Der Peterbilt 589 ist mehr als nur ein Nutzfahrzeug – er ist ein rollendes Statement für den echten "Way of Trucking". 00:03Diesmal mit einem echten Leckerbissen für alle Freunde klassischer US-Hauberkultur,
00:08dem Peterbilt New Model 5980.
00:11Ein LKW, der erst im Jahr 2023 vorgestellt wurde,
00:15aber optisch direkt aus einer anderen Ära zu stammen scheint.
00:19Genau das ist auch beabsichtigt.
00:21Der 5980 ist kein futuristischer Hightech-Truck,
00:25sondern eine bewusste Hommage an die goldene Ära der Owner Operator,
00:28also selbstständiger LKW-Fahrer,
00:30die mit Stolz und Leidenschaft ihre Maschinen bewegen.
00:34Der New Model 5980 tritt in die Fußstapfen des legendären Peterbilt 39980
00:39und führt dessen Design und Charakter auf moderne Weise weiter,
00:43ohne dabei den ursprünglichen Charme zu verlieren.
00:46Der 589 setzt auf das klassische Long-Nose-Design,
00:50das für viele Trucker weit mehr ist als nur eine Frage der Optik.
