00:00Previously, 19 celebrities arrived to play the ultimate murder mystery.
00:07These dastardly traitors, we've got to find them.
00:11All in the hope of winning up to £100,000 for their chosen charity.
00:17Six faithful have fallen.
00:19I'm a faithful.
00:20Faithful, faithful.
00:22What are the odds of us being so useless?
00:25But as the treacherous trio remain united...
00:28Is it me or is this getting a lot easier?
00:30Oh, my God!
00:32Suspicions continue to grow.
00:34Mark is so over the top.
00:36I wouldn't be surprised if he's a traitor.
00:39I like the big dog theory, but it'd have to be Stephen to be a traitor.
00:43I think it is Jonathan.
00:45And whilst the mission provided protection for some...
00:48There's a shield on the banshee!
00:49So I just take it and then we all don't tell the other team.
00:52Who wants it?
00:52Yes, please!
00:53For one unlucky player, the call of death is drawing near.
00:57So it's between...
00:59Charlotte, Davey, Kate.
01:02This is the Celebrity Traitors.
01:18Last night, the traitors committed their fourth murder.
01:24But which faithful fell victim to the banshee's cry?
01:29And I'm feeling...
01:31It's a new door, it's a new day, it's a new life for me.
01:44And I'm feeling...
01:47Oh, we're first.
01:50We are first, yes.
01:51When you have no person saying, come in, that's always a bit of a sign.
01:56Oh, smoked salmon today.
01:58The staff are awfully good.
02:00This morning, came down for breakfast, relieved I was in.
02:04Last night, we banished Claire.
02:07The game's sort of frustratingly now.
02:09We've lost six sightfuls.
02:12It's looking bad now, isn't it?
02:15I felt very grim this morning.
02:17You know, I'm so cross with myself that I didn't speak up more.
02:21Yes, we misremembered.
02:22But the trouble is, once we start writing,
02:26it's like it goes tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic-tic.
02:28And you can't stop it.
02:29As you say, it's a cascade.
02:30Yeah.
02:30And I'm thinking, oh my God, stop!
02:33There is a point where the train has left the station, I think, with someone.
02:37Yes, because I think I thought of lucky we're alive. Who do you think might be murdered if Jonathan's a faithful?
02:43I think he might
02:44I'm not sure he is in a way. No, I'm not. Oh
02:50God
02:59How lovely that's a good trio well done I was hoping you three I was hoping
03:04I hope you all slept. Well, I did cuz I got a shield
03:11The traitors don't know
03:14Well, they might cheers don't know who had the shield that's right
03:17They don't know but if there was a traitor in the woods
03:21Yeah, they would have seen cat get it very obviously and they will have a chance to tell the other traitors
03:27Yeah, yeah, yes exactly
03:29Do you remember and it's always good to remember that the last wishes of a dying person you don't know what Claire said
03:35She turned to Charlotte who was next to her and said when you started going for me
03:39I knew it was you so her dying wishes that we consider Charlotte if nothing more
03:43I was the only other one to vote for Charlotte. I've heard of each other day before and you
03:47It's a first day and I'm still convinced by this. Yeah, and watch her reaction as well when the people yes
03:52I mean as well it's a good thing to be sitting there out waiting Stephen Fry
03:57I mean it's like the in Albert Einstein in chess or Cluedo or something
04:01I just started stuffing cheese in my mouth because I can't stop grinning. Isn't it funny?
04:06I'm so nervous when Claudia squeezed me shoulder blade and now I just love being a traitor
04:14Come in
04:16Oh good. Oh, I'm nice. Here we are. What a four. Well done. I'm alive
04:31Walking into breakfast. I tried playing it cool because I'm starting to get a little bit bored of all the niceties
04:35How are you doing? How did you sleep? How great to have you here boo? Stop with the chitter chatter
04:39We need to start ramping it up a bit. Let's find a traitor. So who was in the who was in the forest group yesterday? I was
04:49Yeah, I got a shield. Oh, we all survived. That means the train is in the other seven. Oh, unless unless someone that has tried to
04:57Kill cats. Oh, yeah, because they did because they didn't know they're picking off the young ones
05:02cat has been playing an absolutely brilliant game and
05:05And there was something in the fact that you know, she had the shield, but we chose to not tell everyone that she had the shield
05:12I didn't buy that and I do think she's slipping under the radar in the most brilliant way
05:17But I don't think I'm going to name her at this point because I think it's safer to align myself with her
05:22I mean, of course, I'm speculating but that's why it's so fun
05:27So who's who's still to come through? Yeah. Oh, yeah, who's left? Kate
05:31Jonathan and Charlotte. Oh my god, it's the last three. That's the last three already. That's a bit of a surprise
05:45I think because I think Jonathan and Charlotte. Oh, yes, you do. Don't you? I'm really tense. Are you?
05:53Starts earlier and earlier the stress
05:55So if it's Kate that rather confirms her suspicions claire she certainly believed it was shot
06:09Uh-oh come in
06:17Oh, oh my god charlotte has gone
06:20No, how wrong we are
06:25Plan B guys plan B
06:36So we decided yeah charlotte church
06:39It doesn't give anyone any indication that it could be us. It's also very very calm under pressure
06:44I feel like she might keep throwing stuff at the wall and then eventually it might stick and they're gonna go
06:50Why charlotte? Why and while they're thinking that the impact is going to ripple through that because it doesn't make sense
06:56Oh
06:58Oh, there we are.
07:24I thought I was going to be murdered.
07:27I'm outspoken at the round table and I'm outspoken with my opinions.
07:31Not that I was successful in being much of a threat to the traitors, but as the game progressed,
07:39I hope that I would have been and I hope that that's why they've gotten rid of me.
07:42Well played, traitors.
07:49That's mad.
07:50That's utterly insane.
07:52What a surprise.
07:55I never saw that coming.
07:57No, not at all.
07:59I'm very surprised about Charlotte.
08:01Not quite sure where to turn.
08:03I mean, all my guesses have been wrong.
08:05So, I'm a bit befuddled.
08:07I think round table, I think we stop being nicey-nice.
08:12I mean, just say who you think.
08:14You think it's me.
08:16Just say it.
08:17If it has to start before the round table, mate.
08:19Yes.
08:20When we get in there, we don't know.
08:22We're relying on the round table to inform us.
08:25We need to go in with a plan and pick them out.
08:27All of the traitors are still here and there is a real degree of bloodlust forming in the
08:33faithfuls and that's dangerous for us.
08:35I think my name might come up.
08:37I try not to draw attention, so I try and sort of set myself into neutral.
08:42It's just really tricky.
08:43You've got to watch everything you do and say.
08:46Look out.
08:57Oh.
08:58Players, good morning.
08:59Morning Claudia.
09:00Another day, another celebrity death.
09:03Unbelievable.
09:05Oh Charlotte.
09:09Poor Charlotte has been murdered.
09:13voice of an angel and now she is among them are you ready for a really really
09:20horrible statistic you started as 19 you are now 12 players you have lost seven
09:31faithful seven that's bad think about that while you enjoy your cheese I will
09:41see you shortly for the mission and a tiny word warning watch your step what's your stir she
09:52doesn't like us she has every reason to be contemptuous cup of tea you have a cup of
10:06tea let's go in the the library libraries yeah in the lead because I feel like I'm going come on
10:16girls gravel in the treads of my shoes the leader of the faithfuls thank you for trusting me or the
10:26cheaters I I think I trust you both I really do I mean I I don't see you as a traitor but then
10:33there's a strong chance one of you is I'll be straight with both of you I'm suspicious of
10:37all the actors today okay just because how easy it would be for you to slip into it yeah no I can
10:43understand why you'd say that and that's a you know but the skills we bring from our workplace
10:47don't seem to be any good hang on a minute but what's happened here I just said to these two I said I'm looking at all the actors yeah today okay and now I am flanked
11:00if I was to rank you you're suspect number one for me I'm suspect number one yeah if I pick a traitor in
11:08this why are you looking at the actors just you're best suited to slip into that role well I tell you
11:14what for me it's not to do with how good an actor you are it's to do with the person you are and I
11:18never ever wanted to come into this as a traitor ever from the very first moment it was offered or
11:24mooted I never ever wanted mooted I say that in line of duty don't you please don't confuse me with
11:31how much of your opinion is because you have just been watching line of duty I know stop watching line
11:35of duty man I'm not a traitor are you a faithful yes you're you're a faithful yes and I'm a good
11:40one well I'm totally taking this game seriously I want to win am I competitive yes but because I
11:49play a lot of dodgy men I think people they probably expect something of my work to be in
11:56me but there's not really any of that in me I'm quite daft and I care a lot about people that or I
12:02couldn't do the job that I do I don't think you can be an actor and not care about people I'm gonna
12:06suspect everyone that that's the only way I think you can do it and my suspicion that one's just left
12:11based on very little but when last night Claire was banished he was quite performative but he is a
12:19passionate Scotsman I'm pretty convinced that Jonathan is the leader of the traitors but I want
12:28to go off to mark first he's so over dramatic and I think it's because he's been picked as traitor
12:35and he gets to play this role now in front of everyone right what the hell are we going to do
12:43about finding a traitor I'll be honest I wasn't sure mm-hmm about you you can't be you have never
12:54voted the people that got me wrong that we've got wrong yeah but then if you're a traitor I don't
13:00think you're very smart because like Celia you're standing out a bit with your time to vote if I'm
13:06honest in my head for me it's between Steven and Jonathan right oh is it that's so I think Joe M's
13:18theory makes sense Steven could be the leader of the faithfuls yeah and then Jonathan could be the
13:25leader of the trade your thought was could be the way yeah yeah you don't know which one is where yeah
13:30that's what I still can't work out I'm a bit apprehensive because we're about halfway through
13:35now and I think the faithfuls need a traitor I've gone oh it could be either Steven or Jonathan I think
13:43it's time to start going with the group a little bit more to try and save my back this game was making
13:49me evil but I've got to think for myself here it's time for another mission where all our players must come
13:58together in order to continue building the prize pot for the winner's chosen charity oh can we be in
14:04the back seat Joe yes please let's do this well another day another mission my dear what did Claudia
14:18say watch you stare I want it to be something quite thrilling if it is something hi I will scream I've got
14:25you two as hundreds the hundred percenters faithfuls that we trust but I'm going for mark today can you
14:32see him a big fan of the show saying to Claudia you're all right I'll just be a faithful no no this
14:39is his leading role Steven is someone who is getting looked over just because he's Steven I mean Steven
14:48is it how many roundtables we have three three twice at them he's made a speech at the beginner and said you
14:53know this you know this is how we should behave we should be here yeah yeah yeah so that's kind of
14:58steeding in a way yeah it's disarming has he gone off Jonathan now no I think he might be the head of
15:08the snake and I know you both go well why aren't you going for the head of the snake then and I'm like
15:13well I actually think Jonathan's got it in him to throw a fellow traitor under the bus
15:20oh where are we headed hello players oh my god oh what's this oh hell spells I don't like the look of these
15:42traps oh no oh wow hang on oh this is going to be grotesque players welcome in today's mission we're
15:56going for a little wander through the woods where a massive 10,000 pounds is up for grabs wow
16:05but Steven knows me well through this walk we are going to make four stops at each stop there are traps
16:22and two and a half thousand pounds up for grabs I will give you a question all the questions are about
16:33your dearly departed players each trap is labeled with a possible answer to the question and only one
16:45of those answers is correct a player must enter a trap with money get it right and not only will you add
16:59all that money to the prize fund but also that player will win a shield however if you're unsure you
17:10can split your money across different answers if somebody enters an incorrect trap it will be triggered
17:19and they will be out of the mission any money that they are holding will also not be added to the prize fund
17:33are you ready for your first question about a dearly departed player yes throughout his Olympic career
17:45how many dives did Tom Daly make is the answer 102 or 96 oh well we obviously don't know it's a guess
17:59this is what we need Claire yeah I can't see him stopping at 96 even 96 you'd want to go over yeah I thought
18:06if I got to 96 dives myself I'm alive let's do another six let's get to 102 I think he did four Olympics
18:1496 is the only number divisible by four yes quite yeah I thought I recalled him saying something where
18:22we said a hundred and something but it wasn't a hundred and two I think we should not split the
18:26fund don't you definitely split the money who's going to go in who hasn't had a shield I've not
18:32had a shield I've never had a shield Nick and Alan maybe if you're willing to go for this particular
18:36one yes yes yeah okay yeah yeah it's great you know there are four shields up for grabs there's
18:42possibly enough people who do believe I am faithful that I am quite an easy target for the
18:47next murder if I could be protected from that that would be nice Nick you're going in 96 with 1500
18:55pounds Alan you're in 102 with a thousand pounds I really want a shield Alan I'll be honest I'm hoping
19:03because I'm a traitor I didn't really need the shield so I had nothing really to lose and I did look
19:11like a team player so nice little cute double bluff there for everyone let's find out the correct
19:21come on aren't sir good luck
19:23the net just scooped me up and threw me in the air and I was just covered in leaves swinging in the
19:49branches like an orangutan well done Alan and well done Nick Alan are you all right yeah oh Alan he
20:00was just suspended up in the air plentifully crying help oh bless him Nick you get a shield congratulations
20:09oh I have never been a shield winner and so I am absolutely delighted to have this a victory for
20:20arithmetic I know isn't that great Alan we'll leave you there for now no the rest of you follow me bye
20:29Alan bye it looks so tragic up there can someone get me down please Claudia help
20:38all right this is a different sort of trap
20:50oh crikey players we've reached our next stop this time there are four caged traps
21:00meaning four potential answers and you have two and a half thousand pounds again
21:07the next question is about poor Tamika which of these actors has Tamika appeared in a film with oh god Vinnie Jones
21:19who's Helen Mirren
21:29who's Helen Mirren
21:32apart from Rebel Wilson I couldn't tell you who any of those people were I'm drawn to Judi Dench
21:38I'm drawn to Judi Dench but then if you'd work with Judi Dench wouldn't you have mentioned it I know I would
21:44have remembered if she told me she'd work with Dame Jude because I have and once you work with her you
21:49never forget it she's darling if we're guessing we should just spread the back and it is a guess I'm
21:56gonna sit on Vinnie Jones for 500 pounds not often you hear that go and get comfortable I didn't think
22:03it was the answer but someone had to do it and this guy stepped up I'll sit on Rebel okay I'll sit on
22:10Judy Dench all right I'll go Helen Mirren I just had a sense it was Judy Dench but we didn't know
22:17completely so we had to split the money Lucy you've got a thousand pounds it's not really like me to
22:25really put myself forward like that I'm terrible at like quizzes I might do mastermind but I'm gonna do
22:31about crisps okay players let's find out what the correct answer is
22:46Jesus
22:47that was good
22:55this is yours
23:05really sure players the film that Tamika was in with Judi Dench was notes on a scandal
23:16the three of you you stay here the rest of you please follow me
23:21yes well done Lucy bye we're caged and shieldless oh well it's quite peaceful in a way though
23:31oh look oh what fresh hell
23:40some lovely cozy tunnels
23:47are you all right
23:48so the question is how old was Charlotte Church when she had her first UK number one
23:5912
24:0111 or 13
24:0511 or 12
24:06well no definitely not 11
24:0712
24:08I'll tell you why it's because I met her when she was 11
24:10I was hosting the big big talent show
24:12I believe an agent was watching at home and signed her up as a result of that
24:15so she was 11 when she was signed
24:17I would have thought unless they turned around very very quickly
24:20my guess would be 12 not 13 because part of her appeal back then despite her incredible talent
24:25what's her age
24:26yeah
24:26are we going to put it all in 12
24:28let's do it
24:29let's do it
24:29shall we be bold
24:30yeah
24:31then who are we nominating to go in there
24:33I haven't had a shield
24:34oh David
24:35David hasn't had a shield
24:36you should go for it David
24:37we were really confident about this one so I went in the tunnel
24:44come on David
24:45come on David
24:46well done
24:46and we bet all of the money two and a half thousand pounds on 12
24:51well done David
24:54good luck
24:55if you're right you take all the money
24:57if you're incorrect
24:59you lose it all
25:02let's see if you were correct
25:21well done Jonathan
25:2812 was the right answer
25:30my first seal
25:31well done
25:32thank you very much
25:33players
25:36the gamble paid off
25:38are you ready to go to your final set of traps
25:41yeah
25:41that's good
25:43follow me
25:44oh it's another of these bear traps
25:49players
25:51welcome to the last stop
25:54so far you have lost four players
25:57you have added five thousand pounds to the prize fund
26:01amazing
26:02the last question is about the first person who was murdered
26:07Paloma
26:08okay
26:09Paloma Faith once had a job as what?
26:15a face painter
26:16or a ghost on a ghost train
26:20Alan would be the person to answer that
26:25Alan
26:26or if only someone who'd interviewed her a lot
26:29I'm pretty sure it's ghost on a ghost train
26:32oh
26:32I'm not a hundred percent
26:34so we might want to split it
26:35yeah for the sake of
26:37yeah
26:37for the sake of not losing everything
26:38maybe go four bags on the ghost train
26:40and one bag on the face painter
26:41please forgive me if I'm completely wrong
26:43but it does ring a bell
26:45you only really have to look at Paloma
26:46which is she most suited for
26:48face paint or ghost
26:49she looks like a ghost
26:50and now thanks to the traitors
26:52she is a ghost
26:53I'm happy to take the less likely option
26:56for a re-raid in the air
26:58good for you
27:00I think a lot of people were a bit dubious about the nets
27:03I was the opposite
27:04because I can't think of anything better
27:06than getting whisked up into the air
27:08look at Mark's face
27:11he loves it
27:12I'm excited
27:13okay
27:15let's find out what the correct answer is
27:18yay
27:30well done JR
27:36well done Mark
27:38it was hilarious seeing Mark flying in the air
27:43are you alright Mark?
27:45yeah
27:46hey this is fun
27:48well done Mark
27:49ghosts on a ghost train was the correct answer

28:06having a shield
28:08as a traitor
28:09is a lovely thing
28:10because you get a shield
28:11you know that next morning
28:12when you walk into breakfast
28:14you don't have to act that bit harder
28:16so it just means
28:17it's one less thing
28:18to have niggling away
28:19so players
28:21well done
28:22a very good day

29:04oh that was a good challenge
29:22wasn't it
29:22I actually liked that
29:24I feel like I'm saying that
29:25because I've got a shield
29:26but
29:26who else got a shield
29:27so Lucy and I
29:28David
29:29and Jonathan
29:30if Jonathan
29:31isn't a traitor
29:32he should feel
29:34glad to have one
29:35yes
29:35there's suspicion
29:38about Mark
29:38isn't there
29:39the head in hands
29:40the sort of
29:41over
29:42but then you go
29:43is it an over dramatisation
29:44no because he is like that
29:45is he like that
29:46how well do you know him
29:48to be like that
29:49you know if Stephen
29:51was picked as the traitor
29:53it would be a very clever move
29:55for the first round table
29:57he basically led it
29:58and if it wasn't him
30:00wouldn't the traitors
30:01take out Stephen by now
30:02surely we can't get eight
30:06faithfuls in a row
30:08gone
30:08and it would be ten
30:09almost half
30:11my knees are still trembling
30:19Joel
30:20what we got
30:24we got some steak
30:26oh the steak is tempting me
30:27are you going steak or salmon
30:28I might try the steak
30:29I was over the moon
30:35to see Alan
30:36flying yeah
30:37that was what I came
30:39I thought I'm done now
30:40I've done everything
30:41I could have dreamed of
30:42seeing Alan Carl
30:44suspended in a fair track
30:46what's what are you thinking
30:49I haven't sponsored you
30:50today about tonight
30:50you were eyeballing me
30:52yesterday quite
30:53yes
30:53I've got a theory
30:54unsubtly
30:55I've got a theory
30:56I'm going to mention
30:57do you want to tell
30:58is it about me
30:59it's about you
31:00oh
31:01it's about you
31:02and I'm going to say it
31:03round the round table
31:04oh okay
31:04and I don't think
31:06you're going to like it
31:07oh we're back
31:14seven faithfuls have gone
31:25so someone knows
31:26this game inside out
31:28is anybody thinking Jonathan
31:30I would say Stephen
31:34over Jonathan at the moment
31:35because they're big dogs
31:36I think so
31:36I think so
31:37who are we not looking at
31:38no one's looking at Kat
31:40do we definitely think
31:40she's a faithful
31:41I think so
31:43I mean she had a shield
31:44have you got any
31:45have you got any ideas
31:47no
31:47I haven't had any
31:49all your attention
31:51is focused
31:52so far
31:53I've been so useless
31:54it's breathtaking
31:56I feel like I'm trained
31:57to not have a gut thing
32:00and to be balanced
32:01and open-minded
32:02and just think
32:03well let's put the questions
32:04that are based on fat
32:05but I don't
32:05so what can I ask
32:07that might expose it
32:09you know
32:09I do have a question
32:11Mark over Kate
32:11you know at this stage
32:12in the game
32:13you kind of want people
32:14to sort of have names
32:16that they're open
32:17to sort of start suggesting
32:18at the round table
32:19and so on
32:19and Kate
32:20sort of still seems
32:21to be dithering a little bit
32:24it's so dash difficult
32:31it feels like
32:33there has been
32:33certain people
32:34that feel like
32:35they've proven
32:35that they aren't
32:37like you being one
32:38I'm fully expecting
32:39an attack on me
32:40this evening
32:41simply because
32:41it makes sense
32:42do you think
32:43yeah people
32:43have got to consider
32:44someone new
32:45and I think
32:45they might
32:46and I kind of feel
32:47I would pick myself
32:48in a strange sort of way
32:50is there anyone
32:52that's your number one
32:53the one who knows
32:55most about the game
32:56is Jonathan
32:56of course
32:57I don't know
32:57if that makes him
32:58automatically guilty
32:58but maybe he wanted
32:59to experience
33:00every aspect of the game
33:02I do have a question
33:04Mark there
33:05yeah definitely
33:05of course I've
33:07considered Jonathan
33:07he'd be a superb
33:09traitor
33:09he's the super fan
33:10of the game
33:11profoundly knowledgeable
33:12so he has all
33:13the attributes
33:14of a good traitor
33:15would he be so bold
33:17to murder Ruth
33:19the one person
33:20who had accused him
33:21of being a traitor
33:22would he
33:23I don't know
33:25today is the one
33:32I've got the least
33:33idea but I have
33:34ah this is the lady
33:35I want to speak to
33:36because there's
33:36a big argument
33:37to people that are
33:38leading the conversation
33:40yeah
33:40and turning it this way
33:42and that way
33:42a bigger voice
33:44yeah I think it's
33:44important
33:45a big dog
33:45there's definitely
33:46a big dog
33:47yeah
33:47that's what everyone's
33:48talking about
33:49I think
33:50that's what's going
33:51around I think
33:52but there's a mix
33:53you know
33:53because on one hand
33:54there's people going
33:55Jonathan or Stephen
33:57and then
33:59then there's people
34:00load of people
34:01saying Mark
34:01yeah
34:02and I think it's Mark
34:03and load of people
34:04like leaning towards Mark
34:05but who's been
34:06pushing Mark
34:07Joe M
34:09yeah
34:10yeah he did
34:11Joe M
34:12has been pushing Mark
34:13do you think
34:14it's Joe
34:14yeah
34:15because
34:15I think Joe's
34:17really good
34:18at building
34:18narratives
34:19and I think
34:20the question is
34:21when you have
34:21an idea
34:21where did you
34:22pick that idea
34:23up
34:23I think Joe's
34:25quite often
34:26at the centre
34:27of discussions
34:28about someone
34:29who turns out
34:30to be a faithful
34:30for the last few days
34:32David
34:33he hasn't really put
34:34an opinion out
34:35and then
34:36today
34:37he started going
34:38I think it's
34:39Joe Marla
34:40I'm looking for someone
34:41who's going to try
34:42and stay under the radar
34:43until staying under the radar
34:45makes it obvious
34:46that you're a traitor
34:47and that's what
34:48David has done
34:49David has fallen
34:53into my theory
34:54of quiet
34:55until you need
34:56to be vocal
34:58he is very quiet
34:59and he's now
35:00getting more vocal
35:00yeah but this is
35:01what I said
35:01would happen
35:02the thing is
35:02Joe everyone
35:02is going to get
35:03more vocal
35:04now really
35:04aren't they
35:04because we didn't
35:05get anywhere
35:06last night
35:06but I think
35:07I've said
35:08some traitors
35:09are going to
35:10stay quiet
35:10until it's weird
35:12to stay quiet
35:13yes
35:13and David
35:14has done
35:14just that
35:15David started
35:16accusing you
35:17what do you mean
35:19he accused me
35:19of being the traitor
35:20how
35:21by saying
35:23I think it's Joe
35:23it's so
35:24and I ignored
35:27the possibility
35:28of it being me
35:29oh god
35:30because I was
35:30quite convinced
35:31it was Stephen
35:31it's time
35:41for the round table
35:42and we're
35:43at the halfway
35:44point
35:45so far
35:46they haven't
35:47managed to get
35:48a traitor
35:48but with tensions
35:50rising
35:50I wonder
35:51whether it will
35:52be tonight
35:53so many words
35:55are left unspoken
35:58my name has come up
36:00at the round table
36:01more than once
36:02I am the cat
36:03with nine lives
36:04but it's far
36:05from over
36:06so I'm going in there
36:08ready to fight
36:09for my life
36:10I do not want
36:11to give up
36:12my green cloak
36:13this soon
36:14I'm going to have
36:18to be ready
36:18for a little bit
36:19of a fight
36:19tonight
36:20we're all going
36:20to be under
36:21the spotlight
36:22we need to find
36:24a traitor
36:24we keep banishing
36:29and I'm sick
36:32of sitting back
36:33and letting
36:33the more intelligent
36:35people run the show
36:36I'm now going to come
36:38to the forefront
36:39I'm going to go
36:40for people
36:41players
36:53players
36:53welcome back
36:54to the round table
36:55congratulations
36:58congratulations on today
36:59you were brilliant
37:00and added
37:01£7,000
37:02to the prize fund
37:03that means
37:05the current
37:06total
37:06is
37:07£38,500
37:10but please
37:12remember
37:12if there are
37:14any traitors
37:15left at the end
37:16they take
37:17all the money
37:18for their chosen
37:19charity
37:19and they also
37:21take
37:22all the glory
37:23so faithful
37:27I ask you this
37:29is tonight
37:30the night
37:31can you finally
37:33catch
37:34a traitor
37:35the floor is yours
37:37can I start
37:39yes
37:40please
37:40okay
37:42we want to
37:43catch a traitor
37:44my first candidate
37:46is Sir Stephen Fry
37:47of all of you
37:49we listen to you
37:50the most
37:50and you have
37:51very gently
37:53sort of dominated
37:54proceedings so far
37:55especially in the
37:56round table
37:57if I were you
37:59I would think the same
38:00and I've been thinking
38:01this all day
38:01I know that attention
38:03will turn to me
38:03this evening
38:04it's inevitable
38:05and there's nothing
38:06I can say to defend myself
38:07because I have no evidence
38:09with which to do so
38:10except to assure you
38:12that it will be
38:13a truly spectacularly
38:15for me
38:15sad thing
38:16but an awful thing
38:17for you
38:17when the fourth in a row
38:19I will stand there
38:21and I will say
38:21I am faithful
38:22I have nothing else to say
38:24and I believe you
38:25well I'm glad
38:26I don't know why
38:27but I do
38:28and I just want to warn us
38:30please
38:30let's be wary
38:32we can't vote off
38:36our faithful leader
38:37I'm just saying that
38:39to the other faithfuls
38:40that would be a really
38:40bad move
38:41I think it's more important
38:43we vote off a traitor
38:45I think so too
38:47that's my point
38:48who are they though
38:49that's the problem
38:50Mark's a traitor
38:56Mark
39:00okay
39:01go on
39:02reasons being
39:03mainly
39:04because of the way
39:05you observed us
39:06at Paloma's funeral
39:07but I explained why
39:10I know
39:10okay
39:11but a traitor
39:11would also watch that
39:12and go
39:13who can I throw
39:14under the bus
39:15at the first round table
39:16let's go with Tamika
39:17and then last night
39:21when Claire got banished
39:22you slapped the table
39:24twice
39:24very hard
39:25I did yeah
39:26and it felt quite
39:27out of character
39:27I was pissed off
39:30oh
39:30so you're taking that
39:32as a sign that
39:33just felt a bit staged
39:34that you're trying to force
39:35oh okay okay
39:36that you are a faithful
39:38I am a faithful
39:39there's nothing I can do
39:40to
39:41you know
39:43excuse that
39:44or show you
39:45that that wasn't
39:45a demonstrative act
39:46rather than an instinctive act
39:48which is what it was
39:49can you see that
39:50maybe just
39:50come across as a performance
39:52I can't affect
39:54your interpretation
39:55no
39:55of my
39:56actions
39:57I never wanted
39:59to be a traitor
39:59and that's what I said
40:01when I had my meeting
40:02with Claudia
40:02because I'd be rubbish
40:03I know you want to
40:05start to
40:05I've got
40:06suspicions of you
40:07you throw yourself
40:10into every task
40:12every mission
40:12with such enthusiasm
40:14even today
40:14you wanted to be
40:15in that net
40:16you love
40:18traitors
40:18you have such
40:20an enthusiasm
40:20for it
40:21you're telling me
40:22when Claudia
40:22says to you
40:23do you want to be
40:24a faithful
40:25or a traitor
40:25you've said to
40:26Claudia
40:27I'll just be a faithful
40:28I'll just be
40:30like we all are
40:31if we don't find the
40:31traitor
40:32a lamb to the
40:32slaughter
40:33well
40:33yes that's true
40:35you would do that
40:37that's what I did
40:38I know I'd be rubbish
40:40I'd get flustered
40:41and also the pressure
40:43of being a traitor
40:43trying to maintain
40:45that facade
40:45no it's nothing
40:46to do
40:47sorry
40:47no no no
40:47but for someone
40:48who loves the
40:48experience
40:49it would be
40:51wonderful to be
40:52a traitor
40:53wouldn't it
40:54for someone who's
40:55throwing himself
40:56in the task
40:56I mean
40:57you just want to be
40:58in the periphery
40:59in the shadows
41:00I think part of the
41:01attraction of being a
41:02faithful is to
41:03and what I thought
41:04I would be good at
41:05which I've proved
41:05myself totally wrong
41:07is spotting
41:08when people are being
41:10duplicitous
41:11or being
41:11or lying
41:12and I've been
41:13rubbish so far
41:14and I'm really
41:15disappointed to be
41:16honest with you
41:16but I'm not going to
41:18stop trying
41:18okay
41:19done
41:19here's my fear
41:22is that we are being
41:26manipulated in a way
41:27that we have been
41:28repeatedly around this
41:29table
41:29because what I've started
41:31to try to notice or
41:33take notice of is who
41:35are the initiators of the
41:37discussions that lead to
41:39people getting five six
41:41seven votes around this
41:42table
41:42and the person who seems
41:44to be most skilled at
41:46that is huge
41:47and it does remind me
41:52of the first day
41:53in Nico
41:54and you've spoken a lot
41:56today about Mark
41:57and you might be right
41:59but in some ways
42:02the number one thing
42:03a traitor needs to do
42:04is to build up
42:05a head of steam
42:06that leads us
42:08like sort of lemmings
42:09off a cliff
42:09to rush at one person
42:12and start believing
42:13in this narrative
42:14and you're really
42:15really good at it
42:15and you do it
42:16with more energy
42:17than anyone
42:18around this table
42:18are you a traitor
42:21no I'm a faithful
42:22so I'll address
42:25the Nico one for you
42:26that was because
42:27I'd just been steered
42:28towards Nico
42:29had not thought of it
42:30by Kate
42:32in all honesty
42:35Kate one thing
42:36I found
42:37is that you don't tend
42:39that you don't tend to want
42:40to talk about
42:40kind of gameplay at all
42:42and I've sometimes noticed
42:43this is a real reticence
42:44I don't think that's true
42:47I think that I ask constantly
42:49that makes people think
42:51that you're trying to discuss it
42:53and lure them
42:54the only thing I would say
42:55is that you never seem
42:57to bring anything
42:58to the table
42:58you're always asking
42:59everybody else
43:00what they think
43:00yeah
43:01that is a fair point
43:02and I don't feel
43:03I have been sure
43:04which I realise
43:05is very poor
43:06I think it's tricky
43:06because it's day five
43:07and we need the faithful
43:08to kind of unite
43:09and get behind
43:10of course we do
43:11without any names being shared
43:12do you want me to share now
43:13yeah
43:14oh okay
43:15well I have thought about you Nick
43:17even though I witnessed
43:21your absolute fear of being murder
43:22which I also share
43:24none of that's very helpful
43:26I haven't thought about you Kat
43:28maybe I've made a terrible mistake
43:31about that
43:31but I have thought maybe
43:33because I've relied a lot
43:34on Jonathan
43:35you've been incredibly honest
43:39about saying
43:40when you've heard
43:41like my name's been heard
43:42or other been named
43:42and I've found that
43:43really useful
43:44but then I've questioned
43:45am I being played
43:47can I do it
43:50okay
43:50yep
43:51David
43:52my theory is
43:54rightly or wrongly
43:54that I feel like
43:55at least one traitor
43:57or maybe two
43:58will try and stay
43:59under the radar
44:00for as long as possible
44:01and then start
44:02popping their head up
44:03and I feel that's the pattern
44:05that you're doing
44:06at the moment
44:07it sort of started
44:09in the kitchen earlier
44:12and you were talking
44:13about Joe
44:14now you're actually
44:16sort of starting
44:16to gun for people
44:17and that was what
44:18I was kind of waiting for
44:19I think the reason
44:21that I'm more vocal
44:23and have different views today
44:24is because
44:25I do think
44:27that we are
44:27underestimating
44:29how much
44:30the traitors are thinking
44:31how do we cause chaos
44:33and divert attention
44:35we dismissed the idea
44:37that Ruth
44:38had been killed off
44:39by Jonathan
44:40which was a theory
44:41that was during the round
44:42because it would look
44:43so obvious
44:43and that Jonathan
44:44couldn't be a traitor
44:45because that was so obvious
44:46but
44:47if anybody
44:48I think has got the audacity
44:49and understands the game
44:50well enough
44:51to see that
44:52to take the risk
44:53of that double buff
44:54it would be Jonathan
44:55but
44:59okay
44:59for start
45:00I didn't dismiss that
45:01yeah
45:01and I don't think
45:02we did dismiss it
45:02I actually voted for you
45:03last night
45:04we discussed it
45:05very briefly
45:05but here's
45:06I would say
45:07if I was a traitor
45:07and I
45:08when my name come up
45:11from me saying
45:13something about
45:13being an alliance
45:14I thought back on that
45:15unequivocally
45:16no one who plays the game
45:17is going to say
45:18we're in an alliance
45:19because there is a stage
45:20where you're going to
45:21have to look at everyone
45:22and if you were to say that
45:23that's going to come out anyway
45:24I don't think you'd say it
45:25and mean it
45:26I think you might well say it
45:27it would be a stupid thing
45:29to say
45:29it would be a stupid thing
45:30to say if you mean it
45:31it would be a stupid thing
45:31to say anyway
45:32because it's going to
45:33come up like that
45:34can I just
45:37I'd love to know
45:38what Kat thinks
45:39yeah
45:41sorry Kat
45:41I don't mean to put
45:42the spotlight on you
45:43no no
45:43sometimes I struggle
45:45to come forward
45:45no that's okay
45:46I think
45:48it is
45:50kind of between
45:52you and Jonathan
45:52no it's not between us
45:55you do know there are three
45:56yes
45:58but I do think
45:58it's important
45:59that if you have
46:00an idea on at least one
46:01but you must have thoughts
46:03about the other two
46:03I mean
46:04after just listening
46:05I am looking
46:07a little bit
46:08at you
46:09David
46:10I
46:12have noticed
46:13you're more like
46:14forthcoming now
46:16and
46:17around now
46:19would be the time
46:20to kind of do that
46:21to make everybody
46:22sort of
46:23see you as somebody
46:24that's here
46:26and is adding
46:27something to the
46:28to the group
46:29the reason that I feel
46:31more forceful
46:32is because
46:32we've utterly failed
46:34tonight I think
46:35the momentum is against Mark
46:36because that's been
46:37the dominant conversation
46:38that I've heard
46:38because I do think
46:40we're being manipulated
46:41by the time we get
46:42to here the narrative
46:43has already been built
46:44isn't this just
46:46a convincing argument
46:48yeah
46:49but this seems like
46:49weird like we're
46:50saying this
46:51this effect
46:52is a negative
46:53we've got to have
46:54an argument
46:55that we go
46:55that's so compelling
46:57I can't vote
46:57anywhere else
46:58yeah
46:59everything you're saying
47:00I think is
47:02exactly
47:03what a traitor
47:04would say
47:05to stop me
47:06doing
47:07what we're doing
47:08what we're here to do
47:10so
47:10I'm so in
47:11I'm sorry
47:12but the argument would be
47:13the argument is
47:14if I stay quiet tonight
47:15all the heat was on Mark
47:16so what
47:18how do I benefit myself
47:19by making this argument
47:20I've also heard
47:21Stephen's name mentioned
47:22a lot as well
47:23yeah
47:23the finger of faith
47:25to fall on me
47:26so why don't you think
47:26it's going to fall on Stephen
47:27do you think we're fearful
47:27I think it might
47:28I think it's less clear tonight
47:29I thought you
47:30yeah I know
47:31you always have
47:31well not always have
47:32the last two
47:32and you know I voted for you
47:34yeah I know you do
47:35please don't make the mistake
47:36of voting for me
47:37because I really don't want you
47:38to see what happens
47:39when I stand there
47:40and tell you
47:40that I'm a faithful
47:41it will just be
47:42another blow
47:43for you
47:43but also
47:45I do see the point
47:46that we've got to
47:47pile up the votes
47:49in order to get somebody off
47:51I don't want to start
47:52a pile on for Mark
47:53I'm frustrated
47:55I might be completely wrong
47:56I do not want to start
47:58that's your theory
47:58that's your argument
47:59and if people agree with you
48:00if you want to agree
48:01take that
48:01and if they agree with me
48:02whatever argument
48:03you most believe
48:04simple as that
48:06I'll add to
48:06make one last gasp here
48:08I am a faithful
48:10I am
48:11and I really don't want us
48:13to vote out another one
48:15I am a faithful
48:16trust me
48:17players
48:18the time for talk
48:20is over
48:21oh god
48:22here we go
48:24this is horrible
48:25it is time for you
48:27to write down the name
48:28of the person
48:29you believe
48:30is a traitor
48:31oh god
48:32Stephen
48:44we'll start with you
48:45who do you believe
48:46is a traitor
48:47and why
48:48well I've put David
48:49somehow to me
48:50there's
48:51less of a ring of truth
48:53than there used to be
48:53but I adore him
48:54and I don't want him to go
48:55thank you
48:57Joe Wilkinson
48:58I've said you David
49:00because of the
49:02sort of pattern
49:02of behaviour
49:03but you're a lovely man
49:04Celia
49:07well this is a bit tricky
49:09because I've got a bit
49:10of a crush on you
49:11right now
49:11but I've put
49:12you Jonathan
49:13because I think
49:14you have the chutzpah
49:16and brilliance
49:16to be a traitor
49:18Jonathan
49:25I've changed my vote
49:26because even though
49:27I think my arguments
49:28against Stephen
49:29were
49:29I think compelling
49:30and are worth listening to
49:31at the same time
49:32I think Joe's argument
49:34against David
49:35struck me as being
49:36more believable
49:37I'm sorry David
49:38I voted for you
49:40David
49:43I voted for Stephen
49:46because he's a genius
49:50and he's playing the game
49:51with all of that genius
49:52so a vote count
49:54three for David
49:56one for Jonathan
49:57and one for Stephen
50:00and one for Stephen
50:00Nick
50:02who do you believe
50:03is a traitor
50:04and why
50:04I'm so sorry Kate
50:06I have voted for you
50:07there's just something
50:09about that we're on
50:10day five now
50:11and I don't feel
50:11that you've necessarily
50:12sort of put names
50:13forward as much
50:14as others
50:15okay
50:15Alan
50:18Mark
50:20I was trying to be bold
50:23and that's how I feel
50:25Mark
50:28I'm on food for Kate
50:30kind of for the same
50:33reasons as Nick
50:34about they're not
50:35bringing anything
50:35to the table
50:36and you know
50:38Kate
50:41Mark
50:42I hadn't heard
50:45your name today
50:45I'd heard Jonathan's
50:47and Stephen's
50:47but I believe
50:49what they said more
50:50and I heard more
50:51arguments
50:52against you
50:53Joe Marley
50:55I'm sticking
50:56with my gut
50:56and I think
50:58it's you Mark
50:58so a vote count
51:01three for David
51:03three for Mark
51:05two for Kate
51:07one for Jonathan
51:09and one for Stephen
51:12Lucy
51:14I can't even look
51:17at you Mark
51:17because I've
51:18voted you
51:19sorry
51:21Kat
51:24you have
51:25the deciding vote
51:27if you vote
51:30for Mark
51:31he will be
51:32banished
51:33if you vote
51:37for David
51:38it will be
51:39a tie
51:40so then Kat
51:43who do you
51:44believe is a
51:45traitor
51:45my vote
51:51it's for you
51:57David
51:58so players
52:05we have
52:07a draw
52:08oh my god
52:10David
52:10Mark
52:12you both
52:13have
52:13four votes
52:14each
52:15we do not
52:16leave
52:17the round table
52:18until somebody
52:19is banished
52:20I will ask
52:23for a final
52:24plea
52:24from both
52:25of you
52:26and then
52:27everyone
52:28will vote
52:29again
52:29oh my god
52:31you two
52:32will be
52:33excluded
52:33from the vote
52:35if there is
52:37still a draw
52:38your fate
52:39will be decided
52:41by chance
52:42so first
52:50the plea
52:51from David
52:52my plea
52:54is very
52:55simple
52:55we
52:56decided
52:57we'd play
52:57the game
52:58differently
52:58and
52:59that's what
53:00I've done
53:00and that's
53:02been misinterpreted
53:04by
53:04Joe Wilkinson
53:05as some sort
53:06of stealth
53:07tactic
53:07by trying
53:09to get us
53:10to think
53:10more deeply
53:11I've got
53:12four votes
53:13so why
53:14would I have
53:15done that
53:15when quite
53:16clearly
53:17as you can
53:18see from the
53:18votes
53:19the momentum
53:20was against
53:20Mark
53:21this was not
53:22the night
53:22if I were
53:23a traitor
53:24to put my
53:24head above
53:25the parapet
53:25thank you
53:30Mark
53:33please now
53:34plead your
53:35case
53:35I love
53:39this game
53:39I don't think
53:41there was ever
53:41anything wrong
53:42with pointing
53:43out that I
53:43never wanted
53:44to be a
53:44traitor
53:45I don't think
53:46there was
53:47anything wrong
53:47with as
53:48me
53:49being frustrated
53:51that we got
53:52a fourth
53:53faithful in a
53:55role
53:55I play this
53:58game with
53:58all my heart
53:59and what you
54:01see is what
54:01you get
54:02I'm not
54:02putting on
54:03an act
54:04I came here
54:05yes to win
54:06but to win
54:07as a faithful
54:07and that's
54:08what I am
54:09David and Mark
54:22thank you
54:22for your
54:23please
54:24I hope
54:25that has
54:25helped
54:26the rest
54:26of you
54:27there will
54:27be
54:28no
54:29discussion
54:29it is
54:30now time
54:31to vote
54:31you will
54:32be voting
54:33for either
54:34David
54:35or Mark
54:37please
54:38now
54:39write the
54:39name
54:40on your
54:41slate
54:41and
54:57Jonathan
54:57we'll start
54:58with you
54:58who do you
54:59believe
54:59is a traitor
55:00and why
55:01I'm sorry
55:01I'm sorry David
55:02I haven't
55:02changed my vote
55:03I still think
55:04there's a compelling
55:04argument against you
55:05and I don't believe
55:06Mark is a traitor
55:07not on that
55:08level of evidence
55:09Nick
55:11this was really tough
55:13I'm so sorry Mark
55:14I voted for you
55:15Alan
55:17I haven't changed
55:19my mind
55:19I still think
55:20Mark is a traitor
55:21Kate
55:25who do you believe
55:26is a traitor
55:26I've stuck to my vote
55:28Mark
55:29I'm afraid
55:29Joe Marlow
55:32I've got my Mark
55:33I've stuck with my
55:34original
55:35decision
55:36Lucy
55:39I've stuck with Mark
55:41So a vote count
55:455 for Mark
55:481 for David
55:50Kat
55:53who do you believe
55:54is a traitor
55:54I stuck to my
55:56decision as well
55:57I've stayed with
55:58you David
55:58Steven
56:01I'm eloquent
56:02as your reasoning
56:03was
56:04it wasn't enough
56:05so I've stuck
56:05with you David
56:06Joe Wilkinson
56:10David
56:10Oh my god
56:14So a vote count
56:155 for Mark
56:174 for David
56:19Celia
56:21you have
56:22the final vote
56:24if you vote for Mark
56:26if you vote for Mark
56:26he will be banished
56:28if you vote for David
56:30it will be a tie
56:32and their fate
56:34will be decided
56:36by chance
56:38oh my god
56:41so then
56:44Celia
56:45who do you believe
56:47is a traitor
56:48I voted for you David
56:54so then
56:59oh my god
57:01players
57:02it is still
57:03a draw
57:04oh god
57:07therefore
57:12we will now
57:13leave this banishment
57:14to the hands
57:15of fate
57:16has this never
57:20happened before
57:21it has never
57:21happened
