00:15I am signing the amnesty law decree that we have been working on for the past few days
00:19because I understand that only the government can do so and give further proof that we want

00:36Here is the decree I am signing Article 1, amnesty is granted to all those who have confronted
00:40the established general order and who are currently in good standing and have submitted
00:49to criminal proceedings and have been prosecuted or convicted for committing the following
