Bill Knauf, the president and general manager of the Maryland Jockey Club, was this week's Gainesway Guest of the Week. He joined the Writers' Room to outline plans for the future of racing in Maryland, including this year's Preakness Stakes at Laurel Park.

00:05The most challenging thing for me is right now putting effort into our current Laurel product,
00:13but at the same time spending a lot of time on the Pimlico renovation
00:18and basically providing feedback as much as we can to the Maryland Stadium Authority on that project.
