00:14for this recipe from the 1970s cookbooks called for a pretty thin layer of frosting, so I bulked
00:19that up a bit using a whole block of cream cheese. I like using an offset spatula to spread the
00:23frosting and make the prettiest swirls on top. Store in the fridge, but serve at room temperature
00:28for the most melt in your mouth pumpkin treat.
