08:43And York's chocolate story is an interactive exhibition giving a flavour of the trade's history

08:55So this here is the grocery shop of a man called Joseph Roundtree Senior

09:00But it's actually his kids Joseph and Henry we're interested in

09:04Together they make their very first bar of chocolate

09:07So I've got a little tribute to that early bar of chocolate here for you guys

09:16They are cocoa nibs that we've added to recreate the texture

09:19But back then it was because they didn't mix it for long enough

12:06How long have you been here?

12:08So this hotel was originally called Marmaduke's

12:11It looked quite different back then, didn't she?

12:13But we were both here for a number of years

12:17In that iteration of the building

12:19And then it was redesigned and reopened as Clementine's in 2019

12:23I have to say, you have done a beautiful job of it

12:33But it's completely like what we envisaged

13:43And then stood up and realised there was a couple sat at the bar having a glass of wine
