
01:05Not that the engines generator are on.
01:089-2-4 proceeding. Given the weather, OTA is hard to determine.
01:20The position's encoded so that should be accurate 60 meters.
01:32Those points look good so I'm out of 0.5 is the top.
01:465 minutes to proceed.
01:48Copy.
01:51Touch your blows.
01:52Yes.
02:00Tablet has gone rescue 94.
02:02Go ahead over.
02:04We can confirm that there was only one person on board the vessel. Only one.
02:12The yacht has sustained damage to the stern rudder and also to his mast.
02:19Can we confirm that the casualty on board the yacht is moving? Over.
02:26He is sat in the back of the boat in the spur and not responding to any radio calls.

02:54You stay where you are. Give me a long label. What happens okay?
02:56Do you say you ain't panic?
02:57Are you going to panic?
02:58Yes.
02:59I don't want you to put it yourself away.
03:00Yes.
03:01I don't want you to put it yourself away.
03:02I don't think I'm going to shock.
03:05It's going to pressure.
03:06It's an hour or two hours ago.
03:08I don't think that's part of it.
03:10A is green.
03:27World cruise ship Villa V Odyssey.
03:32Currently undergoing a massive overhaul from the engine systems to the cabins in public areas.
03:37The cruise ship which was scheduled to depart in May is still awaiting certifications.
03:54Belfast has a large number of cruise ships.
03:57On an annual basis, we've not had to deal with a ship.
04:00Rat has suffered such major problems.
04:03The ship's become world news given that she's been here for three months.
04:27What they're doing with this ship is very unusual, really.
04:32Rather than doing a standard two-week cruise, you buy the cabin and live on board.
04:37Looking at the website here, the cheapest cabin is $119,999.
04:44And then the highest is $349,999.
04:50The ship was built in 1991 and she hasn't been in service for a number of years.
04:56That can cause systems to seize up.
04:59Things that are subject to the marine environment will start to corrode.
05:04And the chances are that we're going to start finding problems with equipment on board the ship.
05:10I wasn't ready for an inspection.
05:23Hey guys. Hello, are you okay?
05:35Wasn't ready for an inspection.
05:37There was no certification on board at all.
05:39There was nothing there to show compliance with any of the conventions.
05:45There was problems with familiarization with equipment,
05:49crew accommodation on the lower decks wasn't fit for habitation.
05:53There was water laying in bathrooms, there was pipework adrift,
05:57fire doors not operating, watertight doors not operating.
06:01They were using some of the cabins as storage spaces,
06:04which isn't allowed, you know, it's a cabin.
06:07Obviously they're hoping to be out and away,
06:10but they've got a list of deficiencies.
06:12That's not to happen at the moment until the ship's certified.
06:19The length of the delays, it gets to you.
06:33Feels like every time they fix some things,
06:35all of a sudden there's something new.
06:37Being able to live full time on a cruise ship,
06:39I have a feeling this is our one and only chance.
06:41So if this one doesn't happen,
06:43I guess we'll have to find a new dream.
06:45Ships don't make money if they're alongside.
06:48Ships are designed to make money when they're at sea.
06:51Companies have taken over ships
06:53and then not been able to afford to run them,
06:55and then gone bust.
06:57Verbally that's left a ship lying in a port somewhere,
07:01derelict effectively.
07:03The helicopter has located the casualty,
07:18and it's currently on scene there with them.
07:21We're going to try to keep on raising him from the cruise ship.
07:41I think they're small.
07:42I have to wait until I thought it looks.
07:44Yeah, well, yeah.
07:46Due to the sea state at the moment,
07:48as we have an other boat,
07:50we're going to not put our wind down,
07:52as it seems too dangerous at this time.
07:58He is mobile.
08:12Fresh out of the beach,
08:13shot this to the water.
08:16That's almost supposed to be with you.
08:18Ready.
08:46Okay, where's your fish?
08:47Okay, where's your fish?
08:48Okay, where's your fish?
08:49Okay, where's your fish?
08:50Okay.
08:51Okay.
08:52You need to go and set up on the waves.
08:54Large swell.
08:55Four six in the right.
08:56You have a flight, five forward.
08:57Okay.
08:58So try and do what you do with him.
08:59Okay.
09:00Scaling three.
09:01Nice, nice slow, forward 6 to the light, flight 5 forward, okay, I'll try something to do with you, okay, slowly 3, forward 6, forward 1, forward 1, forward 1, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady,
09:31steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady, steady
10:01Yes.
10:04Yes.
10:07Right.
10:08Right, right.
10:11Right.
10:12Watch out to the right.
10:15Is he on the steady?
10:18Steady.
10:20Steady.
10:22Steady, forward to him.
10:24Watch out to the left.
10:27Steady, steady.
10:29Steady, steady.
10:31Steady. Steady.
10:33Steady.
10:34Go to front cable back, too.
10:41Left one. Steady.
10:43Steady. Steady.
10:45Steady.
10:46You're working with the credulity.
10:48You've got one only. Steady.
10:50Steady. Steady.
10:52Let me open the big wave coming through.
11:01Steady. Steady.
11:07Steady.
11:08Steady.
11:095 seconds.
11:10Steady.
11:11Steady.
11:12Steady.
11:13Steady.
11:14Steady.
11:15Steady.
11:16Steady.
11:17Steady.
11:28The sea state was immense.
11:30Well clear the water.
11:33The wind was howling.
11:36Just leave the aircraft.
11:39It was very difficult to get me there without me being injured.
11:44That's just the reality that you have to face.
11:47Don't take up a little of the aircraft.
11:49So what did you do?
11:51So once we were lifted away from the water and away from the waves,
11:55it was a huge relief.
11:57I was so grateful that the crew had managed to keep me safe.
12:10The gentleman was very grateful, gave me a big hug, was very scared but very well prepared.
12:29My radio was broken, communication was not possible and I had to take a decision.
12:38I had my emergency suit and my life jacket so I decided to jump into the water.
12:47I said I can't die today.
12:48Abby came from the helicopter like an angel.
12:49I understood that my life was saved.
12:50I understood that my life was saved.
12:51I will never find the world to be safe.
12:52I will never find the world to be safe.
12:53I had to take a decision.
12:54I had my emergency suit and my life jacket so I decided to jump into the water.
13:03And I was so grateful.
13:04I had to take a decision.
13:05I'm grateful, I am happy.
13:06I was so thankful.
13:07I was grateful.
13:08I had to take a decision.
13:09I was so happy.
13:10I took a thought.
13:11I was thankful.
13:12I was so happy.
13:13I had to be grateful.
13:14He said, I can't die today.
13:15I came from the helicopter like an angel.
13:17I understood that my life was saved.
13:18I was there to be that my life was saved.
13:19I thought that my life was saved.
13:20I will never find the world to tell them how grateful I am.
13:27World's cruise ship Villa v. Odyssey has faced yet another delay.
13:51The ships have been here for three months.
13:53It will have an adverse impact on the owner.
13:57It will obviously have an adverse impact on the passengers.
14:09How many days total?
14:10Has anybody kept track of the days?
14:12So we must be just a little over 100 days?
14:15At least.
14:16And it's frustrating because it's all out of our hands.
14:19There's like literally nothing we can do.
14:22But then you take a step back and say, okay, it's about safety.
14:26What's the next step? Is it MCA?
14:28I think MCA comes on.
14:30That's who I want to see get on board because, I mean, if it's a no, then it's no.
14:35But safety is paramount.
14:38Right, okay.
14:39All right.
14:40All right.
14:41No worries.
14:42Thanks, Jamie.
14:43Cheers, mate.
14:44Bye, bye.
14:45Bye, bye.
14:46Bye, bye.
14:48Bye, bye.
14:49Bye, bye.
14:55Bill's coming up.
14:57mandatory expanded inspection. We will need to do a fire drill, an abandoned ship drill,
15:02an emergency steering drill, and we also know that there was problems with crew cabins.
15:07There's a lot of operational control to do today. Emergency generator, bilges, all that
15:12kind of stuff. So I think probably we'll want to split up when we get on board.
15:15Obviously it's fairly high profile. But if they're not ready, they're not ready.
15:24Hi Captain, how are you? Good.
15:27Been doing a lot of training. A lot. Good.
15:30Got a lot of things to get through. A long day.
15:33That's going to be a long day.
15:41I'm going to go down. Yeah, I'm going to go down.
15:43See the little crew cabins.
15:49So this has been tidied up a lot since we were here last time.
15:54Yes.
15:55Anything else?
15:56OK.
15:57There's been a significant improvement. This is a good start.
16:06OK.
16:07So we'll start at the bottom, we'll work our way up, do bilge alarms.
16:10We'll do only water separator, the alarm, see the three-way valve.
16:13Then as we progress up, we'll do the emergency generator.
16:16Can we test the hand pump, please?
16:18I want to see it close on the hand pump.
16:20Been tidied up.
16:21Right, OK.
16:22Next.
16:23We'll be getting good.
16:24There's charge pressure before you die.
16:27It was a big investment for us.
16:29So that and the adrenaline are a little bit pumping.
16:31OK, let's have a look in the galley.
16:33These fire doors closing.
16:35Oh, God.
16:36They said it was going to take a long time.
16:38Eight to 12 hours, I think.
16:40We're going to simulate a fire in this space.
16:42Hopefully everything will go well and we can get to going.
16:48Are they new wires?
16:50This is new wires.
16:51OK.
16:52There's any chance that it doesn't?
16:53Don't say that.
16:55OK.
16:56Great.
16:57That's fine.
16:58OK, that's fine.
17:00Clean, tidy, good.
17:02It's going OK.
17:03It's going OK.
17:04They're doing OK.
17:05Everything's looking not too bad.
17:06Compared to the last time, it's ten times better.
17:08I think I'm quite surprised, to be honest.
17:10The last thing we need to do is the emergency generator.
17:24As soon as we initiate the emergency generator test,
17:27once we're happy that everything's functioning correctly,
17:29we can continue to do the emergency fire pump and the steering pump test.
17:33Does that make sense?
17:34Yes.
17:35Happy?
17:36Yes.
17:37OK, fantastic.
17:38A ship's basically like a small town,
17:40so electrical generation's a big part of that.
17:43The main switchboard and the emergency switchboard have a connection
17:46to simulate a blackout scenario.
17:48It'll open that interconnection, which then gives the signal
17:51for the emergency generator to start to give us emergency power.
17:55Disconnect the break, interconnection breaker.
17:57Yeah.
17:58OK, starting now.
17:59So what happened there?
18:00First attempt trail, then I'll automatically start again.
18:04We need to do that test again.
18:05Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:06We need to do that test again.
18:07So get a ring reset and we'll do it again.
18:08A blackout is obviously a dangerous thing to happen on board.
18:09These systems need to function correctly.
18:10And if they don't function correctly, then the ship won't be able to go.
18:14And if they don't function correctly, then the ship won't be able to go.
18:15And if they don't function correctly, then the ship won't be able to go.
18:20So, we're still going to be on the ship.
18:21So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:23So, we need to see that again.
18:24We'll need to see that again.
18:25We'll need to see that again.
18:26We'll need to do that test again.
18:27So get a ring reset and we'll do it again.
18:28A blackout is obviously a dangerous thing to happen on board.
18:30These systems need to function correctly.
18:32And if they don't function correctly, well then the ship won't be able to go.
18:50My dad is missing, he's 83 and he's got occasional memory problems and he's partially deaf.
19:05We were at the communications mast above the horse when the brick was.
19:11It went down to see an iron wheel and then I took about, I don't know, five or ten minutes
19:17to do that.
19:18I assumed my dad was following, when I looked behind me, I haven't seen him anywhere.
19:24Is he familiar with the area?
19:26No, not at all.
19:27I've been continually walking back and forth and there's nobody here at all.
19:32If he's still on his feet and he's alright, he'd just get up high and wait until I see him.
19:37Obviously, Christine is warning for his safety.
19:41Okay, when did you last see him?
19:43I think it was about half past two, being that it feels like an hour, maybe more.
19:47Okay, I'll get a team touch to you and we'll get them to meet you where you are there.
19:52Don't go looking around the cliff edge and everything like that.
19:55Stay safe.
19:56At the moment, it's an elderly male we believe has just got lost.
20:03This is a job where they normally find them about five minutes away from where they were
20:07last seen.
20:08So, at the moment, we're focusing on the inland areas.
20:12It is quite a large and difficult area for the teams to search on foot.
20:17Dad was up top when he was last.
20:34top when he was lost yeah terrain up there is quite hazardous because of a lot of rain we had
20:39this morning he's 83 he's high risk likely he's fallen he's hurt himself yeah somewhere up top
20:48if he's tripped and he's deciding he's going to sit down and rest a little bit there's lots of
20:52reasons why you wouldn't be able to see him and if he can't hear very well i mean somebody he's
20:58not going to hear somebody shouting for him is he
21:13i think we need to start looking from practically on our way down towards portland because we think
21:19he may have wandered off that way there's like an old footpath that goes north and cuts east then
21:26goes north again up towards the headland the sun has been up and down that path a couple of times
21:31trying to look for dad which is why we're now suitably concerned because there's not a long
21:36way how far could an 83 year old get in one hour
21:42you need to inform police there's 83 white hair black clothing white shoes he's got healing loss
21:47no mobile phone then of course good afternoon yeah hollywood we've just spoken to a couple of
21:52walkers they've come from ball bay towards the brickwork and they haven't seen anybody on route
21:57he's been missing about two hours
22:09good afternoon air rescue it's will in hollyhead we are now reasonably concerned for the well-being
22:14of this individual so we would like to request your assistance to search the area
22:22for everything elderly 83 year old man at portland i've got a great one you're ready cool ready
22:39it is sierra hotel four zero zero five nine
22:53so that is about three and a half k of coastline i think if we basically go go to where he was give
23:14that a bit of a a good saturation first and then we can reposition east
23:18it my black trousers white shoes 83 year old male
23:33he's 83 he's been missing about two hours could he have got as far as ball bay in two hours
23:38the question is why would he if he's just if he's trying to walk back to the car
23:42if we find somebody in the water when you're on board straight to back
23:50rescue 936 this is holyhead coast guard request to choose such an idea between
23:54portland and bull bay over i'm going to keep up this fight for now we'll drop down a little
24:00bit lower once we get towards the datum and i'll just bring us up to sort of a slow orbiting speed
24:04i'll start to have a good look around such a likelihood he's going to be in this bay
24:11different his age and yeah he was on that path and left to the left i can see two people on the
24:17vehicles you see there's a vehicle there's some people walking as well
24:24rescue 936 uh kermite foster
24:29936 go ahead
24:30gentlemen's been found today in the kermice area by the police
24:37uh that's good news i do need our assistance
24:45gentlemen's been found by police in the kermice area
24:49he's done well to get to kermice that's just that's a decent walk he's 83.
24:54kuskat good afternoon okay confirm that uh he has been found their intentions are to walk up the path
25:03to meet the sun i mean we'd much rather people call us when they don't need us than they don't call us
25:11when they do whilst in this case we've got a happy outcome there was potential for this one to be quite
25:17a protracted incident so i'm very glad that he's been found
25:22in the kermice
25:29we're going to be talking about six minutes
25:31here bye
25:31bye
25:33rescue
25:37let's do have an additional task for you
25:39we're risking on three six so ready to come together
25:41This is a 75-year-old who has fallen, and they are asking to assistance for evacuation.
25:53Don't necessarily say it, she's in a lot of pain. She'll be there at 1609.
26:07OK, I'm going to be a cousin.
26:11We hear that MCA is aboard, doing all of those final inspections.
26:30Hopefully, any moment now, we'll learn that the end is near.
26:34Tell him to stop. Do not do anything.
26:38You're getting bit stressed, are you?
26:46OK, now we will repeat the test. Standby. Standby.
26:50Standby, standby.
26:51Are they ready?
26:52OK, sir.
26:53Are you ready?
26:54OK, standby. They will start again.
27:02Now, no power.
27:04Emir generator will start.
27:06Generator started.
27:09OK, generator started. Connected.
27:12Now it's connected.
27:13Yeah.
27:15OK.
27:16I'm happy.
27:25Happy?
27:26Aye.
27:27No?
27:28Slow to start.
27:29Aye.
27:30What did they do the first time? It didn't work.
27:32There was a fuel valve off.
27:33Oh, shut.
27:34Yeah.
27:35Oh.
27:36And there's also a bit of an issue with a lot of rain water coming down the funnel stack.
27:49You can see there's water leaking.
27:50But where's that coming from?
27:54I don't want to see above. I want to see above.
27:55Can I see above, upstairs on the deck?
27:57Watch your head, do you?
27:58Yeah, no problem.
27:59Yeah.
28:00You want to wait there? I'll go and have a noosey.
28:12Right, OK.
28:14There is corrosion there, so the water's definitely getting in.
28:16And it's only a matter of time before it starts damaging the equipment.
28:20So there need to be some sort of repair there.
28:27We've covered the ship. We'll get the reports written up.
28:34We'll have a debrief from the captain yourselves.
28:36OK.
28:37Sounds good.
28:52We've finished our inspection and we've issued the reports.
28:54We do feel the weight of the decisions that we make.
28:59If something goes wrong, we're dealing with a lot of lives.
29:02We've found a few things wrong.
29:05The situation is so bad that we have to detain the vessel.
29:09It's never a popular decision.
29:11But making an unpopular decision is often part of the job.
29:14We have a couple of deficiencies that we've put on here, which you'll need to rectify before the ship.
29:22And sail.
29:24However, the ship is in a much better position than it was the last time we were here.
29:29We are not detaining the vessel.
29:31Credit to your staff. I'm sure your residents will also be happy.
29:35Yes, very good news. Thank you very much.
29:38Coming off that ship, knowing that the ship is safe and the ship is fit to be at sea with hundreds of people on board is a good feeling.
29:41It was great to know that the passengers could now finally get on that voyage that they expected to be on for such a long time.
29:49We are super excited. This is it. We're finally boarding. It's time to set sail and get this party started.
29:55The quirk of our jobs definitely stay with us for a long time.
29:59And the Odyssey will stay with me for a long, long time.
30:02And the Odyssey will stay with me for a long, long time.
30:04The Odyssey will stay with me for a long, long time.
30:05And the Odyssey will stay with me for a long, long time.
30:14I am so excited. I am so excited. We're super excited.
30:16We're super excited. This is it. We're finally boarding.
30:19It's time to set sail and get this party started.
30:22The quirk of our jobs definitely stay with us for a long time.
30:25And the Odyssey will stay with me for a long, long time.
30:286.500 feet climbing and 4.64 is good. Copy.
30:48Brothers can you instantly think of somewhere to land around there?
30:51You can kind of get it on the path but it depends how many people are around.
30:56We are downwind. I'll do a right-hand turn.
31:05Clear the door, yeah.
31:08Okay, and turning right.
31:11Roger.
31:12Fair right.
31:15It's all a bit slopey, isn't it?
31:17That's it, isn't it?
31:19Got a quick winch down there on the path.
31:21Yeah.
31:22Brothers, if there's anything that goes wrong with the aircraft,
31:25it's an immediate far away.
31:26I'll bring you with us as much as you're other paths off the hook.
31:28All right.
31:29Yep.
31:30I'll take it to 6.4.
31:31Probably about sort of 80 feet.
31:41And spread is out the door.
31:43So let's move this harness.
31:46Winching out.
31:50Just a right one, please.
31:53On the ground.
31:55We're in the hook.
31:56Happy brothers.
31:57Yeah.
31:58Notting you stairs.
31:59936 mobile, yeah, just continuing the assessment of this lady, she's got pain in her right here,
32:12if she's able to mobilize anything. So what I'd like to do is take this lady to Bangor and get her
32:18down there.
32:28That's all a bit slopey. Yeah.
32:34But if we can try this grass bit with a couple of big rocks forward and right.
32:38Steady, okay, we're in the rough area, move it down to the lowish, hover. This looks awful.
32:50Okay. Let's move left away, that looked pretty bad.
33:02There's a few more boulders here. That's not good.
33:04Not this room around the front. We're about 80 degrees. We're on the limit there as well.
33:07Yeah, let's go on please.
33:09If you go towards brothers, you might be able to fit the wheels between those three rocks.
33:14I think you'll get on in front of me here.
33:16Yeah, I think so, but if we all take ourselves along the path.
33:21Steady. Steady, tips are cleared down.
33:26Always on, good clearance underneath.
33:30And it's all the way down.
33:35Right.
33:41Okay, we're ready to go.
33:43Happy.
33:4520, 30, 40. We should be a banger guys in about four minutes.
33:57All right? Yeah.
33:58The mountain flying is inherently dangerous.
34:02The terrain you're going onto could be hazardous. Lots of big hard things that you can hit.
34:10So when you get people out of the peril that they're in, into hospital or even just get them to a place
34:15of safety, it's a really good feeling because the only reason we're here and we're doing it is for the
34:20patient.
34:38Coast Guard, good afternoon.
34:39We've got a lady on the beach who has wrenched her back.
34:44She had back issues before. It's gone into spasm.
34:48Okay. Right, so I need your exact position then, please.
34:51Yes, certainly. Musselwick Beach.
34:58Milford Haven Coast Guard, Milford Haven Coast Guard, this is Dale Mobile.
35:02We're proceeding to the incident of Musselwick Beach.
35:18Before you go into the danger zone, you're going to be picked up by the lifeboat
35:22taken off to the main beach of Musselwick. The casualties will need loading into the stretcher.
35:27It's all copied. Making my way down.
35:42Okay, let me myself go ahead.
35:43Just so you can reassure the coast guards now are just coming down the path.
35:48Yeah, that's all copied, yeah.
35:51All right, let's go. I'm coming to you now.
35:54All right.
35:55Are you okay?
35:56You all right?
35:58Do you know what the injury is?
36:00I've got a muscle spasm in her back.
36:01Ooh, okay.
36:02Okay.
36:02You okay?
36:13Thank you very much.
36:24So what time did you get here, sorry?
36:25So we got here about ten past three.
36:28I meant she was alert.
36:29Yeah.
36:30We're keeping an eye on her.
36:31The pain is around an eight when she's trying to move.
36:35Lower right-hand back pain.
36:38And has had problems with the sciatic nerve in that side previously.
36:42We'll push it up a bit closer to you and see if you can wiggle yourself off.
36:55If you find it thankful, then we'll just roll with you.
37:11Say what you can and tell us to support.
37:13If it's too bad, we'll do a roll.
37:15Okay?
37:15Support your back.
37:17Mm-hmm.
37:17Right, you cheer.
37:18Let's get home, Peter.
37:19Yeah.
37:20Nice deep rest.
37:21That's your roll.
37:22That's your roll.
37:22That's your roll.
37:23That's your roll.
37:24You're okay sliding that underneath?
37:25Yeah.
37:26We've just come this end.
37:27When we're going to roll her gently on her side, and then we're going to push this side,
37:31this under her so you can just support back.
37:34Okay.
37:34Is everybody ready?
37:35Ready.
37:36Okay, so we're ready to roll after three.
37:38One, two, three.
37:39Ready, roll.
37:39Go back.
37:40Slowly, go back, slowly.
37:41Gently calm.
37:42That's okay.
37:43Next, straight calm.
37:44Come off a little bit.
37:45Keep breathing.
37:47Doing really well.
37:48We're going to start to lower you down slowly onto the board.
37:50Okay?
37:51Deep breaths, deep breaths.
37:52Ready, roll back.
37:54Keep breathing, keep breathing.
37:55Breathe through.
37:56Make as much noise as you like.
37:57Hold on.
37:58Whatever you want.
37:59Whatever makes it easier for you.
38:00Let's just squeeze what you want.
38:01Hold on, Cass.
38:02Okay, could you grab the middle of her wetsuit there?
38:04Just sort of pull.
38:05Just nice and gently, Cass.
38:06Okay, Cass, don't force it.
38:07Steady, steady.
38:08Right, where's it?
38:09That's it, you're on, you're on.
38:10This is on me, guys, don't forget.
38:13Right, so we just put on waist straps.
38:15Just tighten this up a little bit.
38:16Yeah, not too tight.
38:17Just to give you a bit of stability.
38:18Yeah, that's it.
38:19How's your pain now?
38:20We've done that.
38:22If you're not moving, we're going to have to move fairly swiftly,
38:26safely and swiftly, because the tide is going out now,
38:28and conditions are going to change for us, all right?
38:30It's ready, brace, lift.
38:48Okay, you all right, Cass?
38:50It's a really weird sensation.
38:53We're just getting to the edge of the surf now.
39:00Okay, so just lift up on the head slightly, and lift up on the feet as well.
39:07So we're ready, great lift.
39:14You stay there, Don.
39:15I'll jump in once you're ready to go.
39:17Okay, good.
39:17We might not be in there, mate.
39:19Well done.
39:21Any pain or anything, just shout for us.
39:22Yeah, let me know, Dan, I can stop, all right?
39:24Yeah.
39:30You see those flashes, man?
39:31There you are.
39:32Right, now tuck that in down on the side, yeah?
39:34Okay.
39:35There we go.
39:38We've just got to go to the end,
39:40and we've just been over until you can afford to go on the table.
39:45Do you think the pain's wearing up a bit now?
39:47Yeah.
39:48Can I do this?
39:49Okay.
39:50Let's ease up a little bit, please.
39:53We're just coming around the corner and to Martin's Haven.
39:55We're nearly there.
39:58JT, can you get ready to jump out with Dev?
40:00Oh, we're just coming into the beach.
40:04We'll just take the bag off.
40:05We'll give it you back in a minute.
40:06Three, two, one.
40:07Ready, Bryce?
40:08And down.
40:14Keep steady as we go.
40:15Ready, Bryce, and lower.
40:18Really welcome.
40:19Welcome.
40:20Okay, so welcome.
40:22Josh, out.
40:25I'm Mark, this is Tony.
40:26You've met Ali and Giles.
40:28Okay, did you try some pain relief?
40:30Did you try the Ensinox, the gas?
40:31No.
40:33I have rung ambulance control.
40:35I haven't got anything for us at the moment.
40:38She will be low down the list, unfortunately.
40:40How's your temperature?
40:47Are you still getting warm enough or are you getting a bit chilly?
40:49You go on a north-facing beach in the northly wind and she's been in a shorty wetsuit exposed for quite some time.
41:02It's going to be very difficult to move out into a vehicle.
41:05We don't want to make anything worse.
41:07She can't stay here all night.
41:12How far away is the campsite?
41:13It's about a 15-minute walk, isn't it?
41:15Yeah.
41:18We've got to get the casualty comfortable.
41:21That's our prime duty.
41:22Keep them safe.
41:24Make sure they don't get any worse.
41:25Get them in a safe location where the next level of care can safely treat them.
41:30Ready, brace, there.
41:32And if that means carrying them for 15 minutes to their campsite, then that's what we'll do.
41:40What they're going to do is send a paramedic to you who'll be able to then give you some proper painkillers.
41:47Hold on tight.
41:50We should have you back in Cardiff by Wednesday week.
42:00I spent a night in hospital and then I came home with some really strong painkillers.
42:15Fortunately, I was able to do some back exercises that I'm used to doing and it sort of improves.
42:26It took about six weeks to recover.
42:28I'm really happy to be back to moving around and playing with the children.
42:36We couldn't thank the Coast Guard team enough.
42:40They were just incredible.
42:58We are here and we are happy and excited and starting the adventure of a lifetime, I like to say.
43:11I think anyone in that environment could be vulnerable.
43:25Your thoughts go to the very worst that can happen.
43:27We heard on the radio that a police officer had found my dad.
43:33But I burst into tears because I was just overwhelmed with gratitude.
43:37It wasn't long before we got back together again and finished off our visit to Anglesey.
43:46Delightful it was too.
43:47Delightful it was too.
43:51I'm happy to be back in the room.
43:53I'm happy to be back in the room.
43:53Some of these are going to be 25 off the cliff.
43:55There's a blood pouring out of a few.
43:56Keep away from the edge.
43:58I want to get them up as quick as I can.
44:01We've got reports that a child is being dragged out to sea.
44:04Did you see your vessel is aground?
44:07So can you please tell us what happened, how that happened, do you have anything, any record of incident?
44:25And you can see that next Wednesday at 9.
44:28Famous for it in the 60s, meet the family trying to restore Cheshire's cheese tradition in Britain's most scenic counties.
44:35Brand New Friday at 9.
