00:04opening the innings with a Sri Lankan batting all-rounder Chamari Atapatu.
00:08Matthews having to walk back to the pavilion early for just four runs. Who
00:13would step up this time in her absence? Atapatu took on the challenge.
00:19Kiana Joseph tried to compliment her but she lost her wicket with the score on 27.
00:24Shamelia Connell added Aliyah Alleyne to the list. They were losing wickets
00:30rapidly. However Atapatu was prepared to anchor the innings. She
00:40played an incredible hand of 70 of 63 balls. It was a defiant knock and despite
00:46being run out the Barbados Royals would have been confident about their chances
00:51of defending 130 for 7. Samara Ramnath the most economical bowler with two
00:57wickets for 20 runs from four overs. Deandra Dutton like Matthews could have
01:01taken the game away from her opponent. However she was out of the picture early
01:06too. That meant there was room for another hero. In came Jemima Rodrigues
01:11who was dropped early. She kept losing dancing partners in a seesaw battle.
01:16Nation and Knight got out in the chase as well trying to force the pace.
01:20However Rodrigues figured out the puzzle of getting to the final. She finished
01:34not out on 59 taking her team over the line in 19.4 overs. TKR defy the odds. The
