00:00I'll take you to the rest of the room.
00:18I'll take you to the rest of the room.
00:19Hey, hold on, Coast Guard, Moorhead,
00:20somebody's fell over 25 off the cliff.
00:24Someone's fallen off of Moorhead, yes.
00:27Yeah, yes, he's still a bit closer,
00:29and you can see his legs back over his legs from.
00:32So it's in this block of a net in his mouth.
00:36OK, so you can still see the person, yes?
00:39I can see him, I can see him, yeah,
00:41but I can't keep the tethering on.
00:43I can't actually get over to him.
00:45So he's still conscious, or?
00:48Yeah, he's still conscious, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:50Blood's pouring out of his feet.
00:51Yeah.
00:53OK, we're going to get some assistance to him.
00:57We're going mobile one, on route for Moorhead.
01:01As soon as I'm ringing these, I think it's fine.
01:03Yeah, yeah.
01:05Are you OK, sir?
01:07Yeah, yeah, just we, yeah, I can't get over to him.
01:09No, don't try and get over to him.
01:11Don't try and put yourself in any danger.
01:15But someone's over to him, someone's over to him.
01:17Somebody's over to him, yes?
01:19Yeah.
01:19Do you know, is that person a friend,
01:21or is that just a passerby?
01:23That's his friend over there, is it?
01:24Yeah.
01:25Yeah, that's one of his friends.
01:27Is he close to the water present,
01:29or is he still up on the fish as such?
01:32No, no, he's on the bottom of the line.
01:33He's on the bottom, yeah.
01:36He's on the right hand, but I'm just too slow.
01:38OK.
01:41Get some there, you want some there.
01:50UK Coastal.
01:51Do you think I'd him let you know,
01:53is these things spooky?
01:57They're ошибهم, bleaning to me.
01:59How many neighbors ask is it to be,
02:00so we're taking the same thing just straight down.
02:02And you stay where you are
02:03and give me an update of what's happening, OK?
02:05Is that just what you don't panic?
02:06And no one used to put yourselves in a symbol.
02:12Is it going to raise a shock?
02:13Are you going to help me?
02:14It's a shall I.
02:15An hour or two hours ago,
02:16they're the mass battery.
02:17The lab甚麼 he went to熱 training,
02:19it is good.
02:20You can call me a kh fühling.
02:21So on the way hooker, we are sitting aground.
02:45Did you say your vessel is aground, is that correct, over?
02:49Are there any injuries, any casualties, over?
02:58Six persons of war, everybody has helped you.
03:02Have you hit the rocks where you've run aground, over?
03:06It looks like, yes.
03:08Can you confirm what exactly happened, over?
03:11Are we still investigating?
03:19We've had an incident come in overnight.
03:31The vessel's come down from the north, underneath the skybridge just here.
03:36It's made a turn to the south, coming down through the kyle ray, a little bend here in
03:49the channel.
03:50For some reason, the vessel's heading is altered to port, and the vessel's come aground in this
03:57area roughly here.
03:58Luckily, at the moment, all the crew are safe and well, but it could have been catastrophic.
04:17So do we know how the vessel grounded, or is it overnight, was the weather bad?
04:35Indications are that the weather on scene wasn't too bad overnight, and so we don't know
04:39yet why grounded, whether it's mechanical failure, whether it's negligence.
04:43So it'll be interesting to find out whether the passage plan was adequately thought out.
04:49We really need to get the vessel safely to a port to make sure there's no further risk
04:53to the crew, to the local environment.
04:56We'll need to get on board to carry out our inspection.
04:58So we've just had the report come through from the dive survey.
05:16that's massive.
05:37And you can see it just ripped all the way up in the cross here, yeah.
05:56The damage is far more extensive than I was expecting.
06:01They've essentially prioritised the options and two of them are the preferred ones.
06:08That's obviously...
06:12Is it worth essentially just having a good decision?
06:15...the way it is, installing the other similar boxes.
06:22And they said, all in all, they can consider themselves lucky where they are.
06:28The penalty is taken away.
06:31And overall, the ship's not going to get any better on site than the way it is.
06:36If they're working, there's 50 centimetres of war in that tank at the moment.
06:41What happens if they can't stop working for whatever reason?
06:44If anything happens, it's going to happen quickly.
06:47It's really important that we get control of this vessel as soon as we can, to make sure that they don't upspone.
06:57We need to cut it out inspection, chat with the crews, find out what really caused the vessel to go aground.
07:07What really caused the vessel to go aground?
07:19Belfast Coast Guard, this is Cory Mobile One, just driving on the scene from Moorhead.
07:38Let's get our equipment done set up here.
07:55Belfast Coast Guard, Portrush ILV. That is one casualty.
07:58Return to Portrush Harbour under the care of Portrush lifeboat crew.
08:01The lifeboat has recovered one casualty with a possible broken leg.
08:08There were three children. They were fishing at the bottom of the cliff and then they tried to climb up one sail.
08:16The other casualty is walking and seems okay.
08:19There is a third casualty located approximately halfway up the cliff.
08:34Four in CRT are aware of his position.
08:37If you can get to that rock there, you'll see him.
08:40Caelan, you okay? Just wait there. We're just getting rigged up with a rope.
08:44Belfast Coast Guard, this is Cory and Oscar.
08:56We are proceeding with our rope rescue set up.
08:59Belfast Coast Guard, I'll see you.
09:01Tell me when.
09:02Yep, just about here, yep. Cliff Casualty Helmet.
09:05Are you going down? I am going down.
09:18They're rigging you up there. You'll be going straight down there.
09:21How far is he off the bottom?
09:22He's about 25, 30 feet from me. Is he?
09:25Anywhere here. Bring her this way here.
09:28Neither do I keep people up there.
09:43There's a lot of people standing around.
09:46And also you're getting more people on the cliff late here.
09:48Can you keep away from the edge, please, everybody? Keep back from the edge.
09:52Let's get this seal off.
10:07Want to rescue somebody?
10:09Just put your pen in there.
10:11And you're going to need a lot of good communication here.
10:21Do you want to tie her off there, Ali?
10:22I will do now.
10:23So we need to get secured up here with the rope.
10:26I'm going to start walking. I need the safety.
10:29Do you want to feed that out? I'll go round.
10:36Is that empty?
10:37All right.
10:38Give slack on safety.
10:39It's not locked.
10:41It's not locked.
10:42It's not locked.
10:43No way.
10:44It's not locked.
10:45Can we secure both lines, please?
10:49Okay.
10:52I am going to actually go round myself.
11:05Good luck to do the safety. I'll have to pick myself down.
11:08Commission on control.
11:09I don't see if they own legs.
11:11Okay.
11:13Get as much tension on that as we can.
11:17It's starting to get dark.
11:20Okay.
11:21Warm it up.
11:22Are you warming up?
11:23Yep.
11:24I'm good to go.
11:25Just watch out.
11:26That man's coming down.
11:27Can you see him, sir?
11:28No.
11:29Yep.
11:30Watch him for obscurity.
11:31Keep your head in.
11:32Keep your head in.
11:33Stop.
11:34Stop.
11:35Stop.
11:36Stop.
11:37He is going to get hit twice.
11:38Just watch the falling rocks.
11:39Just protect your head.
11:40Keep your head in.
11:41Keep your head in.
11:42Stop.
11:43Stop.
11:44Stop.
11:45He is going to get hit twice.
11:46Just watch the falling rocks.
11:47Just protect your head.
11:48Keep your head in.
11:49Stop.
11:50Stop.

11:52Stop.
11:53He is going to get hit twice.
11:55Just watch the falling rocks.
11:57Just protect your head.
11:58Keep your head in.
12:19Keep your head in.
12:20Keep your head in.
12:21Keep your head in.
12:22Go squad rescue.
12:23We have a customer coming in now.
12:25Saying there is a child on the body board and struggling.
12:28They tried to get to him by kayak but they failed.
12:34They can't reach him because it is too choppy.
12:38Okay.
12:39Are you in Tri-Pod 4?
12:40Is that the one?
12:41Tri-Pod 4, yeah.
12:42Yeah.
12:43Got it.
12:44Is he still on the body board?
12:46Yes, he is still on the body board.
12:48I can't actually see him from where I'm here.
12:51I can't see a thing.
12:53But I can ask him if he's going to have a quick look.
12:56Yes, please.
12:57Yeah.
12:58And if they put it as a stress step because you can't see him.
13:00She can't see him?
13:01No.
13:02On the head, Coast Guard Paging.
13:04I'm down on the Coast Guard Rescue Team.
13:06We've got reports that a child on the body board is being dragged out to sea.
13:11What's the best boat, Joel?
13:12Do you reckon?
13:13PY, because Abersock will have to come through the Barzy Sound.
13:14We've got north-westerly winds, so that would potentially make that quite a choppy passage.
13:27I'm wondering if it's worth going to 936 as well.
13:30Hello?
13:31Hello?
13:32Hello?
13:33Still on the line, Steph.
13:34Just waiting to see if anyone...
13:35Hi.
13:36Can we request a rescue 936, please?
13:404-3-7-4-2.
13:41Pollyhead Coast Guard are coordinating.
13:42I haven't got any description in the cab.
13:43It's just a charm on the body board at the moment.
13:44All clear on the right.
13:45Yep, clear on the right.
13:46Okay, off we go.
13:473-2-1.
13:48All right.
13:49I see first and foremost back in there.

14:20Hello?
14:21Good afternoon, ma'am.
14:22We're airborne.
14:235 on board.
14:242 hours 30 minutes.
14:25Endurance on our way to the Charles on the board.
14:28We'll be about 8 minutes on route.
14:30The lady's reporting's not there on the scene, so we're trying to get information.
14:33Hello?
14:34Hello?
14:35Hello?
14:36Good afternoon.
14:37Good afternoon.
14:38Turn it to the
14:53All right.
15:14Okay.
15:20So where's the clue?
15:23Okay.
15:33Captain.
15:35Good afternoon.
15:36My name is Zia.
15:38Zia Ulhaq, MCA.
15:40We are here to do a poster control inspection.
15:42The rest will become priority one due to the grounding in Scotland, right?
15:45We will be doing some operational controls, some paperwork checks,
15:49some investigation on the basis of what happened.
15:52And then we're going to decide accordingly, you know, what action we would take for the vessel.
15:58So, can you please tell us what happened, how that happened?
16:01I can't stand.
16:03I'm since last Friday on board.
16:05So, the captain who was on board before?
16:07Yes.
16:08He's in home.
16:09Okay.
16:10Right.
16:11Do you have anything, any record of incident?
16:13You know, outgoing master, did he tell you anything what happened?
16:15Yeah.
16:17Yeah.
16:18Do you have anything to do with insurance?
16:19I'm not going to do with the voucher.
16:20Yeah, please.
16:21Yeah.
16:27Right.
16:29The crew member, they're also new on the vessel, or they?
16:31No.
16:32And chief officer was on bridge when this happened?
16:33Yeah.
16:34So, maybe we can speak with him.
16:35You know, chief officer?
16:36Yeah.
16:37Are you doing investigation?
16:38We, yeah, we are.
16:39We need to.
16:40Did you start already?
16:41Yeah.
16:42We are, we are postal control, right?
16:43Chief, if you don't mind telling me, you know, what you did, you know, on your passage plan.
16:48Okay, I will open the passage plan, yeah.
16:49Yeah.
16:50You know, initially you wanted to go somewhere else.
16:51Different room.
16:52Yeah.
16:53But when you, so when you made this alteration of passage plan, did you put, did you put in
16:55the paper?
16:56Sign everybody, everybody signed?
16:57Your, yourself and your master?
16:58Yeah, we did actually, yeah.
16:59Yeah.
17:00Yeah.
17:01Yeah.
17:02Yeah.
17:03Yeah.
17:04Yeah.
17:05Yeah.
17:06Yeah.
17:07Yeah.
17:08Yeah.
17:09Yeah.
17:10Yeah.
17:11Yeah.
17:12Yeah.
17:13Yeah.
17:14Yeah.
17:15Yeah.
17:20Yeah, yeah.
17:21Yeah.
17:22Yeah, yeah.
17:23Yeah, yeah.
17:24Yeah.
17:25Yeah.
17:26Yeah.
17:27Yeah.
17:28Yeah.
17:29Yeah, yeah.
17:30So can you zoom in over here, this area?
17:31Right, can we go down?
17:34No.
17:35Right.
17:36Yeah.
17:37Yeah.
17:38Yeah.
17:39We can't establish that it was some sort of failure on equipment.
17:54Can you tell me what speed was you doing?
17:57The only person who can tell me facts is you because you were on bridge at that time.
18:02I make a quick phone call.
18:05Hey, Susan, you all right? Can you speak?
18:08I'll be on board and doing investigation, right?
18:21What could have caused grounding at the moment?
18:23I mean, there are a few things.
18:35What I am going to do now is through criminalisation and then fire drill.
18:40On that basis, you know, I will have sufficient evidence to decide which way we should go.
18:48Stop!
18:49Stop!
18:50Falling rocks.
18:51Protect your head.
18:52Well, if you can, go to the outside there and keep it, keep it less rock, looser rock.
19:13Right, hold that rope there.
19:26Chris, anywhere there would do it.
19:28Nice.
19:29He's getting close.
19:30All right.
19:31Cliff tag with the casualty now, over.
19:41So what's your name?
19:42Keelan.
19:43Aye, my name's Stuart Keelan.
19:44Okay.
19:45Tag with casualty.
19:46Stop rope.
19:47You're staying against the cliff there, okay?
19:48We'll soon get you out of here.
19:49Let's get you up before it gets too dark.
20:18Just turn around.
20:19Okay.
20:20I'm just going to put this underneath your arms, Pep.
20:25Do you want a torch down there?
20:27I want to get him up, James.
20:28I want to get him up as quick as he can.
20:31James, this is Oscar.
20:32Still attached to the casualty to the hardest booked wheel.
20:36I'll reach for recovery.
20:37I'm going to set this arm here.
20:39If you just put it underneath here, okay?
20:41So if you just turn around, face the cliff there, Pep.
20:44Just turn around that way there.
20:46Just bring your body right round.
20:48To the bottom from him.
20:51Probably about 25 feet.
20:53Plenty of room, okay?
20:56That way there.
20:59I'm just going to put this on a strap, okay?
21:06Or can we, you lift that arm, this arm down.
21:09Maybe if you can put him down between your legs.
21:11Don't you just lift your arm.
21:13See if you can bring that up.
21:14See if you can bring that up.
21:15That's not ready for recovery.
21:17Roger.
21:18Just waiting onward from the rope tag.
21:21Just two seconds.
21:27Right.
21:28This chipped in properly now for you.
21:30Now, I need you to help me, okay?
21:35So you're going to climb up.
21:38You're going to hold on, okay?
21:40Hold on where?
21:41You just hold on to here.
21:42But don't let your arms go up, okay?
21:44Just keep your arms nice and down.
21:45Okay, so if you want to stand up.
21:48Okay.
21:52Right, James.
21:53You ready?
21:54Yep.
21:55Walk up slowly, okay?
21:56Keep slowly.
21:57Keep slowly.
21:58All right.
21:59So, you stand up a wee bit, pet.
22:01Walk slowly, both lines.
22:05Now, you push out on the cliff.
22:07Watch your knees.
22:08Keep the arms down.
22:09Keep your arms down, pet.
22:10That's you.
22:11Push out on the cliff.
22:13Okay?
22:14Good man.
22:15That's it.
22:16Push out on the cliff.
22:17Slowly, Jebbs.
22:18Slowly.
22:19Dead slow.
22:20Dead slow.
22:21Dead slow.
22:22Slowly.
22:23Good killing.
22:24All right.
22:25You okay there?
22:26Okay, keep his arms down.
22:27Keep your arms down, pet.
22:28Just keep kicking out the cliff.
22:30Corian Lasker from Corian Plain.
22:33We believe we have the mother of the casualty down here.
22:36Roger, please.
22:37Just hold her at that location.
22:38Over.
22:41Stop.
22:42Stop.
22:43Stop.
22:44You okay there?
22:45You okay, surety?
22:56I think what I will do now, I'll just do some round now.
23:09Okay, what can we operate in injured room if you want to check anything?
23:21Can we check anything today?
23:22It's not working.
23:23It's not working.
23:24So nothing is working in injured room at the moment, isn't it?
23:26It's not working.
23:27It's not working.
23:28So basically your ballast water and also fuel tank go to that area.
23:31Ah, thank you.
23:32Can we go down?
23:34So they can see water flooding in.
23:39That's a damaged area.
23:41And they keep pumping out.
23:43And what system are you using to pump out?
23:58How do you pump?
23:59An ejector.
24:00An ejector, alright, okay.
24:01The main fire pump.
24:02Right, okay.
24:03So just pumping out all the time.
24:05Yeah, all this all the time, yeah.
24:07More than five meters deep, the water pressure was pretty high, especially here.
24:11Yeah, you had to build a train and then to put cement on it and then to close the train.
24:15Who built it?
24:16Chief engineer and me.
24:17Okay, what about the other areas where the flooding happened?
24:20Other tanks?
24:21There are more flooding on the other tanks than at VB.
24:24Yeah, but they're not talking about it.
24:26Yeah.
24:27What I'm saying then, what's happening?
24:28Is this continued discharging or what are you doing with that?
24:31We left them full.
24:34Full, okay.
24:35Yeah.
24:36We tried to balance the ship.
24:38Okay.
24:39And that's all, you know.
24:42We go back up now.
24:44I'm going on deck, okay?
24:54Steve, how do you take bearings?
24:56It doesn't look like it's very reliable because it's going to keep moving.
25:01Actually, I don't use it.
25:04Yeah.
25:05Go into your logbook.
25:06You do it regularly.
25:07Really?
25:08Yeah, that's the requirement.
25:09Yeah.
25:10Yeah.
25:11I'll just slam.

25:13Can you show me?
25:14That's the main.
25:15We're testing battery.
25:16Oh.
25:17It should be a battery.
25:18Should be able to run this on battery.
25:19Captain, we will be testing rescue boat engine.
25:21That's fine.
25:22You can't raise the door.
25:23I'm slam even.
25:24I was tired.
25:25The rescue boat can't start now.
25:26Just stop it now because we'll make it worse.
25:28We can move accommodation, please.
25:29Yeah.
25:30Yeah.
25:31Yeah.
25:32Yeah.
25:33Yeah.

25:47And that's a fire dog is it?
25:56Need adjustment on this.
25:57Yeah.
26:02In here.
26:04What's this?
26:05Well during the flying, I'm doing this.
26:07Yeah.
26:08Because, he also has to force around.
26:09Yesterday, a force around.
26:11And now, he is.
26:12I don't know.
26:14I don't know.
26:18Heat alarm, isn't it?
26:19Heat, it will smooth it, right?
26:22This detected fire alarm, yes, I think, yeah.
26:26Okay.
26:27All right.
26:30Captain!
26:32We like to do a drill, fire drill.
26:42Hello.
26:44We're having a bit of trouble because the first informant
26:47is nowhere near the actual scene.
26:49They're calling from a landline in a cafe.
26:51Okay, just start.
26:52Rest in your night, please.
26:53We'll be about eight minutes off for you, sir.
27:07This is Abu Dairn-Alpha.
27:08Numerous members of the public have tried to recover
27:13but we haven't had that confirmed yet by anybody on the scene.
27:16All right.
27:17Hello.
27:18We still don't know, people.
27:19Still don't know.
27:20She's running down, trying to get information.
27:22Hello.
27:23We still don't know, people.
27:24Still don't know.
27:25She's running down, trying to get information.
27:27Hello.
27:28Hello.
27:29Hello.
27:30We still don't know, people.
27:31We still don't know.
27:32She's running down, trying to get information.
27:34Hello.
27:35Hello.
27:36Hello.
27:37I think somebody's reached him by canoe now.
27:38They've reached him.
27:39Okay.
27:40But the young gentleman is diabetic.
27:41Okay.
27:42He's looking really pale.
27:43And he has swallowed some water.
27:45Well, we just arrived at sea now.
27:46I'm just arriving at sea now.
27:47I'm just arriving at sea now.
27:48The 2936, this is Hollyhead Coast Guard.
27:50I've got your information, sir.
27:51The casualty has made it back to shore.
27:52He's looking really pale, and he has swallowed some water.
28:052936, this is Collier Coast Guard.
28:07For your information, sir, the casualty has made it back to shore.
28:10We believe he is diabetic and has taken on water.
28:13CRT are on scene.
28:16All right, everyone copy that, yeah?
28:18Yeah.
28:19To shore.
28:20Yeah.
28:21There are no opposition, just on scene now.
28:31Is the underwater in front of some land on the beach for us?
28:34That's a negative surge of any people.
28:37I believe they're landing on that.
28:40Three, two, one.
28:43Face touching.
28:45Inches on the nose.
28:47Nose touching.
28:48Full wheels on.
28:49I need a foot down, the clearance to hold it nicely, brakes on, set, mirror out.
29:06Where are we looking?
29:08My name's Paul.
29:10So what's happened?
29:11Couldn't get back in, he was struggling, the tide was too strong.
29:14It was quite scary, he was a type 1 diabetic.
29:19For the water you've taken on, did you drink a load?
29:32Did you have a point where you couldn't breathe and it was just flowing into your mouth?
29:36Bit of both, alright?
29:38Have a listen to your chest and we'll see if anything's going on there.
29:41Alright, just to put this under your armpit.
29:52Nice deep breath.
29:54And again.
29:56Again.
30:00Alright.
30:01Paramedic is still assessing the casualty. I'm waiting for the details.
30:12Alright.
30:13Kaelin.
30:14Are you okay?
30:15Okay, Kaelin, we're nearly there. Halfway.
30:16I'm just going to reposition, surely.
30:17Right eye.
30:19Alright.
30:20Right, so you put it out.
30:21Okay, we're going to go up and see how we get that trench there.
30:26Okay, Kaelin, we're nearly there. Halfway.
30:30I'm just going to reposition, surely. Right, aye.
30:40Right, so you kick it out.
30:42Okay, we're going to go see that tranks there.
30:44Okay, now you watch this, mate.
30:46I don't want to rock on your legs, so you just kick out, pet.
30:50Kick out.
30:52Keep going, pet. That's you. Keep going.
30:54Keep going, pet. That's you. Keep going.
30:56Keep going. That's a good boy.
30:58That's it. Keep walking. Keep walking.
31:00Keep walking. Keep walking. Keep walking.
31:02Good man. Good man.
31:06Good man, Kaelin. You made it.
31:10Right, just walk slowly, pet.
31:12Okay. That's us in the safety zone now, pet.
31:16That's casually in the safety zone.
31:18Well, did you catch any fish?
31:20You did?
31:22We're Moorhead. It's a lovely area.
31:25Around the base of the cliffs is a very popular area for fishing.
31:28That can pose its own problems.
31:34I think your mum's down there for you.
31:38It is dangerous. It's crumbly tip of cliff.
31:40It's about a hundred foot high.
31:42We've done quite a few rescues over the number of years, actually, and a few fatalities.
31:48All right, Kaelin.
31:50What's your name, little guy?
31:52Kaelin.
31:53One of the ambulance crew.
31:54Did you see your friend Paul?
31:55Yeah.
31:56I'm in the Coast Guard now 40 years.
31:58We're trained for this.
32:00You should always check the tide tables.
32:02Check the tides and be very wary of where you're going.
32:08It's always a good idea if you're out walking to always take a fully charged mobile phone.
32:13If you do get them there to bother, you can just dial 999 and we'll always assist you.
32:19Knowing that you've done all you can for them.
32:22It's very satisfying to return a casualty to the family.
32:25He could have sustained very serious injuries.
32:28He was lucky not to have been killed.
32:30Not fast, Corey North Group.
32:33Right, sir. Casualty.
32:35He's now recovered.
32:36He is now with his mother.
32:37Over.
32:38About 36, sir.
32:39Many thanks for that.
32:40You can give them a good bit of safety advice.
32:42Over.
32:58Nice deep breath.
33:00Great.
33:05And again.
33:18After taking a lot of water, it can have secondary effects in the lungs.
33:21And that's where we consider if we took a patient to hospital or not.
33:25What I want to do is just get access to your back now.
33:28Nice deep breath.
33:30have you got any tightness in your chest no all right there's no strange noises
33:40going on there which is good I'm getting good readings there how do you feel you
33:46feel sick what's your normal blood sugar it averages between 8 and 16 this high
33:54is about 22 23s but with interesting we bring him down 7.1 good good all right what I'm thinking at
34:06this point I'm not seeing anything that's worrying me but there's always the case of we need to keep
34:11an eye on you and keep monitoring at the minute I'd be comfortable to say we could discharge you
34:17here and then keep an eye on on you if you start to feel any tightness in chest any difficulty breathing
34:23anything changes within your chest nausea dizziness or just anything that's a concern then that's the
34:29point where we need to self-take to hospital you become content with that yeah nine three six nine
34:36three six mobile the intention is to discharge here I think it's easy for people to underestimate how
34:44powerful the sea actually is tell you what that's on first aid kit I don't know it weighs a ton as well
34:50is it yeah he didn't have a life jacket on but he kept hold of that bodyboard and I think if he'd
34:57have lost that then it had been a different story love to have met you all right all the best hope you
35:03all right I say no problem anything changes enjoy the rest of your holiday it is a relief when you've
35:15made an assessment of a patient and they don't require hospital treatment there is an element to
35:27this job where you may have to deal with the worst-case scenario you can certainly tell that morale is
35:43generally higher when we've had a good busy day and everything's turned out well I do love it
35:48we like to do a drill fire drill don't start anything yet we will start
36:03give me your radio okay close the door they should be able to find you right
36:16where is the fire no mustard no mustard hello hello hello where are you going
36:45where's the fire so how you can go like this how can you go inside like this so what are you doing
36:55here where's the mustard where's the mustard station what are you doing here then I asked them what
37:02they are doing they are getting ready without going to mustard station that's what I'm saying
37:06they don't know what to do where was the fire how would you how would you know how would you know
37:14that where the fire is chief engineer is in the ninja room what is doing there
37:18what is doing there I just saw him coming up and just went down again I'm just trying to understand
37:28to help me now please I will bring the drill I think we call it off we are not prepared for a drill
37:38captain captain you stop the drill now because the feminization is terrible
37:46I had to do a drill because I was concerned about feminization exactly exactly exactly I agree
38:10captain captain can we speak on bridge
38:22so what we are doing now we have to suspend our inspection we could not complete our inspection
38:39because nothing is operational at the moment as you know we are detaining the vessel as well
38:48I mean you are stopped anyway I appreciate that but there are deficiencies which are
38:55detainable so we have to stop the ship until we are satisfied vessel is seaworthy again and crew is
39:02safe again okay thank you very much the incident when vessel on the ground it's very very serious they were quite lucky in that vessel did not sink they were in the sheltered water they were very fortunate
39:28that's our PST inspection report I'm going to send this report to you by email we did an initial investigation vessel is not going anywhere until we consider this vessel safe to proceed to see thank you captain thank you chief
39:52thank you chief it looks like there is some lack of crew finalization with the process
39:59I was a captain on merchant vessel for a number of years he can be very dangerous crew need to understand their responsibility and if they don't understand they are putting themselves in danger and their colleagues in danger I want to ensure the crew members who are working on this vessel they go back to the family happily
40:20to the family happily
40:50so

41:55it was really scary I thought I was going to get pushed away
42:01we started to climb up and Jack went a different way
42:07and when he tried to get grip of the walk he just slipped and fell
42:13and
42:14and

42:47My leg's all right.
42:48It's a lot better now, like.
42:50Yeah.
42:51It's not net or think freer, is it?
42:53You know, it just goes into the bone.
42:54I've seen Keelan getting winched up, and then there was a round of applause, you know,
42:59from everybody that had gathered.
43:01Oh, I was so relieved, so relieved that Keelan was safe, and then, obviously, Jack.
43:08When you cut your dog in, did you use them?
43:12I think he broke his leg, his hip, and his ankle wound sticked out.
43:20I've got this off important apple, this big silver one, for one point.
43:26They love fishing together, so they don't.
43:29Keeps them out of trouble.
43:32I'm so nervous every time he goes outdoor to go fishing.
43:35But Keelan definitely has learned from that experience that, you know, you really need
43:39to be careful around the water and to know, you know, the times of the tide.
43:45I'm so thankful for the Coast Guard that, you know, they're putting their lives at risk,
43:50to come and help people that are stuck and need your help.
43:53If I had the opportunity to meet the person that helped me, I would say,
43:59thank you for saving me and my friends.
44:02This is a medical emergency.
44:12We have an unwell scuba diver.
44:14Decompression sickness.
44:15We have to get up into the chamber as good as you can.
