00:04It's Tuesday and there's a lot to talk about,
00:06starting with this.
00:07This Candace Owens, Charlie Kirk, MAGA divide situation
00:10is crazy, especially as you've got Candace Owens
00:13dropping alleged Charlie Kirk text screenshots.
00:16Because if you haven't seen,
00:17ever since Charlie Kirk was assassinated,
00:18you've had Candace Owens out there
00:20questioning the federal investigation,
00:21discussing it frequently on our podcast,
00:23and putting out some of her own theories or possibilities
00:25as to why or how he was killed.
00:27And with all that, she's often claimed that Charlie,
00:29who had long been pro-Israel,
00:30was starting to change his mind
00:32and had become more critical.
00:33And she got a ton of attention when she claimed
00:34that MAGA and pro-Israel billionaire Bill Ackman
00:37had privately cornered Charlie at an event
00:38in the Hamptons not long before his death
00:40and made, quote, threats after Charlie questioned
00:42the way that Israel was handling the war.
00:44Now, Ackman denied that,
00:45and you had Charlie's producer and spokesperson
00:47claiming that Charlie had a cordial relationship with Bill.
00:49But apparently at this Hamptons meeting,
00:51people were questioning whether or not
00:52Charlie should host Tucker Carlson,
00:53who he's been very critical of Israel
00:55at an upcoming event, and Kirk allegedly claimed,
00:57Honestly, people telling me not to have Tucker
01:00makes me want to have Tucker.
01:01And all this ties to some of the latest claims
01:03that Candace has made,
01:04saying yesterday on her show
01:05that Charlie was, quote,
01:06done with Israel bullying him
01:07and then sharing screenshots of messages
01:09that she claims came from a group chat
01:11that Charlie was in with his pastor
01:12and seven other people where he said,
01:14So Charlie writes in this group chat,
01:15just lost another huge Jewish donor,
01:18two million a year,
01:20because we won't cancel Tucker.
01:22I'm thinking of inviting Candace.
01:25Somebody writes,
01:26Ugh.
01:28Charlie writes,
01:28Jewish donors play into all of the stereotypes.
01:31I cannot and will not be bullied like this,
01:36leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.
01:41And somebody writes,
01:42Sedona writes,
01:42Please do not invite Candace.
01:44That might feel good short-term,
01:45but it's not good long-term.
01:47This is 48 hours before Charlie was assassinated.
01:49He was very clear and he was very explicit,
01:51and he did not back down,
01:52not in that Hamptons meeting,
01:53which they're all lying about,
01:55nor in this text thread.
01:56Now with this,
01:56it seems like Candace wasn't part
01:58of this alleged group chat,
01:59and she also doesn't make it 100% clear
02:01how she got these apparent messages,
02:02which I also will say
02:03have not been independently verified
02:05by any major news outlets,
02:06at least as of recording.
02:07But this comes as she was also alleging
02:09that higher-ups at Turning Point USA
02:11are trying to stop her and others
02:12from investigating Charlie's death
02:14and promoting their own conspiracies
02:15about what happened.
02:16What we do know definitively
02:17is that the feds are lying to us.
02:19That is obvious.
02:20It is abundant.
02:21If you're able to think thoughts,
02:24you recognize that something is very wrong
02:27with the story that has been presented
02:29to the public.
02:30And I think that what the public
02:32doesn't understand,
02:34and I count myself among the public,
02:37is why it seems as though
02:38Turning Point USA executives,
02:40and I'll say seems,
02:42are not even remotely interested
02:45in challenging that official narrative.
02:48Who are they protecting exactly?
02:51You'll see oftentimes
02:52they and other influencers
02:55will invoke Erica
02:56as the reason
02:56that it's not appropriate
02:58to ask questions.
02:59It's just not appropriate
02:59while Erica is still mourning
03:02for you guys to ask any questions.
03:03And I'm just going to come back at you
03:04with some common sense.
03:05What sort of widow
03:06wouldn't want people
03:08to investigate
03:09the assassination of their husband?
03:11You also had Candace claiming
03:12that Charlie had been discussing
03:13his increased interest
03:14in Catholicism with her,
03:15even sharing a screenshot
03:16where it appears that he said
03:17it was looking better and better.
03:19And while she also said
03:19that he wasn't in the process
03:20of converting,
03:21she suggested that he was
03:22toying with the idea.
03:23But also,
03:24apparently people at TPUSA
03:25were denying that
03:26he had a major interest
03:27in converting to Catholicism,
03:28and this upset Candace Owens
03:30as she felt that
03:31that was not being fully honest.
03:32Right, and she was overall
03:33just upset that she believes
03:34that Turning Point execs
03:35are telling small lies
03:36here and there about Charlie
03:38and questioning
03:38why they would be doing this.
03:39But then tying it back
03:40to the comments
03:41that Charlie allegedly made
03:42about the donors withholding money
03:43and adding...
03:44You've got people
03:45that are hosting his show.
03:46Have they,
03:47in like one honorable thing,
03:49come out and said,
03:49like, you know what?
03:51F a couple of these donors
03:52who made his life a living hell
03:54in the last couple of weeks.
03:56That registers to me
03:58as very suspicious.
04:00I'm going to frankly say that.
04:02It's suspicious to me.
04:04It makes me think that
04:05in the way,
04:06in the same way
04:07that Charlie was being pressured
04:08by money,
04:08that you might be now run
04:11by that same money.
04:12With Candace also claiming
04:13that Turning Point
04:13has made tens of millions
04:15of dollars since Charlie died
04:16and saying that
04:17from the organization's perspective...
04:19So how are we supposed
04:20to honor Charlie, right?
04:22You honor Charlie,
04:23of course,
04:25by donating a Turning Point USA
04:26and shutting up
04:27and trusting the feds.
04:29Don't question anything.
04:30Right, and so you've had
04:31tons of people
04:31seeing Candace share this,
04:33especially the screenshots
04:34discussing donors
04:35and thinking,
04:35she's dropping a major bombshell here.
04:37Right, and then,
04:37with all that,
04:38you had Andrew Colvitt,
04:39a spokesperson for TPUSA
04:41and a producer
04:41of the Charlie Kirk Show
04:42saying today that,
04:43yes, the texts are real
04:44and that he was in the group chat
04:46and he was the one
04:46who took the screenshots.
04:47Then he added that
04:48he never shared them
04:49with the public
04:49because they were private messages
04:51and he'd only given them
04:52to the government
04:52amid the initial investigation
04:54to Charlie's death.
04:55But they somehow made
04:56their way out to the world
04:57and then adding,
04:58in those first moments,
04:59we wanted no stone unturned.
05:01We wanted to leave
05:01nothing unturned.
05:03So I shared it
05:04with a few people.
05:05One of the reasons,
05:06Blake,
05:06that I'm glad to have
05:07this now public,
05:09it was not mine
05:10to share publicly,
05:11but, you know,
05:12one of the criticisms
05:13we've been,
05:14we've received
05:14is that we don't care,
05:15we're not investigating
05:16every lead,
05:17we're not looking
05:18under every stone.
05:19When I say that
05:20we want justice for Charlie
05:21more than anybody else,
05:22I really mean it,
05:24and no stone unturned.
05:25Then another guy on the show
05:26saying that the reason
05:26some of the organization
05:27aren't talking about it
05:28is because they don't want
05:29to interfere
05:30with the ongoing investigation.
05:31And Andrew adding
05:31that he doesn't begrudge
05:32anyone publicly
05:33asking questions,
05:34but also adding that
05:35he believes that Charlie's
05:36views towards Israel
05:37were totally transparent.
05:38What is the truth
05:39about the way
05:39Charlie felt about Israel?
05:41Well, it's complicated
05:42and it's nuanced
05:43and it was a wrestle
05:44that was going on for months.
05:45I looked at that moment
05:46as like,
05:47he's just blown off steam,
05:48he's frustrated,
05:48he's venting, right?
05:50And I just want to say,
05:51like, you know,
05:52he made that very clear
05:53under any circumstances
05:54that he was not going
05:55to be cowed
05:56or bullied
05:57into de-platforming Tucker,
05:59for example.
06:00With him suggesting
06:00that Charlie was ultimately
06:01pro-Israel,
06:02even if he did have
06:03some criticisms and questions.
06:04Then also,
06:05you had some noting
06:06that Candace's comments
06:07about Charlie
06:08point to a larger discussion
06:09about how different factions
06:10of the riot
06:11are trying to jump
06:11on Charlie's death
06:12for different reasons.
06:13Because while it appeared
06:14that, you know,
06:14she's trying to suggest
06:15that TPUSA
06:16is trying to use
06:17Charlie's death
06:17in a way that best
06:18serves the organization,
06:19that also had some
06:20turning the tables
06:21and saying that the same
06:22could be said for Candace.
06:23You know, with all this,
06:23you even had The Guardian
06:24publishing a piece
06:25a few weeks ago saying,
06:26what is notable
06:27about the way the riot
06:28is responding to Kirk's death
06:29is the opportunism.
06:30Going on to say,
06:31at a moment
06:31when Israel's genocide
06:32in Gaza
06:33is leading to more
06:33open public criticism
06:34of Zionism,
06:36Owens is capitalizing.
06:37She continually refers
06:38to Zionists
06:39controlling the media
06:39and Kirk's speech
06:40while he was alive.
06:41And then with that,
06:42they also spoke
06:42to Derek Barris,
06:44the co-host
06:44of the Conspiratuality Podcast,
06:46who's an expert
06:47in conspiracies
06:47and media literacy.
06:48What you saw
06:49is that he noted
06:49that it's totally fair
06:50for the public
06:51to not have faith
06:52in Trump
06:52and Kash Patel's FBI
06:53to question
06:54what they're putting out there.
06:55But then he also added,
06:57one thing about Candace
06:58is that she's an opportunist
06:59at every stage.
07:00There's no consistency.
07:01It's about whatever
07:01is going to get eyeballs on me.
07:03We then also added
07:04that this is true
07:04for tons of different people
07:06and that many are vultures
07:07trying to use his death
07:08to serve themselves.
07:09You know,
07:09with all that said,
07:10as we're watching this play out,
07:11I gotta ask you,
07:12what are your thoughts,
07:13opinions,
07:13and reactions
07:14to everything we're seeing here?
07:15Because yes,
07:15while the Philip DeFranco show,

07:17I also want it to be
07:18a daily conversation.

07:19we've really seen
07:20just so much movement
07:21on this run
07:22and divides that weren't there.
