00:28Yogi Benders is another brain break. So what we can do is have your students come to standing and walk to the back of their chair. This brain break asks your students to put different body parts and connect them with the chair. For example, you might ask your students to put one heel and one finger on the chair. And then you can start over.
00:53Maybe another example could be one hand, one foot, and the other pointer finger. So have fun, get creative, make sure your students stay safe, and always keep one support on the floor. Have fun!
01:09All right, everyone. We're going to play Yogi Benders. Remember, we want to connect different parts of our body to the chair. I'll call them out, and I want you guys to get as creative as you want to with how you do it. All right? So let's go ahead and stand up to get ready.
01:30All right. Let's use one foot and one hand.
01:37Good. Go back to neutral. How about one shoulder and your bottom.
01:49How about two knees and one hand? Nice job. Last one. Ten fingers and one foot. Awesome job, everyone. Have a seat.
02:18Good work.
