1. Go to the game folder
2. Select "Mafia3DefinitiveEdition" executable
3. Right-click it
4. Click "Show more options"
5. Click "Properties"
6. Click "Compatibility"
7. Click to enable the option "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
8. Click "Apply" - Click "OK"
