00:36What you're going to do is tell your students a sentence
00:39and they're going to act out this sentence
00:41using their bodies, facial expressions,
00:43or anything else that they'd like.
00:45For example, your sentence might be something like,
00:48reach into the air as if you're grabbing for balloons.
00:51For 10 seconds, your students will act this out.
00:56And then have them come back to a neutral.
01:02And then you can try a new sentence with them.

01:20Remember, we don't all have to do it exactly the same way.
