South Africa and India played the best match of the women's world cup today.

The host recovered to set the Proteas 252 for victory.

And the South African women were heading for defeat, before Nadine de Klerk smashed na unbeaten half-ton to take them to a three-wicket victory.

00:00India had their sights on top spot with a third victory against South Africa.
00:06And after a short start, they were building the foundation for a big total.
00:12But after getting to 83 for one, things took a drastic turn.
00:18As they slumped to 102 for 6 with Nankulu Leko, Mlaba and Chloe Tyron doing most of the damage.
00:24However, Risha Ghosh would rescue the Indian woman with a brilliant lower-order knock.
00:33She smashed 94 of 77 balls and was well-supported by Sneer Rana, who chipped in with a vital 33 of 24.
00:41India rebounded to close on 251 of 49.5 overs.
00:46The Proteus-run chase was hampered by a pair of early wickets.
00:49But skipper Laura Volvaert was up for the battle with a fighting 70 of 111 balls.
00:56A middle-order skid of three wickets gave India the upper hand at 81 for 5.
01:02But Ola Tyron and Nadine De Kluge kept the Proteus in the fight with a vital stand of 69.
01:08De Kluge was locked in as she smashed her way past 50.
01:11Clarke clears the boundary with ease and she keeps the hopes of South Africa alive as she passes 50.
01:21And she would remain unbeaten on 84, taking the Proteus home at 252 for 7.
