Swap out the sugary icing for garlic butter and make these savory dinner rolls! 00:03Add some fresh garlic and chives to your softened butter.
00:05We're making a little garlic butter.
00:06You could have a boring dinner roll or you could have these.
00:09I'm sprinkling a little mozzarella and Colby Jack.
00:11I know this isn't a traditional mix of cheese for this kind of a thing, but my house, my rules.
00:14Take a pizza cutter, cut it up.
00:16Roll them up, place them in your baking dish, and then bake at 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes.
00:21Look at those bubbles.
00:22And to finish them off, we're just going to brush them down with a little more garlic butter.
