00:30What you want to do is get your students into star pose first
00:33So have them come to standing, reach their arms out and legs out tall
00:38Then have everyone slowly start to test a little bit of balancing from one side to the next
00:44What you're going to do is play music
00:47And as all your students are rocking back and forth
00:50You choose when you're going to stop the music
00:52Wherever they are in their star pose
00:55They need to freeze and try to balance
00:57If they need to put a foot down for safety

01:29Now your weight is what you want to shift
01:34So see if you can balance on one foot
01:35Then take it over and balance on the other foot
01:39Then maybe bend and balance

01:42And then maybe bend and balance again

01:47So when our music is starting
01:49We're going to go side to side in our star pose
01:52When you hear the music stop
