00:00I know that you often speak of three levers, not 50 levers, not 100 levers, but three levers.
00:06You emphasize frequency, price, and conversion rate. Why are they so important?
00:10Those three things make the difference. Just improve slightly, those three things.
00:15We model this in real time in our app. You can actually see it. So I have just 24 hours per day.
00:20I have limited resources, limited attention. What should I improve this week? So people go
00:25on the Sprint Club, on the app, and they put in their own current numbers, and they say,
00:30okay, if I increase my price by 1%, what happens in monthly revenue and monthly profits?
00:38If I increase the frequency of sales, I make it just 1% faster. Now you make it 1% faster.
00:46What's happening in revenue? What's happening in profits? And so you model those alternatives.
00:52And now you have clarity about what you should be doing this week.
