00:00The Mesoamerican Caravan for Climate and Life arrived at the Gulf of Fonseca in El Salvador,

00:05where it expresses its rejection of the industrial mega-projects promoted by the government of Nayib Bukele.

00:11The regional movement, which travels from Mexico through several Central and South American countries until reaching Brazil,

00:19condemned the Salvadoran government's tourism projects, denouncing that they forced peasants to abandon their lands.

00:26It is worth noting that the caravan will be welcomed in Honduras by the Civic Council of Popular and Indigenous Organizations,

00:34and in Colombia they will be received by the Congress of the Peoples.

00:38From there, they will begin their journey toward the Brazilian Amazon to join other Amazonian caravans

00:43in the context of the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP30,

00:48which will take place in the Brazilian city of Belém from November 10 to 21.
