00:10Rumors are swirling about a historic UFC event that might take place on the White House lawn.

00:23Jon Jones has made it clear I want to do this, and he sent me a text apologizing and all that

09:00And in that conversation, Dana White said something that I thought was very telling regarding John Jones.

09:08You said John Jones called you and he apologized.

09:11What was that conversation like?

09:12Well, it wasn't a conversation.

09:13He reached out, he wrote, you know, like a text saying, listen, sorry, how this all played out or whatever.

09:19You know, I want to fight at the White House.

09:22I'm serious about that.

09:24And, you know, just one of those type of...

09:26Has that changed your view?

09:27No.

09:28So there's no chance he's going to be on the White House.

09:30I appreciate him reaching out and doing that.

09:33But I need people I can count on for this fight.

09:39And I know who they are.

09:42And so Dana White revealing that John Jones apologized to him, to me, is extremely telling.

09:50What is he apologizing for?

09:53I'll tell you what he's apologizing for, as I've said multiple times.

09:56And by the way, has not been refuted by anyone.

09:58At this point, you'd think someone, if it wasn't true, would have refuted it.

10:04John Jones wanted a lot of money.

10:06The number that I was told was $30 million.

10:09The UFC said no.

10:10Then they said yes.

10:10Then they got the money.

10:12They said, we got you the money.

10:13Let's go.

10:14You versus Tom Aspinall.

10:15He said he was in.

10:16Took a few days.

10:17Said he was out.

10:18I've told this story a million times now.

10:19No one has refuted it.

10:20By now, you hopefully believe me.

10:25And Dana White alluded to this when he made the announcement that John Jones had retired

10:29and they were stripping him with the belt or he was vacating the title.

10:32Whatever semantic you want to go with.

10:33And Tom Aspinall was now the new champ.

10:35He said he gave us his word and he backed out.

10:38And now, John Jones is apologizing for doing that.

10:42Or at least it has been revealed that he apologized for doing that.

10:45And what I think is very telling about this is, as I said last week, that interview that

10:51he did on the red carpet with his PR person, John Jones has buyer's remorse.

10:55Or at least, what is the opposite of buyer's remorse?

10:58He didn't buy anything.

10:59He has some kind of remorse.

11:18While Dana White is adamant that he won't give Jones the spotlight, many fans are saying

11:22that if Donald Trump himself requests John Jones to headline this card, Dana will have

11:26no choice.

11:26Trump has always been a huge fan of Jones.

11:29And if this is truly his White House event, then the UFC president may be forced to

11:32bend.

11:33What a waste of time that was.

11:34And all of that time, letting John just waste time fighting old man Steepi who could barely

11:39fucking walk, let alone fight.

11:41They gave him a bone.

11:42They threw him a bone and went, we'll give you the Steepi fight if you give us the Aspinel

11:45fight.

11:46He took the Steepi fight and then went running.

11:48And we have wasted so many fucking months and all of it for what?

11:53For John Jones to eventually get to the point where the UFC were like, are you going to

11:57fucking fight or not?

11:58And he's put a fucking tweet out to retire.

12:00That's what all of this was for.

12:01A fucking tweet.

12:02John versus Tom would be the biggest fight ever at the White House.

12:05And even Dana has talked about it, that that would be the wish list.

12:08Is that something that you even think about or use as like a, that could be a goal or because

12:12of the past year, you won't allow yourself to even get too worked up over that.

12:55Fans are already calling it potentially the most iconic MMA event ever held, especially

13:01if it happens at such a symbolic location.

13:04And I've never, I've never truly known where does the mistake come from?

13:09Is it from John or does John have a PR team?

13:13Because most things we get from John are written.

13:16We don't see John.

13:19So when you get a written article, you never know who wrote it.

13:22And so I've never known.

13:23Is John this bad at the sport that he's king of?

13:27Or is he getting advice that is clearly not from somebody who's ever worked within this

13:36sport?

13:37I've not actually known.

13:39I just know of late, it is John and it is organic.

13:43By example, I've seen two interviews, most recent of which, and another one where John was

13:47at an airport and somebody approached him with a camera.

13:51So John's not even expecting an interview, not to mention if he just got off a flight, he's

13:55a little bit sozzled.

13:57Right?

13:58He says, it's not like airplanes are the one place that he decides to stay sober.

14:03So then what you want to think there would be great interviews, but he's nailing them.

14:06I'm going to just give you an example.

14:07Dana comes out and Dana says, John fighting on the White House card is, is one in a billion.

14:13He's letting it be known.

14:15John's not fighting on the White House card.

14:17Letting that be known.

14:18You must understand on that card.

14:23Everyone on the roster would like on it.

14:25So that card is now a reward.

14:28If a guy, if a guy is doing good deeds, a lot of times he would like paid off and he gets

14:34paid off.

14:34He'll get a main event.

14:36He can find himself in a co spot of a main event, title shots, bonuses, an upgrade.

14:45He goes to check in the hotel.

14:46He finds out the UFC call and got him an upgrade to a suite.

14:48I mean, I'm just sharing like you do good deeds.

15:11So who do we send out there on July 4th to get a victory?

15:48Clearly that annoyed him and I don't blame him for being annoyed.

15:52So Dana is asked about John being interested in fighting on this card and you can just

15:57feel thousands of miles away John's heartbreak.
