00:00You know what I learned about the Jets and that loss to the Cowboys?
00:03This team has zero foundation and has a rotten core.
00:06Aaron Glenn has tried to come in and reset the culture.
00:10He said all the right things, and he's trying to reset the culture by action.
00:14We see him trying to punch the ball out at practice with his team to show them that, hey, the penalties are killing us as well as the turnovers.
00:22We talk about accountability, and it's something that we've heard him say week in, week out.
00:27He's cut two kick returners for putting the ball on the ground and putting this team in a terrible position.
00:33Well, guess what?
00:34The defensive coordinator needs to be the next sacrificial lamb because there is no way that you should be the New York Jets defense,
00:42and you're getting the ball ran on you in a two-minute drill for the Cowboys to go down and score.
00:49But when we talk about player accountability, usually there's that one or two guys, leaders in the locker room,
00:54that can point a finger and say that you need to be better.
00:57You need to do this better.
00:59Those guys are like the Garrett Wilsons and the Brees Hall, but you can't do that when Brees Hall is putting the football on the ground.
01:05The identity of this football team right now is not built to win.
