00:00Sunderland head coach Regis Lloris has said
00:03and he hopes his players can maintain a consistent mentality throughout the season.
00:08He believes that if they do this, they will be in the right mindset
00:12to know that they can, on their day, beat any team in the Premier League,
00:16which could be key to them surviving in the top flight this season.
00:21Yeah, I don't remember that it was easy last season.
00:25Never.
00:25So it was always like that.
00:29I think maybe it's the mindset of English teams.
00:35They believe that they can win against every opponent.
00:41And it was already the case last season.
00:43So now with more quality, it's obvious that it will be tough.
00:48I think we have to stay really consistent through positive or negative results,
00:55because we are a young squad and obviously we'll face tough challenges.
01:03I hope we won't lose too many games with three, four, five goals
01:09because it's possible in that league and we have to accept that challenge.
01:13And Middlesbrough head coach Rob Edwards has been previewing his side's home tie against Ipswich Town,
01:20a team who just last season were in the Premier League.
01:23Borough, of course, have made a good start to this season's championship campaign,
01:28but suffered their first defeat of the season away at Portsmouth just before the international break.
01:33Yeah, obviously a really difficult game.
01:36The squad is as good as anything in the league.
01:39Obviously, Kieran's a really, really good manager.
01:41And yeah, they provide maybe the toughest test that we've had so far.
01:47You know, obviously we'll concentrate on ourselves,
01:49but clearly we've got to look at them as well.
01:52They're very good, good players all over the pitch.
01:54They've done a fantastic job in recent years and yeah,
01:59probably after a little bit of a period of still working things out after a lot of change,
02:03which I can appreciate.
02:06Yeah, they're going to be right there.
02:08So, a really difficult game, but an exciting one for us as well.
02:11It's not going to be hard to get up for this one.
