00:03but you have to call this a resounding success in terms of a season for the

00:0725 Seattle Mariners.

00:08But again,

00:09like it feels terrible saying that because we're about 24 hours removed

00:13from the most gut wrenching loss of these guys's lives and this fan base's

00:18life.

00:19So I understand why it hurts to hear that,

00:22but this was a big time success.

00:24You say they're going to lose Naylor.

00:26They're going to lose Gino for sure.

00:28They're losing not lose,

00:29but like when you go into the off season,

00:31you're subtracting them from the lineup and you either have to add those guys

00:34back or add somebody else.

00:36It's not like they're there until taken off.

00:38It's they're not on anymore.

00:40And then you have to go and add them back.

00:42You got to be right.

00:43I'd be very surprised if they let Naylor walk.

00:46I feel like he became a fan favorite.

00:49Like that fan base is going to demand that he returns great post season for

00:54him.

00:54Great addition during the regular season was one of the reasons that they were

00:58able to win the division at the end of the year.

01:00Cause remember it was a battle against the Houston Astros and you can tell

01:04he loves it in Seattle.

01:05You listen to any of his press conference and he's just glowing about the

01:08city glowing about the fan base and they love him.

01:11I feel like he has to return now.

01:13Gino Suarez who knows,

01:15right?

01:15He didn't exactly leave a great mark on Seattle except for that enormous

01:20home run.

01:20So maybe they'll remember that,

01:22but it does feel like knowing Seattle's tendencies,

01:25they're not a team to spend.

01:27Is it likely that they bring both back?

01:30Probably not.

01:31It seems like though it will be Naylor,

01:34but of course I'm just guessing,

01:36but it just,

01:36it feels like he has to be a Mariner.

01:39And you just wonder what that core being this good does to the front office in

01:45terms of decision-making.

01:46Do they say,

01:47okay,

01:48we were so close let's push or that was good enough by matter of chance.

01:53We'll get further next time.

01:55That's a good way to go about it.

01:57I wonder if this is going to make them hungrier or if their appetite is

02:02already fine.
