Isiniwalat naman ng DENR sa pagdinig ng 2026 budget ng DPWH ang mga maanomalyang flood control project na nakita nila sa pamamagitan ng satellite imagery. Sabi ng DENR, ang mga proyektong naturingang kontra-baha, posible pa umanong lalong magpabaha.
