In this video, I'll show how to fix the "texture pop in" problem in Red Dead Redemption 2, also known as "texture popping in", "texture flickering". This problem is known for an immersion-breaking effect of textures "glitching", flickering and "popping in", in a way that seems that the textures had some trouble being loaded by the game. This is a quite common problem.
Fortunately, it's an easy problem to fix.

00:00 Finding the "System" File
00:10 Changing file permissions
00:25 Changing settings

Follow the instructions like I show in the video.

PART I: Finding the "System" file

1. Go to Documents folder
2. Open "Rockstar Games" folder
3. Open "Red Dead Redemption 2" folder
4. Open "Settings" folder

PART II: Changing permissions

1. Right-click "system" file
2. Click "Properties"
3. Make sure that the "Read Only" option is turned off
4. Click "Apply" - Click "OK"

PART III: Changing settings

1. Open "system" file
2. Scroll down until you find "maxTexUpgradesPerFrame value"
3. Change the value from "5" to "10"
4. Click "Apply" - Click "OK"

IMPORTANT OBSERVATION:
You may have to repeat this process if you ever change the in-game graphic settings.

By changing the value from "5" to "10", we allow the game to load a higher amount of texture values, which effectively results in textures loading in a more effective way while playing, and fixing the "texture pop in" problem of Red Dead Redemption 2.
