00:07If you qualify you won't have to do much, it usually comes automatically.

00:11You'll get a letter in October or November telling you how much you'll receive and which

00:15bank account it will go to. Then your payment should arrive between November and December.

00:23If by 28th of January the money hasn't been paid and you haven't got a letter,

00:27contact the winter fuel payment center.

00:31That's it, letter in autumn, cash in winter and a deadline to follow up if it doesn't show up.
