00:00Hi everyone, we're going to get started today with something different.
00:24We're going to do something called complete breath.
00:27So complete breath is very special.
00:30We take one hand and we put it over our heart, and we take our other hand and put it onto
00:35our tummy.
00:36Now from here, we're going to really take a deep breath in, and we're going to feel the
00:41air go from our tummy up to our ribs, up to our chest, and then we let it all go out through
00:49your chest, out through your ribs, out through your tummy.
00:53So it's like a wave that builds up and then comes back down.
00:57So let's see if we can really feel that.
00:59Sit up tall, feet down flat.
01:01Here we go.
01:02Breathe in.
01:03Good job everyone.
01:16Let's try one last time.
01:19This time I want you to close your eyes and really imagine that you could see your breath
01:25moving through the different parts of your body.
01:28Here we go.
01:29Breathe in and out.
01:36Gently open your eyes, release your hands down.
01:40Very nice.
01:42From there, we're going to practice our ocean breath.
01:44So we're breathing in through our nose and then like an ocean wave crashing up against the
01:48shore.
01:49Take a nice big sigh out.
01:54And then can you take two fingers and just give your jaw a little massage?
01:59So we hold a lot of stress or a lot of tension in our face, right in our jaw, and our ocean
02:07breath helps us to let that go.
02:12But instead of using our voice, we use our breath.
02:15So here we go.

02:18Wow, it's like I can hear the waves all the way from here.
02:26Let's try it two more times.

02:28Breathe in.

02:34See if you can make your ocean wave long and slow.

02:49From here, we're going to just tippy toe our fingers forward onto our knees.
02:52Make sure your feet are flat and come into a forward fold.
02:55Let the top part of your body rest down onto your legs.
02:59Release your head, shoulders, back, tummy, hips, legs, knees, feet, toes.
03:09Let your whole body melt.
03:17Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
03:20And then as slow as that ocean wave we just practiced, start to peel yourself back up.
03:28Step your chin down.
03:31Only about halfway up.
03:34Taking your time.
03:35Slow, slow, slow.
03:41Sitting up tall.
03:46Taking a deep breath in.
03:48And out.
