00:34of happiness. Question 2. Why do U.S. Representatives serve shorter terms than U.S. Senators?

00:48to keep them closer to the public opinion, or to make sure they respond quickly to the people.
00:53Final question, and this one is a doozy. Why is the rule of law important?
