00:19The 22-year-old is accused of fatally shooting Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10,

00:25having exhibited multiple warning signs prior to the incident, as noted by Bongino.

00:30Authorities reported that Tyler Robinson was detached from politics.

00:34I believe co-workers stated he had detached himself when the topic of politics came up and walked away,

00:39Bongino explained on Fox News America's newsroom on Monday, September 15.

00:44The deputy revealed they were looking into whether someone else was aware of the planned shooting

00:48and failed to report it to the authorities,

00:50hinting at online conversations Robinson allegedly had about Kirk.

00:54Tyler Robinson was arrested on September 12, two days after the shooting.

01:09His father, a Washington County Sheriff's Department veteran, reportedly turned him in.

01:14Donald Trump spoke out about Tyler Robinson's arrest,

01:17telling news outlets that he believed with a high degree of certainty they had the man who killed Kirk.

01:22Somebody who was very close to him turned him in, Trump detailed,

01:26sharing the individual was a person of faith and a minister who was involved with law enforcement.

01:31I hope he's going to be found guilty, I would imagine, and I hope he gets the death penalty, Trump added.

01:37Tyler Robinson's DNA was found on a towel around the alleged assassination rifle.

01:42Evidence shows he tracked Charlie Kirk's events and researched Utah Valley University before the shooting.

01:47Robinson faces several charges, though it's unclear if additional federal charges are pending.
