A viral video from Ludhiana, Punjab, has sparked outrage after two foreign students were seen engaging in obscene acts on the roof of a moving car. The incident reportedly took place on the road behind Keys Hotel near Tharike, a locality known for a large concentration of foreign students.
In the viral clip, one man can be seen driving the car, while two students — believed to be of African descent — perform indecent acts on the car’s roof as it moves for nearly one kilometre. Several others were seated inside the vehicle, while people in another car following them captured the incident on video. Shocked passersby stopped to watch the scene unfold.
Local residents allege that such behaviour has become increasingly common in the area, with foreign students often seen performing stunts and inappropriate acts on public roads.
Police Begin Investigation The video has now reached the Ludhiana Police, who have begun verifying details. Sunita, Traffic In-Charge of Zone 6, said the car’s registration number is being checked to trace those involved. The vehicle is reportedly registered with the Jalandhar RTO and was purchased about a year ago.
Authorities suspect the students are from Jalandhar, where many foreign nationals study, and that they had come to Ludhiana to meet friends. Police said the students will be identified and action will be taken as per law.
The incident has raised concerns about public indecency and road safety violations, with many demanding stricter monitoring of such areas known for frequent nuisance acts.
