00:46There's been a collision
00:48to the tip of Sweden
00:50a UK registered
00:52threshold, the Scott carrier
00:54It's gone straight into the side of the
00:56Danish vessel, the Karen Hoy
00:58It's hit it with such force
01:00that the Karen Hoy
01:02has been inverted
01:04We've got two guys missing
01:06from the Karen Hoy
01:08The first priorities are to establish
01:10initial facts, who's on scene
01:12what has gone wrong
01:14The Danish authorities will be
01:16investigating the second officer
01:18who was the one responsible
01:20for navigation at the time of the collision
01:22They're also looking at potential
01:24for manslaughter
01:26But we've got a UK vessel
01:28that's still got a lot of questions
01:30to answer
01:32Do you try the...
01:34Yeah, I'm fine with a beer and cigarettes
01:36Looking at the master
01:38and the captain, Sam Farrell
01:40What action has he been taking
01:42I can't see how you can say
01:44you made your ship safe
01:46You just seem to accept
01:48no responsibility as a...
01:50as a master
01:51It's a complete culture
01:52that he's allowed to happen
01:53and it's the master
01:54sets the culture on board
01:56Need to make some further enquiries
01:58get some additional material
02:00I think he needs to confront him
02:02with some hard evidence
02:04Need an interview with him
02:12UK Coast Guard
02:14Just keep breathing
02:16Just keep breathing
02:18Just keep breathing
02:20And then...
02:24How are you?
02:26I think he's going...
02:27Can he get a little bit?
02:28Is that a picture?
02:29Can he get a little bit?
02:30He's going to go into shock
02:31I think he's going to pressure
02:32He's going to pressure
02:33He's going to pressure
02:34He's going to pressure
02:35In five ways, yeah?
02:36Just an hour or two hours ago
02:37that he's last started
02:38And chest pain
02:39He's going to be
02:40And he's going to be
02:41And he's going to sleep
02:42Just keep breathing
02:44Fishing Vassal Battle, this is Shetland Coast Guard, Channel 1, 6, over.
03:01Guys, get in Shetland Coast Guard, your class are unbeatable or over.
03:16We are big on rocket.
03:22Can you confirm there are four persons on board?
03:50No, we don't know. We don't know at all. All we got was a garble taken on water. That's it.
04:03Good morning, it's UK Air Rescue.
04:05Good morning.
04:06We have a fishing vessel taking on water in distress, 36 nautical miles east of Breze.
04:15Unknown persons on board at the moment. It's the fishing vessel Beryl.
04:19All we know is that they sent out a distress alert for sinking and taking on water. No further information at this time.
04:32Shocks. Shocks are clear.
04:35Searchlight is warming up.
04:38Hardness is good.
04:39Right. Secure.
04:40Everybody happy to move.
04:41Roger.
04:42Ground speed.
04:4310.
04:4415.
04:45Okay, that's the park, the park, the park.
04:47Okay.
04:48Safe route, I'm quiet.
04:49rescue riders.
04:50え.
04:51Zero.
04:52Zero.
04:53Understand you are looking for fishing vessels.
04:54Appreciate any updates of us.
04:56It's a black hole, white topside, we've also called the Norwegians rescue, but no ETA yet.
05:26We've just had a beacon activation, and the beacon position 6016.2 north, 0213 east, over.
05:46Okay, good position.
05:4930 odd knots of wind.
05:52I'll be down initially to 200, and I'll just see how we are in terms of the wind.
05:56So we're doing complete orbit, and we'll come back right, and return to this position.
06:04Quite a rough scene.
06:06Pretty big way.
06:07Yes, dear.
06:17The door's coming out for me, RCQ.
06:26There are some items in the water, over on the left-hand side.
06:33Yep.
06:34It's probably debris from the boat.
06:37The oil slick on the nose.
06:40It's up.
06:41The boat's gone down through.
06:44Yeah, I'm gonna go.
06:46I'm gonna go.
06:48I'm gonna go.
06:49I'm gonna go.
06:50There are some items in the water, over on the left-hand side.
07:03It's probably debris from the boat.
07:12The oil slick on the nose, where the boat's gone down through.
07:14Yeah.
07:14Okay, we're out here.
07:22We to go with life raft at the water.
07:26Move it.
07:27Move it, you're over on the floor.
07:31That's why I can see two people.
07:33Okay, valid.
07:34How are you to kaso?
07:36Well done.
07:38So we could handle that.
07:42I will run.
07:44I have to kill.
07:44Attention is to go down with the witchman, set up a high line, and I'll set them up two at a time, so if there's more in there, I'll set them two, and then set them two, and then I'll come up.
07:53I'll come.
08:02We'll be there in about 5-6 minutes, and we'll circle around and relay to you.
08:07Okay, quick question.
08:09All I think is everyone's going to want to know is, is anyone still missing?
08:12Yes.
08:13So if we can get that from you, I've got the polycom pretty quick. That'd be useful, because we can get the other helicopter to go and look for them.
08:18Yep, yep.
08:21We're down to 50 feet.
08:25Alright, cleared, it's complete.
08:26Projected, I'll be your clone a wench at 50 feet.
08:30Okay.
08:31Flight is good.
08:32Water to check out.
08:34Safe and open the side.
08:36See as an engine move forward.
08:37Okay.
08:38Running it.
08:39Roger, running in my time.
08:43Forward.
08:45Which one's that high?
08:46Your line is good.
08:50Three are right.
08:53Two are right.
08:57One.
08:58Steady.
08:59Steady.
09:01Steady.
09:03Steady.
09:07Steady.
09:08Steady.
09:09'm unit.
09:10Steady.
09:11Steady.
09:12Becerger.
09:13Steady.
09:14Okay, остав-
09:23Steady.
09:25Steady.
09:26If we were.
09:27Steady.
09:28isolated.
09:29Er, is it E6 total?
09:32I have another 3.
09:35I have another 3.
09:38You're a bit weak.
09:41Is it E6 now?
09:43It's possible 2 more in the water.
09:59What we've established so far with the Swedish authorities
10:06is that Karen Hoy has continued on its course heading towards Denmark
10:12and the Scott carrier has made a right-hand turn effect to starboard.
10:17You've got the two tracks and then bang,
10:20and the signal of the Karen Hoy disappears.
10:29So this is some of the damage.
10:35This is a bit of a close to me.
10:37Oh, yeah, I mean, to bend the plates on the bottom there.
10:42It's also indicating that the Scott carrier has effectively gone over the top.
10:48That's all.
10:57How would you not know that you've run over that?
11:00It's very difficult to see how a barge of that size
11:04should have been very clear on radar.
11:06Sorry.
11:07You should have had a visual watch, should have seen it.
11:09The Danes have been searching for the crew that were on board the Karen Hoy.
11:35We can now confirm that one crew member is dead.
11:39The second crew member has not been found,
11:42so we presume that he's dead.
11:56Hello?
11:57Thank you for getting back to me, yes.
11:59Speaking with the Danish prosecutor in Copenhagen,
12:03their focus is on the second officer.
12:05He was the officer of the watch at the time of the collision.
12:09Whilst they deal with that prosecution,
12:11we'll be looking at any role the captain may have had in the collision.
12:16His actions or inactions, any failures around that,
12:21and processes for safety navigation, collision avoidance.
12:28The fire alarm went on.
12:30I came up.
12:31I noticed it had been drinking.
12:33I'm in the process now of listening to the bridge audio
12:42of the events leading up to the killer's journey itself
12:44that was recovered from the 3DR of the Scott carrier.
12:48I'm annoyed today that she has failed.
13:05I gave her a case of beer yesterday.
13:07You know when you can tell someone to drink it?
13:11It's not like a danger to drink or anything.
13:23They have like four beers.
13:25So all we can hear is the captain of the ship
13:28speaking to his mother on a mobile phone call.
13:31Under the ship's rules, his office of the watch
13:34shouldn't be using any mobile device,
13:36such as a mobile phone or a tablet.
13:39As captain, he has failed to comply
13:42with the safety management system of the vessel.
13:45He goes on to speak about how he's having problems
13:46with some of the crew inspectors of their drinking.
13:48He goes on to speak about how he's having problems
13:53with some of the crew inspectors of their drinking.
14:00As captain, he should be not permitting that.
14:05under any circumstances.
14:06Clearly, something is amiss.
14:08with the management of the vessel in respect of the vessel
14:10in respect of the captain.
14:11As captain, he should be not permitting that
14:13under any circumstances.
14:15There was a safety management system in place.
14:18The master is ultimately responsible for ensuring
14:21that it is a safety management system of the vessel
14:23in respect of access to alcohol.
14:25There was a safety management system in place.
14:27The master is ultimately responsible for ensuring
14:28that it is followed.
14:29The book stops here.
14:30He's just not accepting, and I think he needs to be able to account.
14:31I need an interview with him.
14:32This interview is being recorded by the crew and screen
14:35that the authorities need to file a record of the company.
14:40The company is a system, the company,
14:42the company achieves their partners,
14:44and the company had several conversations with the equipment.
14:45The company was the second state of my team.
14:46The company had two parts of the vessel.
14:47It was a very professional service in the company.
14:48The company was a safety management system.
14:49It was a safety management system in place.
14:50The master is ultimately responsible for ensuring
14:51that it is followed.
14:52The book stops here.
14:53He's just not accepting,
14:54and I think he needs to be able to account.
14:55We need an interview with him.
14:56We need an interview with him.
14:59This interview is being recorded, you don't have to say anything, but you may have your defense, you do not mention my question, something that should later lie on the court, anything you do say may be keeping evidence.
15:29This is a separate life raft.
15:33Okay, what is the law? We just have to go to that.
15:45Six plus two, eight total?
15:47Yes.
15:48Okay.
15:49Roger.
15:50So you're ready to start.
15:53Roger.
15:54Roger.
15:55Roger.
15:5630.
15:57Steading and run.
15:59Right from left to left.
16:00Right from left to right to right, right from left.
16:01Over.
16:02Okay, left.
16:03Wow!
16:04You're doings all.
16:05Yeah.
16:06You're doings all.
16:07I'm going to go.
16:08You're doings all.
16:09You're doings all.
16:10I'm going to go.
16:11You're doings all.
16:12I'm going to stay in the shadows.
16:13But, we have two.
16:14Go!
16:15I'm going to go!
16:16This interview is all.
16:17I'm going to go!
16:18I'm going to go.
16:19Right?
16:20How is the place to right?
16:21Hello?
16:22We have two.
16:23I'm going to take that.
16:24Yeah.
16:25First pilot, reach out to camp, reach out, reach out, reach out, reach out, reach out.
16:39I'm just going to get up to your travel.
16:45Four more people are gone.
16:48Four more on the life raft.
16:50Corruption.
16:52So we've got Norwegian helicopters just up in the high, 9 o'clock.
16:57Got the other life rafts.
16:59No clue.
17:00No, I've got official 9 o'clock.
17:02It's only 11 o'clock.
17:22How are you?
17:34Good.
17:35Okay.
17:36Okay.
17:39Got the right rafts.
18:06I'm going to get him.
18:07I'm going to go.
18:10I'm going to the right hand.
18:12Yeah.
18:13I'm going to go.
18:14I'm going to go.
18:15I'm going to fight.
18:17I'm talking.
18:27But you're on target.
18:31Forward.
18:32I'm talking.
18:34Steady.
18:36Steady.
18:37At the north.
18:42I'm talking.
18:43I'm talking.
18:45Reach out.
18:46Reach out.
18:47Okay now, clear dinghy, right at the north, forward, would you please?
19:04The captain of the fishing vessel did save their lives. Credit to him for getting his
19:23crew into life rafts early on, because if he hadn't made that call, then him and his
19:29crew could have well ended up in the sea. Is there any casualties on board needing medical
19:36assistance? Over. We brought them back here, had a cup of tea, had some cake. The Norwegians
19:57turned up with the other two who were in the other life raft, and so those guys got to
20:02see their shipmates again. It was a multinational operation where everyone survived safe and
20:11well. We're all in this job because we like to help people. If we can do a challenging
20:17rescue and we don't need any medical intervention, that's the perfect day.
20:33The important aspect of this investigation is that it's not just the office of the watch
20:53that's been held to account. It's the master who is liable for failing in their duties of keeping
20:59the ship safe. Need to make some further enquiries, get some additional material, so make an interview with him.
21:07So you're here today in respect of the collision involving the best old Scott Carrier.
21:23Very briefly, what can you tell me about that event, the collision?
21:39I was asleep in my cabin at the time of the collision. It being, I remember the time, 3.28 because I heard a noise which woke me up.
21:47This is the SMS document. The consumption of alcohol whilst the vessel is underway at Anchor is forbidden.
22:05I don't think there's any ambiguity about that word. Forbidden.
22:1111 hours before the collision, I sent down to his cabin because he'd been consuming beer.
22:29Where did he get his alcohol from?
22:31That was in the ship's bond. We were allowed to carry beer.
22:35You buy them? Yeah, I'm fine with a beer and cigarettes. Yeah, from the bond.
22:43Even though those are the instrument to drink from the bottle, let's see.
22:51Yeah, I mean, they don't have to drink it. When I give it to them, they have it in their cabins.
22:57When I got the test kit out, I said, ah, Captain. I had a beer or two before me.
23:19And, uh, before I put in there, you should know. He was worried about breathing into the tube.
23:37Well, he said he had five pints. Jesus.
23:41Would you accept that most people after five pints of beer would be impaired in their actions?
23:47Uh, yeah, of course.
23:49You've got an officer at the watch who had drunk five pints of beer.
23:53I can't see how you can say you made your ship safe.
23:57I had no idea that he'd drunk five pints of beer.
24:09That five pints is news to me in this interview.
24:13Oh, my god.
24:25It's fine. Let's go out.
24:26Hello, this guy. It's ambulance.
24:30Somebody has slipped on the coastal path.
24:36Report to right knee is painful, in field state.
24:50Final case guide for Penzance Noble, we have now left the CRE.
24:54New vehicles proceed in PTA 1.5 minutes.
24:59Stay up between Slinky Point and Penza Point.
25:06Final case guide for Penzance Noble, for your information that has no on scene at Chemuel.
25:13Roger, just keep us updated. Final case guide out.
25:27S-5 Falmouth Coast, go over.
25:29We have got to the casualty.
25:32She is very dizzy when she stands up.
25:36She has overexerted herself, but she had heart surgery, major heart surgery, April this year.
25:43And every time she tries to stand, she, uh, fights.
25:57We request if 924 can be lifted.
26:01Yeah, all received.
26:10Hello, Nicky. We have a fallen walker, south of Penzance.
26:15Your concern is he feels faint and dizzy.
26:17He has recently had heart surgery.
26:19The ambulance is 35 minutes out, but they can't get anywhere close to the coastal path.
26:25Okay.
26:26Keep the ambulance going, because it might be easier for us to hand over to the ambulance.
26:29For the weather on sea, the visibility is three to four miles, but the cloud base is 600 feet.
26:39Right, the runway 30, cleared to take off.
26:42Right, cleared to take off.
26:44Roger.
26:45Position is Tierra Whiskey, 4-6, 2-2, 4-6.
26:50We just come to 3,000 and work our way down in stages.
26:53Offshore letdown.
26:54See ya.
26:55Come on, Coast Guard.
26:56Hello, it's, uh, Alpha Charlie 1-1. I've just got an update from Penzance. Urgent.
26:57Uh-huh.
26:58So immediately now, 15.56, casualty started vomiting, and she's just passed out.
27:13Right.
27:1415 minutes, mate.
27:1615.924, Penzance Mobile, over.
27:20Access by roll, clearly.
27:21Mobile, hold in.
27:22The lady has lost consciousness, and her breathing is faint. Over.
27:27Do they have thermal oxygen and some medical equipment with them? Over.
27:32924, Penzance Mobile.
27:34They don't have oxygen with them.
27:38Roger, that's all copied. ETA is approximately 10 minutes.
27:43Not sure what's going on there, but, uh, she's a bit more serious than we think.
27:52We've established the captain himself has used a mobile device whilst officer watched.
28:01The second officer has obviously thought it's okay for him to do the same.
28:05The second officer has obviously thought it's okay for him to do the same.
28:06The second officer has obviously thought it's okay for him to do the same.
28:10What I've got here is the
28:40beginning of this sequence, just before the collision.
28:42Hello?
28:43Hello?
28:44Hello?
28:45Stay on the ship right now.
28:48We can hear the second officer talking on the chat side of Tom Description, and as you
28:53can see, ahead of the Scott Carrier is the Karen Hoy already in the traffic separation scheme,
28:59making its way down the tunnel.
29:00So it's the Scott Carrier clearly making a turn towards the Karen Hoy.
29:12And if you're looking out the bridge windows, you'd think it would have been pretty obvious
29:17by this stage.
29:19It's, it's just frightening.
29:22You can see it about to happen, can't you?
29:24Yeah.
29:25And he's effectively had the Karen Hoy in front of him for an hour and 20 minutes at least.
29:29That's the sound of the Scott Carrier colliding with the Karen Hoy, which has now disappeared
29:46off the screen.
29:49The important feature, of course, is the fact that it's showing on the screen that the
29:58system is in silent mode and audible alerts are switched off.
30:01Yeah.
30:02The captain himself was aware, must have been aware that the alarms are switched off.
30:07when the captain is, er, the officer of the watch.
30:10Yeah.
30:11Alone on the bridge.
30:12Same situation, the system is silent mode, audible alerts switched off.
30:17And that is the state that he hands the watch over to the second officer.
30:22Need to make some further inquiry.
30:24I think he needs to be held to account.
30:26Is he on the blift bar at this moment?
30:41Blift bar, apparently, yeah.
30:43It's just to the south-west about someone, just to the coast.
30:47The captain's mobile, Ceresky-94 just letting down into the, er, Mount May area.
31:02And they can approach into the scene.
31:04Could you get an update from the scene, please?
31:06And, er, relay back.
31:08Thanks.
31:09The captain at the moment is drifting in and out of, er, consciousness.
31:22Very weak pulse at the scene.
31:29The target is 200.
31:39Can we take the hoisens, then?
31:41Yes, I'll take the hoisens.
31:48Well, I'd suggest it be with a rotor watch.
31:50Carving down on the corner.
31:52And walk up towards them.
31:54I'll be, slide onto it, so it'll be a little bit of butter for the wind.
31:57How high are you going to be, mate?
31:58Er, if I go high enough, I'll just have a decent fly away, left and away.
32:03But we'll be slightly downwind, so that'll be really dynamic.
32:05You're happy to go down the right, mate?
32:08Yeah.
32:10Right 40, if that's it.
32:12Clips are well clear.
32:15Height's good there to me, Phil.
32:16If that works, can you?
32:17No, height's good, yeah.
32:18That's good.
32:19Near the winch?
32:20Near the winch.
32:21Correct.
32:22Fair forward.
32:23Just coming off the spancher.
32:25Near the spancher.
32:26Ah, reaching out.
32:28And go back.

32:30Back to steady.
32:31Steady.

32:37Still reaching out.

32:41Roger.
32:42On the deck.
32:43Roger.
32:44Ten bucks, no bar this season.
32:45Mobile over.
32:46Ten bucks, no bar this season.
32:47Mobile over.
32:48Ten bucks, no bar this season.
32:49Mobile over.
32:50Ten bucks, no bar this season.
32:51Mobile over.
32:52Ten bucks, no bar this season.
32:53Yeah, they're currently working on the casualty with 924.
32:55And they'll give you an update if you have one over.
32:57Got a bit worse the weather.
33:00I think it has drawn down to the top of the mountain over the hills there.
33:04Yeah.
33:05As we're going away from the cliff, we're picking up some of that width coming over the top.
33:08Totally, yeah.
33:09And I think that's what we're fixing in the downwards.
33:11There's a lot of work road to watch underneath us, so we do need to win straight back to the aircraft.
33:41Good afternoon, Mark.
33:54Hi, Captain.
33:55Welcome to the bridge.
34:05This is the radar.
34:07It tells you that how close other ship is passing from my ship.
34:12So I have got a forecast of the targets.
34:23So the target is very, very close to me.
34:25The rigs of collision involved is showing red now.
34:28Yeah.
34:29That means it is a critical target.
34:31If you set a parameter of, say, one nautical mile, and so a vessel then came into that area, it would activate an alarm on the system?
34:40That's right.
34:41Would it activate an audible alarm on the system?
34:44Yes.
34:45The alarms were set in silent mode, so does that mean that you wouldn't hear any alarms audibly?
34:52If it is muted, it will not give you alarms, so you are not safe.
34:57So this is a critical target that becomes red.
34:59Yeah.
35:00And this is giving the alarms here.
35:01Okay?
35:02Yeah.
35:03So this is another critical target that's coming.
35:05Yeah.
35:06So unless I take action, it will give you alarm all the time.
35:10Yeah.
35:11Hearing that audible alarm would attract the officer's attention for them to come and look at the screen and see what was happening and what was putting their vessel at risk.
35:20Yes.
35:21That's right.
35:22Thank you for that.
35:23That's really helpful.
35:24Very helpful.
35:34This tragic collision is because of a number of failures that have allowed to build up.
35:43Each one increases the risk of a collision occurring.
35:47The helicopters around and the vehicles, physical accidents but the mobility system that have had reached 30 days in Davis.
35:54And even Sunday, with auto cameras were flying around asAMPcos.
35:57Farrow knew that the officer of the watch was alone on the bridge at night time.
35:58He was aware that the navigation labs were switched off.
36:01He's got a lot to account for.
36:04There's a lot of room to watch underneath us, so if we do need to win, we should straight back to the aircraft.
36:22Do you want to just stay in the overhead for the recovery? If we stay there, then we should get hopefully too much of a downwash.
36:43If there's any problems, then if you need to, we can go left and down over to see if we get any kind of a spin, alright?
36:48Or put a highlight down.
36:50She's nauseous. Shall we use a highlight?
36:52Okay, mate.
36:53In which case, I'll go to where I was when we first put carton out to that height, and we'll use the highlight.
36:58We're running in.
37:08Ready to run the highlight.
37:10Ready to deploy.
37:11Happy with the height, then.

39:00Nice and clear.
39:01Can I get rid of the rope?
39:02Yeah.
39:033, 2, 1.
39:05Rope on.
39:06Go left now and climb mate.
39:08I'm with Coast Guard.
39:09I've been informed by the ambulance service that there is an ambulance unit on scene.
39:23Just looking at the place they gave us.
39:25Yeah, I think it's up to that farm there.
39:27It's either this one or that one out to the right.
39:30Yeah, we'll look around and look at both.
39:31I can't see the ambulance.
39:32Are they with the other side of this?
39:33Yeah, there's the ambulance.
39:34Visually.
39:35Committed to the field, forward and right now.
39:36Roger.
39:37On the undershoot, there's no wires, just the field itself.
39:38No obstruction.
39:39Six inches.
39:40Clear below, clear.
39:41Lower.
39:42Quite often, casualties are a bit dazed by everything because they've been through a traumatic experience.
39:53And for whatever reason, they've come up to the helicopter.
39:56You know, if they're not used to helicopters, it's very nice.
39:59There's no way to do that.
40:01No obstruction.
40:02No obstruction.
40:03No obstruction.
40:04No obstruction.
40:05No obstruction.
40:06No obstruction.
40:07No obstruction.
40:08Clear below, clear.
40:09Lower.
40:10You know, if they're not used to helicopters, it's very noisy and saps all their senses immediately.
40:15I'm just going to get a sick ball in case she doesn't have a thing.
40:19Emotions-wise, I think you have to invest yourself a little bit emotionally, don't you?
40:23As a paramedic, I certainly have done in my career.
40:26I try not to let that be a negative thing.
40:30You do remember some jobs and think, oh, that was not good.
40:33But, you know, if you've done what we've tried to do for the best, then it's all we can do.
40:40I'm on my way to court this morning for the hearing of Farrell, the captain of the Scott Carrier.
41:03He's never going to face a judge today.
41:04Captain Farrell failed in his leadership duties.
41:16There was a safety management system in place.
41:17The master is ultimately responsible for ensuring that it is followed.
41:21And if it's not, it's the master who is liable.
41:22The book stops here.
41:23The book stops here.
41:24Farrell has entered a guilty plea.
41:25The book stops here.
41:26Farrell has entered a guilty plea.
41:27The book stops here.
41:28Farrell has failed to operate the ship in accordance with the safety management system.
41:29The book stops here.
41:33The book stops here.
41:34Farrell has failed to operate the ship in accordance with the safety management system.
41:38It's always a sense of relief that they've accepted the evidence and it's clearly guilty.
41:39The book stops here.
41:40Farrell has failed to operate the ship in accordance with the safety management system.
41:46Farrell has failed to operate the ship in accordance with the safety management system.
42:01There's always a sense of relief that they've accepted the evidence and it's clearly guilty.
42:07I feel satisfied in the case that we presented, the facts prove the case, and I'm pleased
42:16for the families.
42:18Where there's been a fatality, it's a matter of holding to account those that have broken
42:26the law, but it's also a sense of providing justice and closure for the families that
42:32have been affected.
42:33Loss of a loved one, they'll not see again, went out to do their job and not returned.
42:39It's just a sad end to a life that shouldn't have happened.
42:44So it always remains part of what I do.
43:03It's just a sad end to a life that should have been held on.
43:07And I don't know if I can't.
43:09It's just a sad end to a life that should have happened.
43:13It's just a sad end to a life that doesn't happen.
43:16This is a sad end to a life that needs to be found.
43:20I'm sorry.
43:22It's just a sad end to a life that needs to be found.
43:55We've got situations, we've got someone who's been dragged out to sea.
44:01She appears to be in distress.
44:02Dial's with the confidence speed.
44:04We are committed.
44:05He's already getting watched over.
44:08You want the CB crew to leave?
44:09You're just going to have to stop filming now.
44:11There's a problem with the ship.
44:13They don't want it recorded.
44:14Round it, round it.
44:16Okay, so we're cross-checked.
44:17Round it.
44:17Just tuck it in, Charlie.
44:18Round it, I've got it, I've got it.

44:59Round it, I've got it.
45:00Round it, I've got it.
45:01Round it, I've got it.
45:02Round it, I've got it.
