00:00Southeast Asian Foreign Minister's opening talks on Saturday ahead of a landmark Asian summit that will formally welcome East Timor as the bloc's 11th member.
00:11The meeting is scheduled for Sunday in Kuala Lumpur, followed by two days of high-level meetings with key partners such as China, Japan, India, Australia, Russia, South Korea and the United States.
00:22This year's edition is a milestone for Asian as it welcomes a new member for the first time in 26 years.
