00:23The distribution of materials is scheduled to begin on August 14th and will be accompanied
00:28by police and military guards, explained the Department of Electoral Tribunals.
00:34President Maria Cristina Claros, in Bolivia more than seven million people over the age
00:38of 18 are called to vote to elect the President, Vice President and members of the legislature
00:44for a five-year term.
