00:00Sunderland head coach Regis Labritte has confirmed that Noah Siddiqui and Omar Alderette have avoided serious injuries after reports suggested they picked up knocks on international duty.
00:14For Noah, we checked him yesterday and he seems okay. We'll see after the training session today and tomorrow if he's really available, but we are positive.
00:27And for Omar, after 20 hours flight, we'll see. I will check him this afternoon, but we had a quick chat with him yesterday and he was positive, but we have to wait a bit.
00:45I assume everyone else is okay. I suppose that's your biggest worry, isn't it, international, correct?
00:50Yeah, they are okay.
00:51What's your thoughts on someone like Trey Hulme having played two very intense games for Northern Ireland and now facing the weekend? Is that a worry for you, the amount of football they're playing away?
01:04I think at that level, our players like playing intense games against strong teams.
01:13And Middlesbrough head coach Rob Edwards has commended his players for their positive training sessions during the international break and made clear that they are ready to go once again in the championship.
01:26Yeah, good. Initially after the game, we gave everyone a few days. I think it's best to do that early on and then we can get back to work.
01:33It was nice to be able to freshen up for a few days, see your family and that was great. And then the training week has been really positive, been really good, been a good energy around, been really good intensity, good reaction from the game, which is what you want heading into what is a really, really big game, an exciting one for us as well.
01:53We've had David back, but the other three lads we haven't seen yet, we're training this afternoon, so looking forward to seeing them.
02:00Have you got any knots and needles from people coming back? And what about the existing injuries that you had wearing around?
02:06Doing pretty well. Dara and George are still out, obviously we know they're a little bit longer, but Riley's been training now consistently for a couple of weeks, which is great.
