00:00Welcome in now to Gainesway Guest of the Week and his trainer, Will Walden, who had a big weekend at Keeneland.
00:05That was really exciting. It's it's something that, you know, myself as well as the rest of my team, we all it's why we show up every day is we want to win at the highest level and be around high caliber horses.
00:19We love every single one of them, no matter what they compete at. But obviously, to win a grade one at Keeneland is it was special.
00:25So our guest of the week, Will Walden, was brought to you by Gainesway, home this year to a new stallion in Chargett.
00:33And Chargett has been a busy boy in his first year at Stud. He covered two hundred and thirty five mares.
00:42So he was very popular with the breeders. And why not? He topped triple digit buyer mark on four different occasions, including that trademark win in the Dwyer.
00:52Remember, he won by twenty three lengths in that race and got a buyer of one eleven.
00:57But he also ran a one oh six in the suburban states, the highest figure of anyone going that mile and a quarter distance back in twenty twenty three.
01:04The dam of Chargett, I'll take charge was a two point two million dollar Keeneland, September yearling.
01:10And she passed on those good looks to her son. So Chargett's got pedigree.
01:15He's got brilliance and he's got the looks. Gainesway, power, passion, performance.
01:22Chargett is pouring it on, winning the Dwyer by the length of the stretch.
01:39Chargett wins it convincingly in this grade two suburban.
01:43Chargett wins it
