00:25Hi, everyone.
00:26So this game is called Wash Away.
00:28And the idea of the game is that you want to let your students think about something they want to let go of.
00:34Use the movement of washing or of swaying from side to side with your arms to let that washing away happen.
00:42And then let them think of something that they'd like more of or something that would make them feel better or happier or more positive.
00:49And that's the idea that they want to start tapping into their body.
00:52You can start all the way at the top of your head, work down through your entire body.
00:57All right, everyone, we're going to play Wash Away.
00:59So let's go ahead and stand up.
01:01Mm-hmm.
01:03Mm-hmm.
01:04And I want you to just think about being in a washing machine.
01:07And all of your clothes are in there, and we want to get them really clean.
01:13And like our clothes wanting to be clean, we also want ourselves to be clean.
01:19So we're going to think about something that maybe we want to let go of.
01:23Maybe some icky, not fun, no good feelings, or maybe something that happened to us.
01:31Anything that you just want to wash it away.
01:33I'm just going to twist from side to side and keep going until you feel clean and much, much better.
01:42Good.
01:44And then slow your washing machine down.
01:49And then stand nice and still.
01:51Now I want you to think about something really awesome, makes you so happy, smile,
01:57something you want more of, and you're going to start to tap it.
02:01Tap all that goodness into your head, down onto your face, into your chest, your shoulders, into your arms,
02:10onto your tummy, onto your back, onto your legs, all the way down to your knees and your feet.
02:18Don't forget to go up the back of your legs, all the way up to your back.
02:24And we feel much better.
