00:00I mean, it just shows effort.
00:01It shows buying.
00:02I mean, it's just the play style thing.
00:04And you can see it like there on the screen where he's one of what, five guys, six guys running into the end zone.
00:09Coaches love that.
00:10And that's like, I think that's what Mike and Mike said it in the post game, in the locker room post game to the players where he said, you're running harder than the guy with the ball.
00:20And I think that that's, I hate to use the buzzword, but that's culture.
00:24You know, like that's, that's culture is like when the guys who are playing without the ball are playing harder than the guy with the ball.
00:31So we've had Morgan Moses on the show.
00:34I thought out of the gate this year, he struggled a little bit to get going.
00:38Offensive line has been better.
00:40And aside from that, aside from the play on the field, Zoe brought up yesterday in our interview with him, what, what Morgan Moses had told him on TV post game on Sunday, which is the offensive lineman, 13 members of the team that are offensive linemen.
00:53And go out to dinner together every single Thursday night.
00:57And if that's why Morgan Moses was brought here by, for that alone, that he's that kind of sort of culture enforcer, if you will, or someone who establishes it with little things like that.
01:09I mean, it's been a long time since the Patriots felt like a group that was spending time together off the field.
01:16So I, and, and, and being together and playing for one another and all of those things.
01:21So I'll give you guys an interesting story that I think can inform you a lot on Mike Rabel that I don't know if I've told this, this like publicly, whatever.
01:33It's so like when he was still a player, they had him go out and take one of the guys who was here on a 30 visit to lunch as a guy who became a really good player.
01:43Right.
01:44And this guy was from a, I think like the similar part of the country for Mike.
01:48So it was like, Hey, would you take this guy out to lunch?
01:51And, and so, you know, like I, the guy asked him, well, why would they have you take me like out to lunch?
01:59If like, I could take your job and Mike's response to him was, and he's still a player at this point.
02:07When you have a team where the veterans are teaching the rookies, how to take, how to take their jobs.
02:14That's when you've got a champion.
02:16And I thought it was like the most interesting comment because it obviously something Mike really believes in.
02:22Cause he's telling the guy, right?
02:23Like he's saying to the guy, when you have, when, when, when you've got it, when, when, when the veterans on your team are teaching the rookies to take their jobs, that's when you've got it.
02:34And I think that that like kind of speaks to how like the machine, like the, he ideally would see the machine rolling and it's little things like that that get you there.
