How to Fix Slow Motion and Low FPS in Resident Evil 4 | Resident Evil 4 HD | Ultimate HD | RE4

In this video, I'll show to fix slow motion and low FPS in Resident Evil 4. It works for Resident Evil 4 (2005), Resident Evil 4 HD, and Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD.

Go to Documents
Open My Games folder
Open the Capcom folder
Open the RE4 folder
Select the config file
Right-click it
Move your mouse to "Open with"
Select "Notepad"
Change "variable framerate" from 60 to 30
Click on File
Click on Save

Open the game
Go to "Help & Options"
Open to "Options"
Select "Video Settings"
Lower the resolution
Press the ENTER key
Press the ENTER key again
Scroll down
Change "Texture Quality" from "HD" to "Original"
Press ENTER
