How to Fix Mortal Kombat 9 Not Launching, Not Starting Windows PC | MK9 Doesn't Start Fix

In this video, I'll show how to fix the problem of Mortal Kombat 9 not launching, not starting. Mortal Kombat 9 is also known as Mortal Kombat IX, and Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition.

1. Open Computer
2. Open "Drive"
3. Open "Users" folder
4. Click on the folder with your user name
5. Open "AppData"
6. Open "Roaming"
7. Open the "MKKE" folder (this means "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition)
8. Open the "options.ini" file
9. In "max_texture", change the setting to a higher value. I suggest setting to "1024". (After you launch the game, you can change the settings in-game to your liking)
10. Click on "File"
11. Click on "Save"
12. Close the "options.ini" file
