Tyler Robinson, the accused killer of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, made his first public court appearance today, facing serious charges including aggravated Murder. 01:22person regarding conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, destroyed, concealed, or removed the
01:29clothing he wore during the shooting, and the conduct that constitutes an offense would be a
01:35capital felony or a first-degree felony. Count five. Tampering with a witness. A third-degree felony in
01:43violation of Utah code 76-8-508 in that on or about September 10, 2025 in Utah County, the defendant,
01:53Tyler James Robinson, believed that an official proceeding or investigation was pending or about

02:07or otherwise cause his roommate to withhold testimony, information, a document, or an item to wit
02:14directing his roommate to delete incriminating text messages. Count six. Tampering with a witness. A third-degree
02:22felony in violation of Utah code annotated 76-8-508 in that on or about September 11, 2025 in Utah County, the defendant,
02:33Tyler James Robinson, believed that an official proceeding or investigation was pending or about
02:39to be instituted or intended to prevent an official proceeding or investigation and attempted to induce
02:46or otherwise cause his roommate to withhold testimony or information, to wit, directing his roommate to
02:53stay silent if the police question the roommate. Count seven. A violent offense committed in the presence of a child. A class A misdemeanor
03:03in violation of Utah code annotated 76-3-203.10 sub 2 and 76-3-203.14 sub 3 a little double i in that on or about September 10, 2025 in Utah County,
03:22the defendant, Tyler James Robinson, committed criminal homicide in the physical presence of a child younger than 14 years of age,
03:31with knowledge that a child was present with knowledge that a child was present and that may have been seen or heard the commission of the criminal homicide.
