00:08court in New York is back on duty this morning, according to CBS News. Two officials familiar

00:13with the matter told CBS the officer was reinstated after a preliminary review,

00:18despite an earlier statement from the Department of Homeland Security condemning the conduct as

00:23unacceptable and denouncing the officer had been relieved of his duties pending an investigation.

00:28The incident, which went viral last week, shows a visibly distraught Ecuadorian woman

00:33confronting ICE officers as they detained her husband outside 26 Federal Plaza.

00:38In one clip, the officer is seen grabbing the woman's hair and later shoving her to the ground

00:42in front of her children, while repeatedly saying, adios.
