00:00So, Sean, I want to talk a little bit about your career expansion.
00:05Expansion, okay.
00:06Because you started off as a screenwriter, and then you started performing.
00:11I did start performing.
00:11Which surprised me.
00:14I had to say, well, I mean, I didn't see that coming.
00:21Yeah, yeah.
00:22I mean, the art nude should have...
00:23Should have clued you.
00:24Should have clued me in, but I don't know.
00:26What made you decide to go there?
00:29It's just, you know, I have this giant dick in the world.
00:32And the world needs to see it.
00:35It's such a shame to keep it to myself.
00:38No, so Balesa wanted to do a series called Zero to Hero about a loser.
00:48About a regular guy who wasn't a performer becoming a performer.
00:53And the owners asked me, and I sent them this long email that's like,
00:57I have anxiety, I have low sex drive, I have a very average dick, I only cum like once
01:06every three days, I'm going to be terrible as a performer.
01:09And they're like, that's why we want you.
01:12They wanted me to fail because they wanted to show people that it's not easy.
01:16That easy, yeah.
01:17So, and I was, I think, 39 at the time, and it's not like the ideal time to start performing.
01:26So, much like writing about porn, as I've said, I follow the path that makes for the most interesting story.
01:34And I think in the back of my mind, I've always, I've been taking Copi's notes and I was like,
01:39I'll write a book about porn one of these days.
01:41And so I figured, well, this would make a really, even if I fail completely.
01:46Yeah, make an even better story.
01:48Yeah.
01:49I definitely struggled on several scenes.
01:52I didn't completely fail any of them.
01:55It taught me a lot about myself.
01:59I stopped drinking.
02:00Not that I didn't really have a huge problem, but I was like, if I'm going to be on camera
02:04and drinking adds to your cortisol levels and makes you more anxious.
02:07And, you know, so doing that has made me a much better person.
02:13It's made me much more in tune with my own sexuality.
02:16I got, I realized, like, I don't think I have the confidence to shoot much for other companies.
02:22But as far as content goes, I'm pretty good.
02:26It's just like me and a few other people who I know.
02:30And so after that, I just, I started shooting content.
02:33I think it helped that I had a rapport with so many people.
02:35Um, and the content thing just kind of took off from there.
02:41And then now you also direct for Zero to Hero.
02:44Yeah, now it's come full circle and I'm directing a new guy in the Zero to Hero line.
02:51And how's that going?
02:52It's going well.
02:53Um, we are going to do, I think, 20 scenes.
02:57The last three are coming up.
02:59Um, it's, it's really interesting to see somebody start and watch them evolve and also, I guess, seeing things that I wish I had known too when I was starting out.
03:16Um, but he's doing well.
03:18I mean, he can, he can get his dick hard and he can come.
03:21Sometimes he can come multiple times.
03:23It's just all of the other things that we're really working on as far as, uh, acting and, uh, connecting with your co-performers, um, and bedside manner and all those things.
03:36Bedside manner, yeah.
03:37Like I said, I've said this, but I, like, I don't have a huge dick.
03:42Like, what I do have is some sort of charm or charisma where I'm pretty decent at connecting with people.
03:49And I think a lot of guys don't realize that, like, the biggest thing about shooting content is you first, before you're worried about, like, pleasing a girl or making her fall in love with you, you first have to make sure she feels safe with you.
04:03That's a good point.
04:04Um, and I think just building this rapport of people who feel safe with me, I feel like they would take that over somebody who's going to fuck them hard, but they don't know if that guy is going to know when to stop.
04:18Yeah.
04:19Especially, like, shooting content because a lot of times it's just you and the other person.
04:23Right.
04:23And you've never met him before.
04:25Yeah.
04:25Yeah, I mean, that's a little bit, that's kind of wild.
04:29It's such a strange.
04:30Wild country we're still living in.
