00:20In the wake of the ruling movement's defeat in the August elections, the candidates ended
00:24their campaigns with conflicting economic proposals.
00:27A prohibition on alcohol is decreed from 12 a.m. local time on October 17th until the
00:31morning of Monday, October 20th.
00:33On election day, it is prohibited to carry weapons, hold public events or transport borders.
00:39This ballotage is a mechanism introduced in the 2009 constitution that is being activated
00:44for the first time in the history of the country.
